OW betrayal, unsuspected lies, drama and unplanned pregnancy. Men have refused to step-parent for years without recriminations, why then, are women subjected to condemnation, is it because females are depicted as, nurturing or maternal?

Not everyone can successfully create a blended family, nor is everyone equipped to raise someone else’s child. The resentment of being faced with a daily reminder. An unrealistic expectation for Arianna was planning her future revolving around Brooke and his child.

He got Brooke pregnant, Arianna didn’t want a ready-made family and that’s her prerogative having raised her sister, to refuse to raise a child not biologically hers. Why should anyone be forced to step-parent❓❓❓

In Romancelandia, it would be her choice to instinctively refuse to raise a child not biologically hers. Brooke is very visible. Men refuse to raise children, why is it pejorative for a woman to refuse being confronted with a past indiscretion? It is his obligation to co-parent with Brooke, leaving Arianna out of the equation, unless it is her express wish.

Many readers are growing increasingly intolerant of double standards and female characters depicted as lacking in conviction.

This isn't my life, Canyon. It's yours and Brooke's now."
"Stop saying that! You can't just give up on me like this!"
"You are the one that gave up on me when you chose to sleep with her."
"You keep saying that, but I never gave up on you! I cried myself to sleep for three damn months hoping you would come back to me but you never did. I drowned myself in work and Brooke came over one night to check on me. It wasn't something I planned. It just happened..."
"Stop, stop, stop! I don't want to hear this. The point is that it did. She's who you need to be there for, not me."

Don't! You have a baby coming, Canyon. I—"
"You what? Have to leave me? Why? Why do I have to lose you all over again? Why can't you stay and we can do this—"
"Because I'm eighteen! Because I'm already raising a child right now, and I didn't sign up for a baby too! What you're asking of me isn't fair. I wanted you! I wanted us! I never, in my wildest dreams, asked for Brooke Stanton to be a part of all of it too!"
"If you walk away from me now when I need you most, you never loved me like you claim. I'm sorry I didn't tell you right away. I'm sorry if you feel like I misled you—"
"I didn't feel anything Canyon! You did mislead me! You purposely brought us here knowing what we were walking into—

You're making this my fault? Maybe part of it is. I left. Had I not, you wouldn't have needed her..."
"I never needed her. I need you!"
"None of this matters. We both made mistakes. What you can't do is bully me into accepting something that will change my life forever. A baby.
"So you want me to hang around here like nothing has changed? Am I supposed to just pretend that both of you are not going to have this epic experience together that I have no part in?
"I need to get out of here. I can't be around you right now."
"What would you rather me tell you? That I would walk away from this baby for you? When I say I would do anything for you this is the one exception. I need you to be here for me, because I cannot do this alone. This is the one time I will ever ask you to do something you don't want to do, but I am begging you—don't leave me right now."

Manipulative Brooke, found herself pregnant before she slept with Canyon, luring him into sleeping with her, to trap him into fatherhood. She knew her family would disown her for getting pregnant. Then, Arianna showed up and ruined her carefully laid out plans, so she decided to take his money.

In the shower I was washing my hair when the ring I had forgotten I accepted got tangled in it. Once I worked it free, I stood there staring at the thing. I was engaged to be married. What the hell did I do? Not willing to let my fear rise, I took it off and set it on the back of the toilet while I finished showering. To be honest, it was never him that created the fear. It was marriage within itself that I was afraid of. Did I want to spend the rest of my life with him? Absolutely. But no marriage around me ever ended well. If you look at Canyon’s parents, what my mom went through when she lost my dad, what John put her through there wasn't a great example for me to envision anything other than disaster.

An abrupt segue into the Epilogue which left unanswered questions, the accident, their recovery, the ring, the fiasco of Canyon’s to not being the father. At eighteen she is literally a teenager raising her sibling, yet she is unrealistically being asked to raise an instant family. Arianna was entitled to freedom, freedom to seamlessly transition into an adult❗️

DNF.

Hero cheats with an ex after he and h have been apart 5 minutes. The ex is pregnant and living in his house. Hero acts like the ultimate victim when the heroine understandably loses her shit. He expects her to to suck it up because he made a 'mistake' and wants her to 'support' him - in other words, forget that his c*ck fell into his ex and help him raise his kid. He f*ucks someone else and then acts the wounded party and lays guilt on the h? Hell no.

That's no hero in my eyes, and the heroine who caves into that bollocks isn't worth my time, either.

This book!! OMFG THIS BOOK!! Love is not a strong enough word for how I feel about it. Nor is giving it only 5 stars!! Let It Be Us was not just an absolutely amazing love story it was SOOO much more!

I clung to every word reading this book. Now that I'm finished all I can say is the ending is so absolutely PERFECT!!! This entire story, the characters, the writing absolutely perfect!

There's laughter, there's sadness, there's happiness and anger throughout this book. You get it all!! The way the characters evolved and grew throughout this story it just felt as if I were watching it not reading it. I could see everything so clearly.

I love so many books I've read but not all stick with me. I gotta admit Let It Be Me stuck with me and I KNOW without a shadow of a doubt Let It Be Us will be no different!

"You are my Goddamn everything. You are what makes me who I want to be, and I will never go back to what I was without you."

I fell in love with Ari and Canyon while reading Let it be Me. Reading Let it be Us only solidified those feelings.

In this second book Ari and Canyon are faced with a new set of challenges. Challenges that are hard for anyone, but especially for such a young couple. Unlike the first book, in this book, we witness how Ari and Canyon face conflict as a couple. I enjoyed this because these two really didn’t have anyone but each other. They stayed strong when they wanted to give up. And speaking of strong, Ari is one bad chicka. She is so tough and full of compassion. She shows grace and kindness in situations that would make most of lash out. As far as heroines go, Ari is a favorite for me.

I am always a sucker for a country boy and Canyon is OMG swoontastic. (Mac Robinson as the cover model never hurts either, ladies.) I really loved Canyon’s storyline in this book. His integrity is just as sexy as the rest of him. Speak tore him to shreds with conflict in this book. He fought throughout the story to do right by the people in his life.

This was a great read. I knocked it out in one day, mostly because I just couldn’t put it down. The world building and writing was fantastic. I was completely invested in the story. The author purposely gives us bits of foreshadowing as we read. Just enough to keep us thinking we know what is going to happen. Then there is the end. Oh the end. All I can say is that the end is fantastically clever! And cruel! I loved it! And I hated it! I won’t give you any spoilers, but I will say that when you read the moment I am thinking of, you will understand how I felt. GAH! It was so well done!

4.5 Stars for my favorite cowboy and his girl!

I didn’t think it could better than the first book in the series but I was wrong! We pick up right where we left off and this one is even better. Ariana and her sister Shelby are in witness protection after Ariana’s stepfather is arrested. Canyon has no idea where she’s gone because she was uprooted so quickly without a chance to say goodbye. Now we’ve picked up in this book and Ari and Shelby miss Canyon and the farm desperately, so they’ve decided it’s time to go home. Canyon and Ari are still very much in love but when Ari discovers Canyon made a mistake that will bite them both for the rest of their lives Ari can’t decide if she’s going to forgive him or not. Canyon has missed Ari immensely while she was gone but he’s made a mistake that may cost them their relationship, he spends the bulk of his time in this book proving his love for Ari.

This is just such a fantastic book with an original storyline. It flows fantastically and once you start reading you won’t be able to put it down. I definitely recommend you read book 1 first or you’ll be lost. I can’t wait to see what Barbara Speak releases next.

Just as great as the first!!! Everything has you on your toes and if you think you know what’s going on you are WRONG!!! Wrong I tell you wrong. I thought I had it all figured out but nope I sure didn’t. One thing I wish is that they would have gave us a little more in that second last chapter because I wanted more information. I have sooo many questions but that last chapter, that ending wow!!! Tears I’m so happy and sad and angry and confused. What a roller coaster.

This book is the absolute PERFECT conclusion to Let It Be Me.

I fell in love with Canyon and Ari in the first book, and that love grew in book 2.

Ari has grown so much from book to book and it's so great to see how she does. Canyon - even though he's older - also changes, but in a good way. Then there's sassy little sister Shelby who if finally feeling at place in her crazy little world. She's become way more vocal about what she wants and I love it!

There are a whole new set of challenges for Canyon and Ari to face. They face them head on, with courage and dignity. That's not to say it's smooth sailing between the two. There are a few speed-bumps, but they handle them well.

I know that this is the first time Barbara has ever written a book involving the same two main characters and I have to say, she did a FABULOUS job. Ari and Canyon definitely had more to say, and I'm so glad she got the rest of their story out. And the ending had me in happy tears.

You MUST read LET IT BE ME first to understand LET IT BE US. And I highly suggest you do.

5 Crazy Ass Must Read Stars!!!!!

I've been waiting to read the continuation of Arianna and Canyon's story. When I saw it on my kindle, I stopped what I was reading and quickly devoured it. The emotions, the suspense, the angst, the love, it all had me swiping pages so I could find out how their story goes. And boy, was that one hell of ride! It's been about two weeks since I read this and I still can't seem to lose the tightness in my chest when I think about all they went through to be together.

You must start with Let it be Me. This duet is a Crazy Ass Must Read!

I've been waiting on this book to come out and let me tell you it was worth the wait. Air and Canyon stories continues and it's not all happy but I knew there love would pull them threw. I loved the chemistry they have and sweet little Shelby lol they fought screamed and loved and in the end it all worked out because of the love they had for one another. If you want a good book this is the one

OMG.. I have cried so much while reading this, but also laughed even harder. It doesn't matter how long you have to leave someone, because love knows no time. Love grows stronger everyday. Ari & Canyon had to grow up so fast, but I think that is what help them grow in every way possible. Shelby was one lucky girl to have a sister like Ari to take care of her when she had to. I am so glad they got their happily ever after.

4.5 Magnificent Stars!!!

Where to begin with all the feels this second book gave me. Talk about a roller coaster ride of a book! As this book opens, exactly where we left off in Let It Be Me which I truly appreciate because we left off at a very critical point of Canyon and Arianna's relationship in that they're seeing each other for the first time in 10 months. Canyon has every right to hate Arianna, but being the grounded man he is, his love for her is greater than any hate he could ever have towards her.

"We don't need to rehash this. I love you more than anything, and we have our entire lives together to make up for a few lousy months."

When Canyon and Shelby see each other for the first time is the first time I felt tears going down my cheeks while reading this book. I say first time, because the tears come again throughout the book. So have some tissues ready! I really loved it when Ari and Shelby get to go back to Montana and begin their lives together...but things just couldn't be that simple and easy can they? What these three endure for the rest of this book would tear any other couple apart!

The first surprise is Brooke, Canyon's ex that we got a taste of in Let It Be Me. She has some serious issues and a major surprise for Arianna and not in a good way. And as we get further in the book, when we find out more about what happened while our H/h were separated and the repercussions of actions taken are both shocking and heartbreakingly sad. No one should have to go through what they have to endure. This is another part of the book where I got my tissues out because I could feel the pain and sorrow that Canyon was going through. When Ari tries to comfort him and let him know she is there for him no matter what, was one of the most beautiful scenes I've read and this is due to the beautiful words that Barb has put on paper....

The second surprise we get is Ari and Shelby's mom and how she comes back into their lives. I was dumfounded when the truth comes to light. It just reconfirms that their "step-dick" really was a scumbag and a horrible excuse for a man in every shape and form. Ari has a big decision to make, does she take a chance and let her mom back into her and Shelby's life knowing it could blow up in her face and cause permanent damage to the beautiful young Shelby.

Needless to say, I could go on and on about this book and how much I enjoyed reading it and experiencing the emotions that were brought about by the elegance of Barb's writing. I don't want to give away anymore than I may have already done so I'll leave you with these questions....What is Brooke up to? And who else may be involved in her shenanigans? Will her Mom become part of their lives again? Can Arianna and Canyon get through all the obstacles that are placed in front of them to get their HEA? The only way you'll know all of this is to read this phenomenal book!!!

Thank you Barb Speak for the privilege to read this book prior to release.

OMFG THIS BOOK! I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN HOW MUCH I LOVED IT! For one thing, I really wanted to strangle Canyon for what he did, and then Brooke as well.

I always loved Shelby's straight-forward honesty, honestly that girl has no filter.

The ending killed me a little though.

I was provided a copy of the book by the Author for an honest review.

O.M.G. Wow I just finish reading the book, and I finish it with tears in my eyes, I felt in love with the series from the first book, and I continue loving it through this one, I couldn't put the book down when I started reading it, I felt more in love with the characters, but I do have to say that I did not wanted to finish it I wanted more, I am going to keep this short since I don't want to give anything away.

The story picks up right where it left of in the first book. With Arianna and Canyon when he show up in court, he flaw back to get Shelby and to take them home back to Montana, but what Arianna was not expecting for was to find the one person she can stand their, Canyon ex girlfriend and with a news that will change her life again, and will make her doubt everything, while Arianna is angry at Canyon she is also is trying to move on with her life, she got enroll in collage and got Shelby back to her school and move back to her house, while all of this is going on and no idea where her mother could be, she get a letter from a doctor telling her that her mother is ready to see her. While Arianna and Canyon are trying to work everything out, that one person is still trying to keep them apart, will they finally get their happy ending.

I wish I could write more but I cant, I could tell you though that Canyon got me mad cause of what he did. But the more I get into the story I got see what was going on and I am happy that I guess it right. And I have to say that I love the ending.

I love how Arianna and Canyon are with each other, love it how Arianna has grown and how she do anything and everything to keep her sister safe. I love it how Canyon never gave up on her, even thought what he was going through, he never stop loving her and was their for her, I love the love that comes out of this two characters and the love they have for Shelby.

I really love and enjoy reading this book Author Barbara Speak THANK YOU for giving me the chance to read and review this Amazing book with this Awesome characters love them.

I don't even know where to begin this honest review as I'm stuck speechless a few weeks later. What I can say is you need to read book 1-Let it be me before you read this book as the story of Arianna and Canyon continue. OMG you needed tissues in book 1 and you might as well grab a box for this book as well. The continuing story will have you on the edge of your seat between the strong love between them, the angst they go through and have gone through, the unexpected twist that wouldn't be a Barbara Speak book if you didn't get a curve-ball thrown at you and the laugh out loud moments from Shelby.
Arianna and Shelby finally have somewhat of a normal life after the trial. She knows her heart is still with Canyon and makes the move to get him back. Oh no, this isn't a fairy tale story where he comes and swoops her up and they live HEA, think again. Arianna's love is tested upon learning of Canyon's huge secret. As if they haven't been through enough at such a young age, they are given even more once she learns of the secret. Will Arianna and Canyon's love withstand the huge boom and then the big bang once they find out the truth? OMG, I wanted to cry, throw the kindle, laugh and cry all at the same time sometimes and that was only 3 chapters in. The love that Canyon has for Shelby is amazing. He thinks of her as his own and it's the 3 musketeers as a family and never just about Arianna and Canyon. Without giving away any details I think this is all I will say so that you can read and decide for yourself on the emotions that you go through reading this book. I hope we get more on the Cowboy because I'm not ready to let the 3 musketeers go yet. You have been warned and you may want to read the books back to back or you will be in suspense waiting to read this book.

Let it be Us by Barbara Speak
Release date 01-25-16

I am not new to Barbara's writing, I have read every book of hers. I seriously had no idea what to expect when jumping into this novel. My mind races in a million different directions before o had even finished the first three chapters.

We pick up exactly where Let it be Me ( the first in this series, yes you should read that one first) leaves off.
Canyon and Arianna's story is one for the ages. You can't help but root for them because sometimes things just work. You don't know how, and you don't know why but you just know they have to.

People make mistakes, Arianna knows this all too well. Canyon too for that matter but sometimes something huge has to happen for things to be put into perspective.

Arianna and Shelby being back where they belong is supposed to be the start of the rest of their lives, but what happens when one persons betrayal threatens everything Arianna worked so hard to protect, even if she went about it differently than most would.

Can a secret that is being held from those central to the situation really shatter so many lives? Is it something that can change the people Arianna loves most? With more answers comes more questions, is Arianna past, everything she remembers somehow wrong?

These are all questions you will find answers to in this epic nail biter! 5 way high shooting stars to a very talented woman!

Barbara will rip your heart out and stomp it in the mud and expect it to keep beating and I can guarantee you will thank her for it!

Canyon and Arianna fever will be a thing as this hits the shelf.

*ARC REVIEW FROM ABIBLIOPHOBIA ANONYMOUS BOOK REVIEWS*

Rating: 4.5 Stars

There are a few book's where when you finish it, you need to know what happens next. We're left with a need, hoping the author will fulfill it... That was me in the end of Let it be Me, and I couldn't be more happier that Barbara gave us what we needed. Arianna and Canyon needed more to their story, and we get it and then some.

"It’s crazy when your heart and your head are waging a war against each other. Who wins in the end?"- Arianna

There are a few hurdles thrown in Ari and Canyon's way... A few that I would have said 'screw you, I'm done', but Ari is bigger than me in that way, I guess. I don't want to give anything away, so this review will be short and sweet, and to the point.

I absolutely enjoy seeing author's grow with their work, and you can see it in this book. Barbara gives us the story we needed and then some. Canyon and Arianna are by far not the perfect couple, they grow with each other and flourish because of one another. Their obstacle is one that gives them the push they need. With every great love, there is always a fight to stay and they have one. Their love is story worthy. Mrs. Speak gives us an amazing story tide with a big burlap bow. I'm sad that Ari and Canyon's story is over, but happy we got to enter their world.

"I'm not letting you go again, Ari. Run all you want, but I will follow you this time."- Canyon

Oh wow! I'm all warm and fuzzy, that was a lovely conclusion. SO loved Canyon and Arianna for a couple so young they both were older beyond their years.
This book started where 'Let it be me' with Canyon turning up at the end of the court case Ari was finishing up.
I kept forgetting just how young these two are.
Even though it was a dreadful thing to find out, Ari still gave Canyon her full support, not immediately but she came around.
Canyon and Ari have a fantastic relationship, even when Ari wanted to leave, her heart wouldn't let her, nor would Canyon, even Shelby told then to just get on with it and how miserable they both were without their other half. I felt Ari did an awful lot of compromising.
When we met Tonya, at the school, there was something just not right about her, and blimey I was not expecting that truth - a real shocker!
I loved how we get to see a different side to Ari and Shelby's mom never expected to find that out about her, Shelby's dad got everything and more he deserved.
Ooh Brooke, what a Class A bitch, I wonder if she ever had a day of remorse in her life. What Brooke did to everyone concerned was an inhumane thing to do, especially to Canyon.
Awe, the epilogue was lovely, really happy for Canyon and Arianna, a great ending for a great story.

***ARC received in exchange for an honest review - Sanne / Scandalous Book Blog***

Once upon a time...

Scratch that! We all know life isn’t like a bed of roses more like one full of thorns with an occasional pretty flower. It’s exactly those we need to cherish the most.

The story of Canyon and Arianna isn’t the prettiest but it is one that shows we can conquer life and live a life filled with love and hope.

Let it be us picks up where Let it be me stopped so make sure you have read book 1 first!

So we know that Canyon showed up at the courthouse to support Ari after all and after all this time apart. These two have never stopped loving each other and once they touch all feelings come rushing back.

For Ari and Shelby Montana has become home so the logical step is they go back home with Canyon.

...and they lived happily after?

Yeah unfortunately time didn’t stop and a big surprise awaits them at home. That particular surprise sets the tone for the rest of the book.

Trust and sticking together will be the key factors that follow.

Barbara Speak is for me an author that sticks out. Why? Because she isn’t afraid to not follow the flock and do her own thing and above all keep things real.

So do I recommend this series? A hundred times yes.

After reading book one, Let It Be Me, I immediately jumped into this book. The ending in book one shook me up and I was so glad I didn't have to wait to get the ending of this story.

After following through with what Arianna needed to do to save herself and everyone around her, she and Canyon are faced with another obstacle neither one of them had planned for.

Poor Canyon. Even though I was so mad at him, I really didn't blame him for his actions. He had a good reason for his decisions. Arianna had no idea that Canyon's new secret would rock their entire world. Canyon and Arianna are again faced with choices that need to be made for them to continue to be together and I loved seeing how, just when you thought one thing, it changed entirely. This is one couple that truly belong together and I enjoyed seeing Arianna find her place in the world and be the person she didn't know she could be. With family drama and an ex thrown into the mix, this story kept me interested from beginning to end.

And the end? Well, I had so many emotions and it's a completely different ending from any book I have ever read and it was just the icing on the cake that made this book so beautiful for me.

Coming home, Ari was finally happy to put the past behind her and live the life she wanted with the man she loved beyond all. Canyon wants to have the happily every after with the woman that he can't live with out, but has a secret, one that could destroy it all for him and the family he loves.
So can I tell you that Barbara never fails to stir my heart. This book brought my heart to the brink and had me with puffy eyes for the better part of the day. Decisions and choices have to be made trust and love is put to the test. The past and the present are colliding and Ari finds that her choices will and could lose her the future she envisions with Canyon.
Canyon, has suffered the loss of the woman he loves and then found her and brought her home. Yeah he did something that will forever change their relationship, but they way he fights for her.
True love is not an insta love kind of thing, although I believe that can happen. But most of the time it is a fight a struggle to keep the one that you can't live with out. It is giving in to be there when they fall and hoping they are there for you as well. Love Canyon and Ari.... beautiful!

I need my heart back, please! Let It Be Us made me swoon, it made me angry, made me cry, made me yell, laugh, and sigh. My heart shattered, was put back together again, and then burst with love, all within the confines of its pages. This book is everything that I could have hoped for and more.
I am having a hard time letting go of the characters of Arianna and Canyon. I feel like I became part of their lives, going through everything that they did – every heartache, fear, turmoil, surprise, and happiness. There was never a moment that I stopped and thought, “This would never happen.” My every thought was one in the present moment, like everything was happening to someone in my life personally.
Letting It Be Me and Let It Be Us is a duet that should be devoured by every reader that loves not only romantic stories, but stories that are written fabulously, with amazing details, characters and plot. Barbara Speak is an incredible writer, taking a story that some authors may have made into a silly love story, but instead she made a beautifully told tale of longing, loss, yearning, betrayal, and redemption. I cannot say enough good things about her writing and these books.

This is a story of young love, fraught with drama and real life struggles. Ms. Speak writes a story that keeps you captivated and wondering if you really can guess what the secret is. The story opens with the two main characters reunited after a year, and has the reader aching with longing to have the kind of sweet all-encompassing love they have. For two young people just starting out, they have an incredible sense of loyalty and what’s right and wrong. Faced with responsibilities that are something that two young people shouldn’t have to be juggling, they draw on each other’s love to strengthen their courage.

Just when you think they finally have it figured out and life will get smoother for them, they hit another speed bump. Through it all, their unwavering love for each other has you cheering them on to victory.
Canyon is mature beyond his years, and his love for Ari is the stuff little girls dream of finding for themselves. Readers young and old will be touched by the poignancy of their love story.

This was a book I thoroughly enjoyed reading. It makes you believe that a happy ending is possible if you never give up.

Although I'd love to give this more than 5 stars, this is all that's allowed...lol

After Arianna makes the most difficult decision of her life, goes into hiding, and loses the love of her life, Canyon..they find their way back to one another.

Sounds like the perfect happily ever after, right? Not exactly.....

Can Ari and Canyon's love survive everything life is throwing in their path back to one another?

In the conclusion to this amazing series, I find myself loving Canyon and Ari more in Let It Be Us than in Let It Be Me, and that's saying something.

Once again Mrs. Speak has reduced me to tears, had my heart in shreds, and laughing out loud (mostly at Shelby) with her ability to draw me into her world with just her words. Although I am sad to see the end of Canyon and Ari's story, I would definitely recommend this book and this series to everyone. It will be one of my favorites for years to come.

Love can forgive

These two Canyon and Arianna been through a lot. Their relationship has been tested a lot of trials and temptations. Yet they both survive. Love can forgive and willing to move on. Let It Be Us is one heart warming book that will surely capture your hearts. It is one ugly cry book. You might need a box of tissues.

At a young age of 18 Arianna is one matured girl. This girl needs to grow up and be a Mom to her younger sister. She is one very protective sister and willing to do the best for her younger sister. I am in awe with this girl's big heart. She is one extra ordinary. This book will give you the power of forgiving and at the same time healing.

It is a story of betrayal and the power of true love. I really enjoyed reading this beautiful story of young adult. I highly recommend it if you love romance.

Disclosure:

I received an ARC of this book to review. All my thoughts and opinions are 100% honestly mine.

I gave this book 4.5 stars!

This is the conclusion of Ari and Canyon story. You need to read Let It Be Me to have a clue to what is going on.

Holy crap I wasn't seeing what happens at the beginning coming! I was thinking one way and it went totally another way. I feel in love with Ari and Canyon in the first book and I was pulling for them through out this book. From the start you will be put through a ringer of emotions and at times you will need some tissues. I love how these characters weather it be main or secondary just really makes up this story. I love how Barbara uses real life and how the characters fight for what they want.

Barbara has written a beautiful love story and I definitely will be checking out more from her.
