Philip Waechter (* 1968 in Frankfurt am Main) Is a German Illustrator and Author of Children's books:

Waechter 1968 son of the artist and cartoonist K. F. Waechter born. At the Fachhochschule Mainz He studied Communication Design with a focus on illustration. Since 1995 he published illustrated children's books. Philip Waechter is a freelance graphic designer and illustrator in Frankfurt am Main since 1999 and worked with other illustrators in the studio community LABOR.

This is one of my favorite books because of it's sentimental value to me. My sister bought me this book after my first husband left me, and I lost my home. I was very depressed and couldn't find any value in myself.

Every time I look at this book, it reminds me of my sister and the valuable human she is, and the value she wanted me to see in myself.

Un libro que está escrito para niños, pero en realidad es para cualquiera. Sin ninguna pretensión de ser una obra maestra de la literatura infantil logra llegar al corazón de cada uno de sus lectores. Uno de esos libros que siempre caerá bien si pretende regalarle algo a quien no guste mucho de leer, o simplemente si desea hacer un obsequio a esos que hasta ahora aprenden a leer, un excelente cuento con la mejor de las moralejas.
