Callisto

This "sci-fi romance" is the first book I've read by Erica Conroy. I like books that include humor, which she does, but she also writes out key characters as the series progresses. Something that might have bothered me more if I had been more emotionally engaged. Fortunately I had read reviews for the later books, so was somewhat prepared. That does make the series more sci-fi adventure than romance in my mind, however. And while I enjoyed the series and finished it, I wasn't engaged enough to continue with the follow up serial.

I loved this book!

This was a great read. Very well-written; it was funny, exciting, romantic (sometimes gushy romantic, sometimes snarky), but always substantive. I genuinely enjoyed every one of the 7 stories in Erica Conroy's Callisto bundle. The fact that there were this many really well-written stories, almost 500 pages worth, for just 99 cents, is nothing short of amazing. I have not read Ms. Conroy's books before, but I will certainly look for them in the future!

Have only read part of this complete series so far and I am absolutely rapt with this author and her books. Great story line and lovable characters. Highly recommend. Love it.
