A spy eking out his days in a nursing home in Italy befriends a foreign inmate who seems to have strange powers along with his dementia. The spy is the target of a vendetta for his past misdeeds and wants the powers of “SuperOldie” to defend him. The story hums along on a wave of irony and black humor, but ends all too soon. Nevertheless, I hope we shall soon see the two main characters in action again.
