Annie received these messages in the 80s and 90s, a warning about the end of days. If the message resonates, it's simple: trust your inner guidance. Mary's predictions are coming true. Earth changes are increasing. All she asks of us is to rekindle our relationship with God through prayer, meditation and loving one another.

This one reveals prophecies which are supposed to take place in the nineties. Not all that is written in here has happened. Many have yet to happen. Although I agree our weather patterns are going haywire, it is somewhat difficult for me to believe we are on a collision course with another solar system and Earth will become part of a double sun.

DIRE WARNINGS PURPORTED TO COME FROM THE MOTHER OF JESUS
Annie Kirkwood’s husband, Byron, wrote in the Introduction to this 1994 book, “Mary’s message to the world contains a powerful message and warning to people on Earth. This is the same message, in book form, that is being received by the children in Yugoslavia, several people in Lubbock, Texas, and others around the world. Mary wants people to know of the coming earth changes over the next ten years, and to have time to prepare for these changes… Mary warns of changes in our weather patterns that will include huge storms, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and the eventual turning of the earth onto its side.
“This gloom and doom, however, is not the real message of the book, but is intended to give validity to the message as the events happen. The real message is how to find God in our heart and mind, how to live our lives more fully conscious of our presence and purpose here on Earth, and how to prepare ourselves for our re-entry not the spirit world after physical death. When we first encounter this text, we become aware that Mother Mary has blessed this woman, Annie, with most wonderful visitations, surrounding her with many angelic beings and special occurrences. Yet Mary has not come here to dazzle us with miracles, but to speak directly and sincerely to our hearts.” (Pg. vii-viii)
He continues, “When Annie came to understand that it was Mother Mary who was speaking to her, Annie protested, ‘I’m not Catholic! … I believe that you are Jesus’ mother, but I don‘t believe in you like the Catholic church does…’ Annie repeatedly thought Mary had made a mistake… Several times, Annie thought she was losing her mind… Annie is quick to point out that she has been talking to God for years, but didn’t expect Him to talk back! Every time she thinks she is losing her mind, God, Mary, and the Brotherhood [‘of God’] let her know she has indeed found her mind… Annie’s main concern has been … what would happen… if all these predictions were true. ‘How could we prepare for such monstrous events? Where would we go if these changes were truly global, and who would survive?’ … Mary, in her message to the people of Earth, answers these questions… for everyone on this planet.” (Pg. ix-x)
He adds, “Some people were also concerned about alienating Catholics. Mother Mary responded, ‘I have purposely not addressed the elements of the Catholic church because this message is not for one religion, but for all religions and for all people… These are my words to all Catholics who read this message: I come to warn the world of the impending future… Use the practices of your particular religion. In the Catholic church I urge you to pray the rosary because it is a good way to allow your mind and heart to dwell on the miracles and mysteries of God. It is good to pray daily and to follow the teachings of your religion. But be aware that the most important element is your faithful seeking of God through your mind and heart…’” (Pg. xvi-xvii)
In Mary’s first message, she warns, “People of planet Earth, listen to this message. I, Mary, Mother of Jesus, am alive and concerned for you. My message is to the whole globe and not only to church members… Every individual living on Earth will have some trials and tribulations to endure, and since these will be worldwide events, I wish to reach as many people as possible. For too long, my image has hung in churches and hoes as one to be worshipped. Only One merits this type of worship---God, our Creator. There is only one lace to find Him and that is in your heart and mind…. Return to your original starting point---God. We all have this in common, that each of us originated in God. It matters not how you return to God. What does matter is the desire in your heart and the earnestness of your seeking.” (Pg. 1-2)
She continues, “The planet Earth is being bombarded with forces which will cause it to change its direction in relationship to the universe… the planets will realign to new places and points. During this realignment, the Earth will be turned and shaken, and you will have many catastrophic events. As the world turns and changes direction, many natural occurrences will be deemed disasters. Mountains will move; seas will be upturned; new lands will come up out of the oceans, some of the land which is now inhabited will be inundated and returned to the ocean floor to be allowed to renew. These natural disasters have already started, but in the future they will occur more often and with increasing violence. My desire is to warn you of the coming trying times.” (Pg. 2-3)
She makes many predictions, such as: “The oceans will begin to churn… There will be tornados in areas where there have never been tornados, Hurricanes will come out-of-season. These changes will be caused by the shifting molten masses in the interior of the Earth… The polar ice caps will begin to break apart… in the year 1993… the weather will be extremely violent… There will also be floods, mud slides, and torrential rains in all parts of the globe… There will be tremors felt all around the world. It will seem that the whole planet is undergoing an earthquake at the same time… In 1994, the state and city of New York will begin to be flooded with swollen seashores… much of New York City will have to be evacuated. The evacuation will be permanent… the state of Florida will lose much of its land back to the sea…
“In the year 1995, the giant earthquake will happen in California and the sea will recover that part of the county… This will be the year of the giant earthquakes…. This will be the year of the giant storms… In the last five years, UFOs will be seen almost daily. They will come in great number and will try to make your governments on earth understand that they come in peace… In … America, the areas which will suffer the most will be the West Coast as it disappears… New York will not stand again as the giant trade center… at the end of this century… Japan will fall into the sea and that part of the world will become frozen wasteland… The continent of Europe will almost vanity as it returns to the sea… Australia and that part of the world will become the major nations and will lead the world in peace and reconstruction…” (Pg. 9-31)
She concludes, “Every person who does not survive physically will be affected in many other ways. All beings in all worlds will feel some effect from the rotation of the universe. The survivors will have changed and the changes will be for the better… It is an evolution toward intelligence, peace, and love… The people who do not survive in the physical world will be in the spiritual world…” (Pg. 257)
‘Mary’ missed on so many of her predictions, that it’s difficult take much of this book seriously. (But of course, ‘Greenhouse Effect’ and ‘Global Warming’ had been the subject of many exaggerated warnings back in 1991---but these most dire predictions did not come true… although the ‘Climate Change’ of which climatologists warned back then is finally coming true, in ‘extreme weather’ events, etc.)

While this book was written in the 90's and many of the thoughts and messages are still unknown and unfulfilled this book remains a wonderful message and motivation for life. Take the time to read it with out thinking or overthinking ... just do and live as suggested...even if the message isn't right on point on dates - the idea remains the same, prepare with knowing yourself and God that building that relationship with uplifting ideas and actions. This book contains a series of conversations as given by Mary, the Mother of Jesus, to a woman in Texas from 1987 to 1991. The conversations predict specific changes to Earth and her climate that will disrupt the lives of every person in the planet.
With all of the disasters predicted in this book, and the author’s boring and repetitive writing style, I found this book difficult to read, but despite those issues, Mother Mary’s underlying message came through loud and clear. We must live our lives more fully conscious of our presence and purpose here on Earth, with acceptance and understanding of truth. Release fear, anxiety, and hatred from your mind, and pray for love, hope, faith, strength and peace.
Disasters that are currently taking place in our world appear to have been predicted in Mary’s conversations with the author as early as 1987.
After reading this book, watching the today’s news stories sends a chill creeping along my spine.

Mary’s Message to the World by Annie Kirkwood contains a series of messages given by Our Lady to a Texan nurse named Annie Kirkwood.
Whether one believes in the authenticity of Mary's apparitions to Annie Kirkwood or not, one thing is certain: This book is a profound treatise on theology and morals. What struck me was the description of man as a being made of body, soul, and spirit. The ‘Spirit’ is a particle of God hidden in the soul of every human being.
All human beings have God-Spirit inside them. We should not judge others; instead, we ought to follow the way of love. We should not condemn this or that religion, for many are the ways leading to the same God.
The book emphasizes how important prayer and meditation are. We can even meditate by just watching our breathing. This calms and purifies our minds, an important step forward in the way to God.

I liked the book! It’s simply simple and in these turbulent times I found it refreshing and comforting. It is Mary, Jesus’ mother, being channeled through the author, a reluctant person and Not-A-Catholic. Truth or fiction? Fact or fabrication? I dunno.... but interesting and sweetly humorous side stories of Mary and Joseph, an interesting explanation on the book of Revelation by Jesus, who comes through in the book’s final chapter.

At the time that I read this, I really liked it! A friend gave it to me and I would not have bought it myself, but I did read it because this friend highly recommended it. I think by now we see that it is " dated" but I still enjoyed reading about this woman's visions anyhow.
