Growing up, R.L. Mathewson was a painfully shy bookworm. After high school she attended college, worked as a bellhop, fast food cook, and a museum worker until she decided to take an EMT course. Working as an EMT helped her get over her shyness as well as left her with some fond memories and some rather disturbing ones that from time to time show up in one of her books.
Today, R.L. Mathewson is the single mother of two children that keep her on her toes. She has a bit of a romance novel addiction as well as a major hot chocolate addiction and on a perfect day, she combines the two.
In 2019/2020, R.L. Mathewson will be publishing Devastated, the first Anger Management novel, Tall, Dark & Furious, the 6th installment to the Pyte/Sentinel series, Irresistible, the long anticipated novel for the Neighbor from Hell Series as well as many more books throughout the year, paranormals, contemporaries, and YAs.

The weekly chronicles are a wonderful idea to get snippets and updates after the HEA. Needless to say, grouping them all in an offering at the end of the year is a wonderful treat

Just what a person needs for your soul during a pandemic
Once again I laughed so hard my stomach actually hurt. It is so great to visit old friends, Zoe, Trevor, Jason and Haley and the rest of the Bradford's. Not much on the shape shifters but to me worth every word.

A Very Good Chronicles Collection
The 2015 R.L. Matheson Chronicles Collection is very good and very well thought out. The Chronicles gave an update of all of my favorite characters from the novels that I've read and it earned a rating of four stars. It's like catching up with old friends and I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading very good books. I am looking forward to reading whatever this author has written.

Oh man...ridiculously funny!
I love each and every Bradford, their spouses, children and yes even their crazy weird Obsession with food, but Trevor and Zoe have always been my favorite couple and their four children definitely hold a special place in my heart! That is one family I would just love to read more about! These little snippets are just fabulous!
