Received and ARC for an honest review. Oh My! This book had me laughing and smiling. I couldn't put it down or help myself when I came across some of the lines. Star is one of those books that catches you off guard with laughter. I do suggest that you try not to have any drinks of any beverage while reading because I almost spit mine out at one point I wanted to laugh so hard. Cash is a professional and knows how to work his assets. Jill has wanted Cash for a long time. When she gets a call from Cash to come home, will she be able to handle being around him and all his heat. Side characters are fabulous. There is one character that I wanted to slap but she made the story even better. This book is a fun and fast read. The characters are well developed. The interaction between Jill and Cash are classic. These two were a lot of fun to read. I loved how Jill would just tell it how it is and in turn Cash was right there with her. The scenes were written so well that you could actually imagine watching it unfold. Throughout the read you find the meaning of love is what it is and the heart wants what it wants. I also loved the teasing that went on in this book, for me those were some of the best scenes. An amazing read, fun, worthy of the re-read shelf and an all around great read.

A porn star stepbrother it doesn't get much hotter than that!
Cash Money I just laugh at his stage name. He wasn't what I expected for a porn star. He did his job and he enjoyed it (of course he's a man) but there was more, he had a caring side. It was sweet.
Jill was little miss innocent sexually but was a strong independent girl. I liked her!
This story was fun. She had always had an attraction to him since they teenagers. He got her under her skin, he tormented and teased her sexually. She leaves town at 18, it was too much! Even as adults she still couldn't shake the feelings she had for him. When she comes home to see her father, her dreams become a reality and things get steamy. The teasing and sexual frustration between the two is pretty funny. Together they go through some family drama but when things play out and it's over. Are they able to be together or is it what finally gets him out of her life and heart for good.

I am an ARC member and I probably would not have read this book. Boy I would have missed a good book. I enjoyed the suspence of whether or not Jill would have sex with Cash. Fighting the desire between the two kept the reader on edge. They teased each other so much. I was with Jill when they decided to catch Bianca cheating. I didn't want Cash to have sex with Bianca either but she needed to be caught. Life was changed when Cash and Jill expressed their love to each other. They excepted the simple life instead of being rich and famous. I was surprised when Cash decided to give up being a porn star but I felt it was the right thing to do in order for them to have a happy ever after.

I did the audiobook through AE. I really did not like either narrator but it definitely didn’t help the way their characters were written.
Jill (the female lead) was annoying as fuck. Christ, this book made me feel like a parent in a Disney movie. The “I’m a 22 year old virgin because his teasingly getting me hot and then walking away ruined me for all other men” mindless trope was just not for me apparently because “TWENTY-TWO” is just a tiny bit too young for acting as though she’d waited forever, though I suppose it added to the immaturity of her character. And the narrator did this really breathy voice with an upturn at the end of each sentence.
But then there was Cash...while Cash’s narrator did nothing for me, Cash himself did. I liked him. I wanted a little more of his back story (even if it would have meant a little more of Jill’s)...we get snip-its of both of them, but not enough. Also, who the fuck names their kid Cash? And isn’t taking a name like Cash and going straight into the porn industry a little too predictable?!

This was definitely different. I didn't love this story but at the same time I did not hate it. I felt like it was a little silly. Cash and Jill have chemistry but they have so many things that have kept them apart. Jill is immature, Cash is a porn star, that's all I can say about them. That being said, I was entertained by this story.

Wow, talk about hot! Very funny read that will have you first laughing and then fanning yourself down with what Cash and Jill get up to. Another off my 2016 Bookworm Bingo Challenge – A book under 200 pages, though you will wish it was a lot longer.
There have been a lot of stepsibling romances out there lately – the new hot thing to read – and this one is up there with some of the best. Cash and Jill were only really ‘related’ for like a minute but it’s still the forbidden taboo about being attracted to each other that is front and centre throughout this read.
For the few years that Cash’s mum and Jill’s dad were married and all living under one roof Cash made Jill life a misery. Now this wasn’t because he ever laid a hand on her (much to Jill’s annoyance) or was mean but because he was constantly bringing her to the point of uncontrollable lust and then jokingly brushing her away moments before she was willing to be taken. Talk about being the biggest tease on the planet. He knew she wanted him and went out of his way to make her want him more. He was always coming on to her saying things like ‘if only we weren’t related he would have her’ only to back off just when they might start. The last time he did this, the only moment she thought he would follow through, he passed out drunk instead. It was at this moment that she knew she had to leave home and her feelings for Cash behind her.
Though leaving and putting states between them didn’t work out too well for Jill. She would always measure men up to him and after a drunken night surfing the net she found out something that would push any other man further from her mind than she thought possible. While looking for something naughty to watch she came across something so much better – Cash being the star in a porn film. Her obsession and lust for him only intensifies now that she knows exactly what he looks like naked and just what he can do with his very impressive package. After years of watching him on screen, book marking all of them on her laptop, he has become a fantasy all over again, just this time something she can watch when ever she likes. When he calls after years of not talking she knows that it can only end badly – for her in the embarrassment factor that is. Her father is ill and Cash needs her to come home so that they can look over all the finances as her fathers third wife – triple bitch – wouldn’t even know where to start and quite frankly they wouldn’t want her near it anyway. She knows this trip will be anything but a breeze and that Cash will pick up right were he left off – especially when he takes a look at her laptop! The teasing begins again, only this time both sides are having fun.
As soon as Cash sees Jill step off the plane he knows that this is going to be a fun trip. Messing with her head by getting her all hot and bothered was always a fun game in the past for him, even though he always pushed her away before things went too far. This time though after getting her hot enough to see the lust in her eyes he’s not so sure he wants to push her away anymore. Cash is happy working in the porn industry – it’s a job he loves doing, he’s good at it and it pays well. Nothing really bothered him about it before but when things start to heat up and get more complicated between him and Jill he soon starts to rethink what he really wants to be remembered for. He starts to realise that she might just be the person he has been looking for all along.
When it looks like there could be a very good chance her father could get worse Cash and Jill soon realise that if something happened Bianca (triple bitch) would have power of attorney over everything, including her fathers health. The thought of letting that happen is too bad to even think of, so they come up with a plan to make sure that doesn’t happen. Only problem is that the plan might end up causing more problems and heartache than either was hoping for.
The chemistry between Cash and Jill is simply scorching hot. I mean he is certainly a good instructor when they get down to business. It’s a great read that you won’t want to put down.

Star is a Step-Brother romance.. Kind Of, But it is so much more than your typical Step-Bro Books
Star is my first book by both authors, but I freaking loved Star so I will definitely look out for more books by both of these amazing authors
Ok Star... Going into star I expected it to be like your typical step-brother books.. but wow it was so much more than that
I LOVED the two main leads Jill and Cash
Jill is a really smart, sassy girl and I just loved everything about her
Cash is a >>>PORNSTAR <<< Yep a Pornstar.. he is a playboy too ;)
But I found myself really liking him the more I got to know him.. he had a lovely side to him and was funny as hell
Cash and Jill were at one point step siblings.. but there parents have been separated for years now
Cash still has a relationship with Jill's father even though him and his mother are no longer together.. he was the only father figure Cash has ever really had
I really loved the fact that they are still close.. as in most books they never speak again and/or hate each other
So I loved that Cash still thought of Jill's father as family, as a uncle of sorts
Now... the book starts years after the separation, and Cash and Jill haven't seen each other face to face <(haha read the book you'll understand)... Jill you sneaky girl ;)
Cash contacts Jill to tell her that her father is dying and that she needs to return home, as she moved away years ago to start a new life and hasn't really spoken to her father since
As soon as the private jet lands (Jill's fathers rich).. Cash the guy she has crushed on since forever, is there to meet her off the plane.... Oh Boy, start the drama
When they were younger and there parents where together.. Jill had a huge crush on Cash, and Cash knew she did... that's why he used to tease her and he made her life hell
So as soon as Jill was old enough, she up and left her family home, Cash, her father and the rich lifestyle.. to start out fresh on her own, in a small town with very little money... but its her life and she is the boss and living by her rules......... unlike when she was living at home
Star has everything you could ever want from a Great Book
Romance, Sex (WOW HOT!!), Sassy Heroine, Alpha Male, Lots of LOL Moments... and a Whole Load of Drama
I honestly loved, loved, loved this book, take a chance on Star.. its an amazing read

The moment I saw this....

I NEEDED to read it! It was an alluring blurb and it had me at porn star!
This story was definitely intriguing and kept my attention. I loved the chemistry between Jill and Cash characters. The sexy scenes were definitely sexy! I just wish there was a bit more character development as I felt I didn’t really get to know them very well. The story started off great, but I felt the next phase in their relationship went full speed ahead without much of a build up. Overall I enjoyed the story but found it a bit predictable.
This is the first time I’ve read a book with duo authors. I would definitely read another book from Elliott Kane and Davida Lynn. Star was definitely hot and entertaining.

this books is so hot, made me wish I had a step brother almost.
Jill has always had the hots for her step brother Cash and when she knew it wasn't returned she ran, after she left she saw he had become a port star so of course she bought all his movies. when Cash calls and says her dad is sick she comes home and is determined to get Cash for a little while. falling in love was not the plan and neither was running again but when she did and was going to come back he walks in the door of her work and she knew life would never be the same again she had Cash, and she was happy. Cash did not know how much he loved Jill until he was trying to frame the Triple bitch with cheating on their dad and he could not do it, him a port star c I uld not sleep with her because he loved Jill. but she ran and he was not letting her go again.

This story was great. The characters and plot were well developed. I read the book in one sitting, it held my attention and I couldn’t get enough. It was a not so sweet taboo stepbrother romance. My only thing is I wanted to know more with what happens with her Jill’s father’s health and the step-momma drama, but I can assume what happens with her. I am a fan of these type of stories and new author Elliott Kane along with one of my favorite authors Davida Lynn did not disappoint me with this book. I absolutely loved this book!! The banter between Jill and Cash was hilarious and once they gave into the chemistry between them, they were smoking hot!! The story made me laugh and fan myself on how hot some of the scenes were.
If you are looking for a sexy, funny read that will keep you entertained this is the story for you. I highly recommend this book to anyone. It is a great read!!

Jill and Cash are perfect for each other even though Jill fights her attraction for him by moving away. When Cash calls her to come because her dad is sick, she doesn't hesitate. It's been five years, but did the separation dull her attraction or enhance it. I don't want to give any spoilers, but you should really check out this fast, sexy read. This book was humorous and sexy. A very fun read that will definitely keep your attention. I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Cash and Jill is hot! I love the banter between them. They will have you laughing. Cash is cocky porn star that knows he's hot and can have anyone he wants. Jill can't resist Cash. I love how Jill stands up to Cash and holds her own. This book will not disappoint. Elliott Kane and Davida Lynn did an amazing job. Will recommend. Received copy for honest review.

I have to start off by telling you Jill was a great Heroine! She was smart, smartmouth, didn't take anything from anyone, and knows what she wants out of like. Cash was well , a hoedog ... but he was also great. I enjoyed to back and forth between them. And how even thought they where not related anymore they still came together to help. I enjoyed this book and I think you will to. Watch out though Cash is a little addictive.

Star by Elliott Kane and David a Lynn is a hot fun read. This is my first book by these two authors and I really enjoyed it, I am looking forward to reading more from them. The characters Jill and Cash are very likeable and fun. There were times I found myself laughing out loud. Jill has such an attraction for Cash her stepbrother, which is a porn star and he likes to tease her. If you are looking for a great fast read, here it is.

Star isn't just a hot as hell read, its also pretty funny too, has a good storyline & likeable characters.

I really really really wanted to love this book, but the truth is I really liked this book. The chemistry between Jill and Cash is really really hot and so was the sex but I kinda felt like their relationship went from 0 to 60 in a matter of seconds.
Its a bit fast paced but is a must read...

Cash is a porn star. It be came to much for Jill and she had to move out. Noe Jill is back to save the family. Wow Cash and Jill are hot together. I loved the story line and plot. This is one great book Elliott Kane & Davida Lynn. I received a copy of this story in exchange for an honest review.

What a great quick read. I loved the chemistry between the characters, the story was brought to life well. Looking forward to the next project on the horizon.
