I both liked and didn’t like this book. The characters are alright but their relationship is a bit too good to be true. Additionally, the plot is messy and most of the time it feels like an amateur wrote it or it just wasn’t polished before publishing. All in all, it was a readable book and because of the cliffhanger ending, I have to go on and read the next book.

I think the story could have been good but i was irritated with the repetitiveness of sentences and paragraphs. Eventually I just skimmed the book.

One of the best Claire Adams books I've read so far. I really enjoyed reading about Jordan and her life back in Lichtenstein. What a world away from the life that Chase lives. At the urging of Jordan's BFF (who's moving away from her and leaving her behind) she signs up for an online dating site. Poor Jordan's mom has just remarried and left the country as well. Seems as though everyone that Jordan cares about is gone.
There's nothing tying her to her homeland. Jordan decides to take a leap of faith and create a profile. On the other side of the world, there's the man-whore Chase creating a profile as well in his local "pick-up" bar.
Who could know that they would end up together....too many more spoilers to tell the best side of the story. But it's a great and a hot story as well.
I really would like to see a continuation of Anna's story maybe in the next book. Great job and can't wait to read more!

I really liked the story.
First, its good to see a character be concerned about the truthfulness of people you meet on the internet and via dating sites.
Jordan and Chase both put a profile on a dating site - neither are very enthused about it and neither think that it will lead to anything worth pursuing however the opposite occurs and they find each other.
The story is alot about Chase becoming more responsible and dealing with the fall out of his previous actions. Jordan also has some adjustments to make. Together their story is definitely not boring. A loan shark, the drug cartel, theft of a little black book... the story has it all.
This is a complete story. It doesn't have a cliff hanger but it does have some hooks for the next story.
Looking forward to the next book in the series.

I really enjoyed reading this book. When playboy Chase finally has gone to far, his father cute him off completely. Having to borrow money from a know criminal Chase is getting in deeper and deeper. With thinking if he gets responsible is dad will sign over the company to him. When his friend gives Chase an idea for a dating website, he is skeptic but he tries and that's when he meets Jordan. Jordan lives in a small country and feels alone since her mom is getting remarried and her friend is leaving for America. When Chase meets Jordan the connection is undeniable and Chase wants her to come to America. Will having Jordan come to America be a mistake or will it change his life? I'm hoping there is a next book to found out what happens to Ana.

A MUST READ❤️❤️❣❣
Where to even start, chase and Jordan's story was definitely a on the edge of your seat book, I highly recommend reading then following up with Jackson and Nathan!! I don't wanna give anything away, I do highly recommend Claire Admas books she is a very good author none of her books have disappointed me, I will be recommending these books along with many more to friends and family❣❣❣❣

Wow, I really hope there is a follow up on The Chase as I would like to see what happens. Now for the review, to be honest I think this writer is amazing her characters are so real and I am addicted to her writing, yet another 5 stars for her. Well done Claire keep up the good work. Ok plot, but difficult to read
The plot itself was inventive, but the writers style never really grabbed me and made me invested in the two main characters. It was also hard to believe Chase could change so dramatically from the first chapter to when he first meets Jordan.

Got bored
This stArted out good but then I got bored with the story and skimmed to the end. I found it predictable and lacking. the writing was too wordy and the story went flat for me. I was disappointed and just went on the read the epilogue which still didn't do it for me.

Good read
This was quite an enjoyable read with lots of interest and plenty of hot steamy sex scenes. Some things were a little unbelievable but on the whole a fairly interesting storyline.

It started off really good but then it it tried to hard to be a suspense novel that it became stupid. Chase was a little weasel.

What a great read! It is full of suspense, I couldn't put it down. I got hooked early! As always Claire has written a great love story. Thanks Claire.

I loved this book but wondered does anyone know if there is going to be a follow up since at the end we find out her friend Ana is part of trafficking ring. Would love to read that.
