The finale of the 31 Days series takes no prisoners! If, like me, you feel emotions as you read, then have a tissue box to hand. Someone from the past is back to cause trouble and Ellie is placed in the impossible position of being forced to chose between two people she holds dear. In an emotional ending to this trilogy, not everyone will survive!

Wow! There are no words to describe the emotion, suspense, just overall feel of this book. I fell in love with Dan and Ellie story in the first two books, but this one just to get to it whole other level. I literally could not help myself but to tear up at parts, and gripping my Kindle so scared I thought was going to break at certain parts. Ms. Fallowfield has completely out done herself with this book. I do believe this is my new favorite of all her books. Like I said I cannot describe the emotions and the suspense that this book pulls and pulls you into but I was pulled in at the every beginning and was completely captivated until the very end.

I received this ARC for and honest review.

Gah! Talk about ramping up your writing skills! Fallowfield manages to add some serious suspense to her portfolio with this final installment of the 31 Days series. The other two books had their strife and angst as any story involving love and money might, but this volume kicks it up about ten notches.

Fallowfield’s signature heat is there but it takes a bit of a backseat to a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat and holding your breath while turning the page. You’ll fall in love with the characters again and again, as if you hadn’t already bonded with them having followed their journey thus far.

It is completely necessary to read the first two books in the series as they must be read in order. Each book builds on the other to reach its denouement; you won’t be disappointed!

"He was my golden bloody ticket. And just for kicks, one last "screw you" for what I'd lost, once I got my pay day, I wouldn't f$$king give him back."

31 days of Autumn continues seamlessly from the previous book in the series picking up where the sinister epilogue left us...with someone trying to ruin Dan and Ellie's happily ever after. Plotting to cash in by kidnapping Oliver the plot is a little darker than the others in the 31 days series. Can Dan protect his family from those who wish to destroy their happiness? Sometimes the best laid plans just isn't enough...and the lengths some people are willing to go to for money are unbelievable as the ultimate price is paid, in blood. Testing loyalties and friendships to the limits 31 Days of Autumn show it's not always a ride off into the sunset.

This story is epic. It left me feeling stunned, by 14% I had tears rolling down my cheeks yet only pages later I was chuckling over the situational humour. 31 Days of Autumn was overwhelming and had me feeling all emotional. The plot flowed really well with their friends sub plots and real life issues such as being ill giving the story a more realistic feel, the overall story was broader than just Ellie and Dan. It was about the extended family and encompassed all the characters we have grown to love. Weaving in characters from the past and keeping the story lines running parallel is another layer to the writing talent of CJ Fallowfield. As always this book has the perfect blend of sexual chemistry, friendship and angst that really is the signature talent of this amazingly talented author. With a stunning and a beautiful epilogue that ends this series perfectly!!!

It's a heart warming 5 star read.

Fallowfield delivers the full package!!!

This 3rd and final installment of a totally awesome trilogy is near perfection. Every possible emotion and description is woven throughout this book and tied into a neat little binding to the end. Ms Fallowfield gives the perfect words to Dan Davenport to totally thrill Ellie, as well as the reader. There is evil and passion and suspense and remarkable twists and surprises, all bound in the nurturing sexual passion that this couple share and that the author presents with perfect balance of heat and adoration. I also love learning the Scottish and British terminology, foods, and lifestyle. Ms Fallowfield has become a romance author I will follow and look forward to immensely.

WOW, definitely had some aspects of what I thought would happen but just OMG. CJ is quite the writer. I totally did not see some of that coming. Again, I laughed out old mantis times, I cried a few and I rejoiced through out this book. I just wished there was a little more written of the conversation between Dan and Robert’s son. Just seemed a little bit of a missing. But other than that I liked that you moved forward in time a year to progress the story in places so it made sense. The Ollie and girlfriend showing up was pretty funny. And it was nice knowing where all the characters were at the end. Nice way to do it in my opinion. Definitely worth paying for each book in this trilogy. Maybe you will write a book for Ollie, Jonas & Eva? Would be nice to see one each on Dean, Andy and Sam(I think that was Dan’s Assistant).

**ARC Received**

After seeing teaser quotes for 31 Days of Autumn splashed over social media, it's one I've been desperate to start. And from opening the first page it felt like slipping back into a pair of comfy slippers. I soon became reacquainted with familiar characters I had connected & fell in love with from the first two books.

Just like the earlier books in the series once again I became immersed from the beginning. I was eagerly longing with each turn of the page to discover the journey CJ had planned for us with the conclusion to Dan & Ellie's story. And, what a journey.

For me, a cyclone of emotions unleashed the more I delved into the plot. The whole read swallowed me whole. Captivating me with the words, scenes, and characters, as the whole storyline flowed seamlessly. One minute I was laughing and the next, chocked up by the heart wrenching scenes surrounding the characters. I found myself in a dilemma, needing to read faster to discover the outcome. While wanting to slow my pace to prolong the inevitable of reaching the conclusion to Dan & Ellie's story. There's so much in this novel. Every development keeps you on the edge of your seat with your heart racing and the apprehension building. It’s an addictive read. You won’t want to pause for fear you will miss something crucial.

I loved both earlier books in this series, 31 Days of Winter & 31 Days of Summer. The baselines of where this epic love story started from and grew. It may have progressed at a slow steady pace if you recall. This was due to Dan's stubbornness. Plagued by the ghosts of his past and Ellie with her own demons to fight, but eventually their connection flourished into a love that no one could break. But now it's the continuation into their story and clearly not everyone want to see this loveable pair happy. The only questions left remaining are,

Will Dan & Ellie be strong enough to survive the inflictions forced upon them and bear the scars?
What repercussions will the horrific events that unfold have on them and the surrounding people they hold close to their hearts?

A gripping nail-biting finale, to conclude a wonderful heart-warming series.

I know that I have to read again the first two books before reading this one. 31 Days of Winter and 31 Days of Summer made me cry and laugh my heart out but this one just ruined me because I laughed and cried even harder and I literally cannot put my kindle down that I was surprised I was still reading at four in the morning. This book has one helluva twist that I have to reread 4x who the real mastermind of the kidnapping was. My heart was breaking half of the book and my husband and daughter are both giving me odd looks as I was crying while they are watching tv. I have so much love, respect and admiration for C.J. Fallowfield but this book made me feel a thousand times more for her. I love that she was able to make room for her other books character and be part of this one and I am looking forward for the stories she will (I am really hoping and praying she does) write about their kids.

To the author of this amazing book, thank you for sharing your brilliant mind and heart with us. I really am looking forward to reading more of your books.

I have to say that 31 Days by C.J. Fallowfield is definitely one of my top favorite series. I enjoyed this series immensely and I absolutely adore the characters. What I found was a compelling story, far deeper love than most people even dream of having. C.J. keeps me longing for more, the story is captivating!

31 days of Autumn kept me on my toes. C.J. put me through a roller-coaster of emotion, I felt every love, loss and heartache. Dan & Ellie’s relationship hasn’t been the easiest from the beginning. They go through many unfortunate events that test their love.

C.J. gives the right amount of romance & maybe a bit more suspense than expected, that was a little unnerving for me. There is no explanation other than emotionally I felt satisfied reading this series. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED it!

Oh, and lets not forget the ending and epilogue. I think I just died and went to Heaven! C.J. can you please, please, please... write a spin-off story with each of their kids and their lives as adults.

I think what took me so long to read this book is that I knew that it was my last "visit" with Dan and Ellie! *tear* (until I re-read the books :))
As was predicted there was a lot of laughter, plenty of nail biting moments and too many breath holding moments to count!!! But CJ Fallowfield delivered a wonderful ending to the story of Dan and Ellie. Two people brought together by chance who fought for the love that they both so desperately believed in. I always love how CJ ties in the characters from her other novels...makes my fantasy world seem even more believable. :)
This book was definitely more gritty, but make no mistake, Alpha Dan definitely made his presence known!! Although the journey was ANYTHING but smooth, Dan and Ellie got their HEA!!! If you have never read one of CJ Fallowfield's novel then you are definitely missing out on one of the best storytellers of our time!! Job well done as always CJ!!!

OK where do I begin. CJ Fallowfield that's all it takes and you know that the words are going to take you away and that's exactly what they did. Anyone that's read this series loves Dan and Ellie and the love they share for each other and thier family and friends, and we get to see all them entwine in this book and the flow is great but I warn you , you WILL need a box or two of tissues. my emotions to on a ride and my oh my they were wore out , I felt battered and in aww this was an amazing read and true and I couldn't put it down, we see Dan and ellie world crumble, hard decisions had to be made as well as sacrifices and even though their lives seem a mess that's when they are the strongest. I was blown away. definitely a must read over, and over.

C J Fallowfield has done it again and written a book that will put you on an emotional rollercoaster and play a string quartet on your heartstrings. Get the tissues ready cus you will need a box full, I cried like a baby.
Ellie and Dan have a life people dream about, a beautiful family, success and anything money can buy. But just as Ellie and Dan are content, their world comes crashing down around them. Ellie is forced to make unimaginable decisions that will affect the lives of others and hers for life. Can Ellie live with what has happened and can her and Dan survive the turmoil that follows. This book is a must read that will take you on a devastating tear jerking journey with twists that you will never see coming.

Well C. J. Fallowfield its a done deal, Iv`e read dozens of trilogies but i`m making it official that this one is now No1 on my list. I think youv`e captured every emotion known to man. All Authors can stretch our imagination and beckon us to get lost in there books But you C.J. somehow take it one step further and that`s what makes you stand out from the rest, its almost as if youv`e lived these live`s we read about. This concluding story of Dan and Ellie was one of the most emotional books iv`e read to date. The love and passion devotion and emotion that this book depicts exceeds even my imagination. This trilogy has to make the best seller list and 5 stars will never be enough for such a masterpiece. I was given this ARC to read for a true and honest review.

Heartbreaker

I've now read all books in the series and hated to see it end. As with each there was action, audience, laughter, drama, sadness, anger, heartbreak and love. Although each book technically ended as cliffhangers (which I hate) they could be overlooked. By that I mean each wrapped up the story of that season but then gave you the beginning of the next season to guarantee you'd want to read the next book.

Here we wrapped up the Dan and Ellie Davenport family story. We get more drama and love than ever expected. We see growth in the kids and aging in the adults. We experience action, fear, suspense, illness, injury, angry but again most importantly love.

Please enjoy I certainly did

First is like to start by saying thank you to CJ for giving me the chance to read the arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Have you met Dan? If you haven't I'd seriously suggest reading 31 days of winter and 31 days of summer first as this is a follow on book and to truly appreciate the characters this is a must in my eyes.
Dan and Ellie haven't had an easy life. They met at a traumatic time in Dans life, and their romance, although fiery and intense, took a while to fully bloom into what it is now. They've had to suffer more downs than a few, deaths, near deaths, Ellie for one has seen the inside of a hospital more than a few times but through all this, they are stronger than ever with a gorgeous family to boot. Hopefully, this is going to be smooth sailing for them from the get go this time, but as you open up the start of the book (or the last chapter from the previous book) we already know that this is not going to be the bump free ride we were hoping for.
Ellie wants one more thing from Dan, and that's a daughter. With two beautiful boys, Oliver and Jonas, Ellie would love a little girl to make her family complete. Dan on the other hand is not convinced. He's happy with the family dynamic how it is and dreads every time his beautiful wife has to see the inside of a hospital, especially when he's helped put her there. But after much convincing, and the fact that Jonas's birth went so smoothly, Dan caves and let's Ellie try one more time for the princess she's been dreaming of. However, these are the Davenports we are talking about, and when has simple ever been a part of their vocabulary. Clouds are on the horizon and a sh*t storm of hell is about to rain down on the family until it's broken into fragments of its former self.
Once again, death, kidnapping, self loathing, lies, hospitals, cancer scares, shooting, money and sacrifice is all on the tables for this unfortunate pair. Will they survive? Will they find their happily ever after? Is love strong enough to keep them together?

I loved this conclusion to the 31 days series. It takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions from the first page to the last (seriously the last page had me in stitches) and doesn't give you time to breathe in between. You'll laugh and cry but ultimately, you'll feel relieved. It may not all be happily ever afters, but love conquers all eventually, and the true value of friendship leaves you feeling warm and content. CJ knows how to pack tonnes of drama and love into this epic trilogy and I strongly suggest you read about sexy Dan and his beautiful wife Ellie, as well as their extended family.

I received an arc copy of this, won a competition so was really lucky. before i started I had to go back and re-read the other two, I like to do this so I refresh myself on the story line as it had been a while and a few to many books in between reads. Well there was no need for that cause I could of remembered the other two books within the first page of 31 days of autumn.

31 days of autumn is a part of a three book series. i would highly recommend this series to anyone asking me for book suggestions.

This prequel picks up the story from the previous books perfectly.
I won't do spoilers as I hate reading them myself and avoid with all my mite reading reviews with them! but I will say if you have read the others then it is a must that you read this one.

This last one is truly a magnificent piece of writing. I have never experienced so much emotions in one book, one minute i'm laughing, the next I'm crying and then I'm bloody scared! Once again the books isn't just about Ellie and Dan, it's about there whole extended family, whom will warm your hearts and touch your sole's!

I love sex in books, I honestly don't mind admitting it either, but it can be overdone, not with CJ though, once again she has the perfect balance.

Would highly recommend this book and if you haven't done so already download the first book, you will be hooked in no time. oh and you will probably fall in love with dan and the little island they live in (which is now my 'safe' place when I'm annoyed I always think of there!)

I just can't get enough of Dan and Ellie! After rereading 31 Days of Winter and 31 Days of Summer in preparation for the release of the final book in the trilogy, I fell in love with the characters all over again, and I impatiently waited for 31 Days of Autumn so I could find out what happens to one of my favourite couples.

Once again, Fallowfield does not disappoint! This book definitely has some darker twists and turns than the previous two in the series, but she balances it so well with funny moments, as well as enjoyable everyday life with her relatable characters, and of course her unbeatable sex scenes. This book covers more ground than the first two, so we really get to see how Dan and Ellie's relationship grows, and also witness some special events for their family. And while Dan and Ellie are the stars of the book, we get a lot of great moments with Brooke, Molly, and Jenny, as well as a few "special guest visits" by some of Fallowfield's fan favourites from her other book series.

31 Days of Autumn is an extremely satisfying conclusion to a fantastic trilogy. You can't help but love nurturing Ellie and dominant Dan, you'll fall in love with their children and friends as well, and you'll want everyone to have their happy ever after. Make sure to have a weekend free, you won't want to put this book down!

PS - don't skip ahead, but the epilogue is a special treat for Fallowfield fans!

I was a little gutted to learn this would be the final book in the series...despite my pleading for a season/series finale I admit this had me hooked and is the best book in the series in my opinion.

Seeing how far the pair have grown up and together as a couple is just amazing and with CJ Fallowfields comedic sense of humour as well as emotional ability to tap into my tear ducts there was never a dull moment.

Excerpt
'You saved me, Ellie, from myself and from a miserable existence. It's hard to remember how lonely I used to be now.'
'And you save me, all of the time,' she replied with love in her eyes.

Hold onto your knickers ladies....Dan is as hot as ever, domineering and bloody brilliant in every way....and see what I mean about the comedic side of CJ?! ......

Excerpt
Someone needs to invent a cream for F@nny ageing....

This has been a series that has truly gotten under my skin and into my heart....I think I may continue to pester CJ for another instalment but if her sense of humour in this series is anything to go by, I am beyond excited to read her new book
"Until We Colide"!

A massive thank you to this fantastic author who has written an incredible set of books once again!

Gobsmacked absolutely and truly! If I could give this more stars I would. It's one of those reads that rocks you to the core and you want to see in film. It's the 3rd in the series and it's a book that pulls at your heart strings multiple times. In fact I was crying, sobbing into tissues on a number of occasions. Dan and Ellie have married and looking forward to their bright future together with Oliver. Of course, nothing runs smooth when you are at the top of your game. But all they want is an easy and happy life. CJ has knocked this one out of the ball park with content, twists and turns and great family values of love and protection. Dan is the alpha male who didn't think he could have a happy ending after his bad luck in the past but falling in love and lust with Ellie Baxter was the icing on the cake. No spoilers but I urge you to take the plunge and read the best book of 2015. Well done CJ this was fantastic. Not sure how you are going to beat this one but I'm sure you will! Be proud!

Firstly a massive thank you to CJ Fallowfield for giving me the chance to read this arc.
Just when I thought the 31 days days series couldn't get any better she hits me with this. Beautifully written, emotionally charged, yet with the humour I always come to expect in her books.
I laughed until I cried With familiar characters Brooke and molly who iv come to love throughout the series ,I sobbed uncontrollable tears(alot) for Dan and ellie and the constant struggles sent to test their relationship.
This 3rd book in the series couldn't get any better for me, you hit the ground running and don't stop until the end. I was on the edge of my seat throughout the whole thing, second guessing and trying to keep hold of my emotions. In saying that the love and passion between dan and ellie was as fierce and sexy as ever, with some of the hottest scenes CJ Fallowfield is so talented at writing.
I loved this book it's one I wont forget,perfectly following book #1 and #2.
Thank you.

What an emotional story! I couldn't put it down. Ellie and Dan are meant to be. I loved everything about it. The characters and the storyline both were amazing. I hate to see it come to an end. 31 Days of Autumn is the conclusion to the 31 Days series. From the moment I read the first 31 Days. I fell in love with Dan and Ellie. When I heard that she was doing one more to the series I was so excited. Now that I read 31 Days of Autumn my heart broke. It is the last in the series. This story is so powerful and emotional that I felt everything that CJ put in to it. I wish the series would continue on but if I wanted the series to end, I wanted it to end like she did. Dan will always have a place in my heart and I am so glad that I go to meet him and fall for him. Thank you a CJ for writing this series and letting me be a part of it.

OMG where do i start, after reading the teasers i was apprehensive about this book, but no need, it is simply amazing, i tried to read it slow as i didn't want it to end, but it ended perfectly, such passion went into writing it to make it the best of the three, you feel every emotion that Dan and Ellie go through as if you are there with them sharing it.

When you think Dan and Ellie have the perfect life with their children something happens that turns all of their lives upside down, i'm not saying anymore as i don't want to spoil the awesome journey for anyone else, but what i will say is CJ you have done it again, this is a must read book, 5 stars is just not enough, i am really going to miss Dan and Ellie and their journey.

Well...where do I start! Emotional, heartbroken, tears (happy & sad), & love...these are the emotions I felt while reading 31 Days of Autumn. In the last 2 books in this series I always found I wanted to choke Dan but that was not the case in this book. It was Ellie I wanted to choke...I love her passion for her family but at times I really could feel Dan's frustration with her. Dan's love for Ellie was tested in many ways in this story. But at the end of it all was love really enough? Could their love weather the storm that was headed their way?

I was given this ARC for my honest review...CJ did an amazing job with this last book in the series and as always a must read series.

Dear God, I've been waiting for this !!!!
I have enjoyed this trilogy and couldn't wait for more from these amazing characters !
I am not a very emotional person when reading, but this instalment pulled me through the wringer, time after time.
The amazing writing skill of this author manages to make you laugh out loud and cry all in the same chapter !
This I believe is her best work to date !!!!
So sad to see the end of such a fantastic story line !

The question is do they all survive ? Just because you have found the love of your life, have created a beautiful family together... life gives no guarantees !
