About the author

Horst Hoffmann is a German author, also known under the pen name Neil Kenwood.

He studied art history and economics in his youth before deciding to become a writer. His first novel was published in 1976.

He started working on the Atlan series, and in 1982, his first Perry Rhodan booklet novel was published (#1076). His stories were often satirical in nature.

He announced his retirement from the Perry Rhodan writing team in September of 2009.

The quest-for-answers wandering through the M87 galaxy continue in this collection of hefte, as do the encounters with untrustworthy and scheming aliens intent on destroying Perry Rhodan and his companions, who just want to build peaceful diplomatic relations and find their way back home to the Milky Way.

A few answers to this cycle's questions are partially revealed in this volume: the source of the warlike, Haluter-like beasts that threaten M87's other sentient civilizations and their connection to at least one of the other race of beings who exert power in this strange galaxy.

Lots of big explosions and battles for those who like space opera action.
