I’m not a f***ing babysitter
I’m a goddamn outlaw. I’ve got better things to do. People to kill. And women to f***.
Getting stuck with some babysitting job? Might as well put a bullet in my head now.

But when I saw Jenny.
When I got a taste of her fiery temper.
A glimpse of her curves.

I knew there was nothing else I wanted.

She thinks she can use me.
She thinks she’s the one calling the shots.

She couldn’t be more wrong.
I’m going to remind her just who’s the boss here.

And after I tear down all her walls.
I’m going to make her MINE

All I wanted was revenge.
But all I got was a bodyguard and a stern warning to stay out of it all.

All I got was Asher.

He’s a rough criminal—a stone cold outlaw made of nothing but hard muscles, dark tattoos, and testosterone.

I thought I could use him to get what I want.
I thought I could use him for revenge.

I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Asher is a full-length, standalone romance novel with steamy hot sex, no cheating, strong language, an HEA ending and NO CLIFFHANGERS. Contains dark and disturbing themes, and over the top sexiness that may be uncomfortable for some readers.

The president of Heartless Devils MC, John's, wife has been murdered, his daughter maybe the next target. When John assigns Asher to protect her, Asher understands but is not pleased. Jenny doesn't come around the club, she is an uptight princess at least that is what the speculation is.

Jenny wants justice for her mother's murder, she certainly didn't want to be saddled with a babysitter. She knows her dad's club think she is a princess, but the don't her at all. Her mother raised her to be a perfect sophisticated woman and although she follows the facade there is a passion within her waiting to be freed. When one moment changes between Asher and her, everything changes. Asher is not sure getting involved with Jenny is a smart move and how is John going to react his involvement with his daughter. Danger lurks and it only pulls Asher and Jenny closer.

This was entertaining, your hooked from page one. Action packed and loved the chemistry between Asher and Jenny. I liked that he doesn't treat her with kid gloves and allows her to fight for herself. Jenny and the cooking was pretty fun too. Definitely checking more books out from this author.

Mixed feelings

So the plot was interesting and kept me engaged. Umm, the sex scenes were something else... Asher's manhood was referred to as a "sausage"...um what the heck. And the one time Jenny performs oral sex is a little weird too. Additionally the book repeated a chapter which was quite confusing. Lastly the ending was abrupt to say the least, an epilogue would have been nice. I think with a good editor and a little word smithing this book could have been great.

I did not finish...the characters were one-dimensional, and the plot and story were not the least bit probable. The chemistry between the main couple was lukewarm and yet, came off kind of raunchy in a not very, sexy kind of way. This book was in no way intriguing and the dialogue was uninteresting. There was simply no reason to keep reading..2 stars for effort, and courage to write an MC Story.

Storyline had potential, but I just couldn't handle all of the typos!

This book was better than I expected and I think it was the full series. There wasn't a breakdown by chapters, but based on the length, I'm guessing that's the case. I loved the man that Asher was and how the relationship with Jenny got started. She was a balls to the wall chick that didn't take anything from anyone. I especially loved how she handled Hearts!!! That was bad ass. There were quite a few grammer and spelling errors that cause me not to give this book 5 stars, but the story line was good.

Such a good start...

I have to say this book was an improvement from the last one I read. Asher and Jenny met after her mother had been murdered. Asher has been assigned to watch and protect her, but with instructions to keep her away from any club business. Easier said then done since Jenny has revenge on her mind and in her heart. Along the way they fall for each other.
The grammar/spelling/punctuation was an improvement from the last book I read. Still had some but was readable. My only complaint about the book was that a little over half way through, the author 'ended' the first part of the book and gave in the add in book, started at chapter sixteen. So between both books, there seemed to be a time portion missing. If you like MC romance I recommend this book.

I loved this book. The storyline was interesting and captivating. The characters were both awesome and sweet. I loved the authors style of writing, it was relaxed and flowed smoothly. My two issues are that there was some repetitiveness in parts of story and everytime Asher and Jenny were intimate he would think, 'He had done this harder, or his lasted longer before, etc with other woman, and it's not something you want to hear, almost evey time they sleep together. It's not necessary and especially when his meant to love her. But overall it was still very enjoyable!

ASHER AND JENNY

Yea, a bad ass bi##h as the heroine and I loved it. Jenny started the story as a spoiled, self serving brat until tragedy struck and in walks (well struts in my mind) Asher. He's big, rough and the Sergeant-At-Arms for the Heartless Devils. He isn't the typical arrogant, whoring biker, he's a man of his own making, who stands up for his beliefs. Good story, on to read another book, maybe Cain this time.

I liked this book. I found both H and h fun, sexy and refreshing. Jenny was one tough chick. Asher well what's not to like. I believe Thomas created a good story with strong characters everything flowed well but There was some editing errors and there were times I had to re read to figure out what the author meant. But Overall it was a good read.

Wow.

Great story. Moved well. I did have an issue with a chapter blended with another chapter. Quite confusing for a few minutes. A later chapter was introduced into an earlier chapter... I thought I missed some pages.
