Cuốn sách nhỏ nhắn gồm những câu nói, có thể từ một người nổi tiếng hoặc một câu nhận định thông thường, với mục đích truyền cảm hứng, khích lệ tinh thần, hướng người đọc đến lối sống tích cực.
Những câu chữ được đưa vào đây đã được chọn lọc rất tốt rồi, ngắn gọn, xúc tích và thiết thực; nhưng điểm đặc sắc nhất chính là chúng đều được trình bày rất đẹp, hầu hết đều do các họa sĩ vẽ tay nên rất độc đáo.
Sách dày gần 400 trang với 200 mẫu thiết kế như thế, 2 trang kề nhau thì 1 bên là trang màu trơn, trang còn lại là hình vẽ, nhìn trang nhã và không bị rối, chủ yếu là gam màu nhạt nên cũng dịu mắt.
Đôi khi được chen vào vài fact, list nhạc/sách hay công thức khá thú vị. Nói chung với một cuốn sách truyền cảm hứng thì như vậy là quá đạt yêu cầu rồi. Cuốn này dùng làm quà tặng thì rất ổn, mua cho bản thân cũng ok, lâu lâu lại mở ra ngắm nghía mà không sợ chán :).

A wonderful late bday present from a good friend and mentor and my boss. Great read - some quotes I really relate to while others, it’s the new artwork on each page that is enjoyable. Fun, cute, and, absolutely great reminders of my awesomeness. Has some great affirmations, too. Perfect to keep on my desk and re-read from time to time when I’m feeling down or need a pick me up.

This book has 200 positive affirmations and encouraging sayings designed with beautiful graphics and fonts. The book is tiny, barely 4x4 inches, so it's the perfect little pocket-sized gift.
Each page has a design with a quote or saying that lifts your spirits and gives you courage to face the day and go after your dreams. On some of the opposite pages there are recommendations for meditations, recipes, music playlists, inspiring books, and simple activities to make your day happier and more fulfilling.
My only disappointment is that the pages are not perforated, so that you could tear one out and give it to a friend. The book is designed be a gift as a whole, not for each page to be given away. The pages are thick, almost like thin cardstock paper, so they would be perfect to give a little encouraging note to a friend. But it would not be easy to tear out a page without the perforated edges. Ah well. Too bad.
The messages vary from quotes of famous people to little proverbs and cliches.

Fun little book! This book was gifted to me during a time when I needed pick-me-ups on a regular basis. I would flip it open and the quote (in a fun font) would give me a smile. It also has little bonuses like recipes, easy DIYs, music playlists and more. I love the bright colors on every page. It makes a great gift!

A tiny coffee table gift book with lovely artistically drawn quotes mixed with little bits of writing about positivity here and there, recipes, playlists, and lots of encouragement to drink??? Between that and some swears this is certainly not your mother's positivity book, nor am I sure it offers wholesome, rounded advice to be a healthy person, but just the quote art alone would make a great daily calendar!

Love this little book. Out of the roughly 195 reminders, I have about 80 absolute favorites. The art is fun and creative and usually fits the reminder. All in all, a fricken great little book.

This little book is adorable. I wouldn't buy it for the quotes themselves because the internet is full of affirmations and subscriptions for affirmations should you want a daily thing. But the pictures that accompany the quotes are great and it's small enough that you can tear a page out to stick into a loved one's lunch box or briefcase. Overall, this is a good gift for the price I got it at (1.00 at the book outlet) and small enough to rest by the computer or fit in a purse.
