This is the first one in the series and was a fun read. I didn't find any missteps and will be looking for more in this series. I bought this some years ago and it was under the name J. D. Bodine. As I went to record it on Goodreads, though, it looks like the real author name is Robert Vaughan, and the books have been reissued under that name.
This is a good read, it is filled with all sorts of action and adventure. The author has put together a combination of what is needed for you to enjoy the story.
