Eat Well, Move Better And Feel Awesome is a self-help book on health and fitness written by fitness trainer duo The Lean Machines (John Chapman and Leon Bustin). In this book, the lads reveal and explain the uncomplicated way to find happiness with humorous examples from their personal lives, otherwise positive and encouraging quotes, as well as wise words of their own.

The nutrition and fitness advice The Lean Machine give is absolutely honest, unlike the words of many other authors of crash-diets, and lead to a sustainable and ‘awesome’ lifestyle. The information that this book showcases is in no way hard to understand or too technical, therefore, people who don’t have a clue about biochemistry or the more intricate workings of the human body will still understand everything for sure.

Again, this book is absolutely brilliant and I recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight joyfully instead of stressfully and maintain a healthy state of mind while doing so.

Very easy to follow instructions on the correct pose on most exercises, which is not easy to do on a book, but it is especially great when it comes to talking about macros, motivation, goals...
The recipes are also simple and tasty but do require some ingredients you don't always have at home.
