RIGGED: A Shagball and Tangles DICK Files Adventure

Rate this book

Everyone’s favorite fishing show hosts, Kit "Shagball" Jansen and Langostino "Tangles" Dupree, are back for another rip-roaring adventure on the high seas!

The fifth book in the hilarious Shagball and Tangles action series finds the duo and Shagball's girlfriend, Holly, breaking in their new boat after the Lucky Dog was blown up by their archnemesis in the Caribbean two years prior.

Their new boat is the most awesome fishing vessel ever built…and it’s also the most advanced spy boat in the world, provided to them by the super-secret organization called the Department of International Criminal Knowledge (DICK).

Styled out in their amazing billion-dollar craft, the threesome soon find themselves hosting one very famous fan of the show: former president George W. Bush.

But it’s not all about trolling weed lines for the fish-crazy threesome. Using their fishing show as cover, their mission is to gather intelligence on terrorists and international criminals.

So when ISIS teams up with a Mexican drug cartel to strike the United States in a plot using an abandoned oil rig in the western Gulf of Mexico, it’s Shagball and company who are asked to save the day.

Have enjoyed all of A.C. Brooks' books! He is such a witty author, similar in style to Carl Hiasson. A.C. is a local author, from Palm Beach County, and it is fun to notice his fictional mention of local places that we know. Am looking forward to his next book which should be released the end of November. Some of us predict that President Trump will be one of the characters!

Another fun local mystery

Another jovial mystery from the pen of local
Wordsmith ACBrooks . Clever story written as only Brooks does . Enjoy a smile at the humorist twists that permeate this thriller .
