Very simple

It's okay. Bare basics. Hand, face and feet. It would have been helpful to actually include the reflexology chart for the described areas.

Useful guide..

This is a short book for reflexology,it guides you between great balance of simplicity and usability. The author has included a great number of specific tips and strategies that you can use. But in my opinion,you must see a professional and consult before trying this on yourself or before going to practice for a safe side. But all in all this book is really a great guide.
