Somehow, that innocent girl next door - that girl I had no business thinking about like that, grew up. And I HAVE to have her. I've never felt this way about anyone, even in my Navy days - obsessed and crazy to the point of madness. It's like something primal; a beast inside of me that roars whenever she's near. She might be my buddy's little girl, and my next door neighbor, and damn near half my age...
But she's legal , and I'm going to be her first; I'm going to claim and breed her. I don't care what the consequences are, because I'm going to make her mine if it's the last thing I do.
This book contains a hot, dirty, single-minded and over the top alpha hero with a HEA and NO CHEATING!
**This book has been updated from it's original manuscript to improve reader enjoyment.**
#1 bestselling contemporary romance author Madison Faye is the dirty alter ego of the very wholesome, very normal suburban housewife behind the stories. While she might be a wife, mom, and PTA organizer on the outside, there’s nothing but hot, steamy, and raunchy fantasies brewing right beneath the surface!
Tired of keeping them hidden inside or only having them come out in the bedroom, they’re all here in the form of some wickedly hot stories. Single-minded alpha hero, sinfully taboo relationships, and wildly over-the-top scenarios. If you love it extra dirty, extra hot, and extra naughty, this is the place for you! (Just don’t tell the other PTA members you saw her here…)
self note: hero is married in the beginning and h sees him having sex with his wife but hero is thinking of h. hmmm yeah definitely not for me. I know there is more to the story but I wouldn't be able to get Over that. just my personal preference.
The GOOD: Good pacing/S chem/hot explicit S. Lots of intense & in-your-face sex scenes between virgin 19yo h & her dad's BFF & their next-door neighbor 39yo H. Mostly from the forbidden aspect of their secret desire /affair. h had been wanting for years while H began secretly wanting her since she turned 18 & while he was still married to his arranged-marriage wife OW. Liked that H&h didn't start flirting & smexxing until H was divorced from his cheating ex-wife OW, who H found out was preggo with OM's child. H was made to think at 1st that it was his for a few months so disappointed it wasn't his mostly because he'd always wanted to have kids & not necessarily with OW. H was never in love with his ex-wife but married her in an MOC of sorts for his job position.
Good emotional chemistry between H&h esp since most of their time together was secretive. Quick, & done by non-verbal communication (i.e., looks, touch) and from a distance (i.e., phone, text, video). Some angst from when H became distant from h & then didn't call her for the next 4 days & then she found out from her mom that H's ex-wife may be back in H's life again.
Likable chars with 19yo h a mix of some maturity & typical late-teen/young-adult impulsiveness/recklessness & acting without thinking as much of the repercussions so it was 39yo H who really carried the romance of this book with his level-headedness mixed with his alpha-dominance & sense of adventure. Loved their bareback cum-so-you-can-breed-me sex talk & their plan to have many babies. So the epilogue 1yr later with 1 baby & more bareback-breeding S was fitting & hot.
MEH or the BAD: 1-star off because didn't care for h's witnessing H & his cold wife smexxing in their backyard but she got turned-on by watching H smexxing & not so much that he was smexxing OW. Their reconciliation was a little too quick, with h only putting up a little fight & easily succumbing to H's sexual ministrations. Would've been better angst & made h look more mature if she put more of a resistance & talked to H like “Don't ever keep secret about OW from me again!” or “You really hurt me when you didn't contact me for 4 straight days because you were too busy trying to get rid of OW & didn't tell me about it.”. Writing was good as far as flow/dialogue/etc but lots of typos, which interfered with my reading flow a bit.
Sexual History: h dated various boys in high school & college and even had some "heavy" makeout sessions. But none tempted her to give up her de-virginizing plan with H. H had many lovers before marrying his ex-wife. And then just h.
First off, if you don't like insta love/ breeding books- this ISNT for you But if you do.. DAYUMMM This was seriously a HOT read. The scenes- especially in the dining table and bathroom were insane ( I didn't even mind the voyeur scene). However, there was a lot of mention of "being young" and "fertile" and "cum" and reminder of him being old with some typos- but overall it was a yummy hot read! Total 4.5 stars for hotness, .5 taken away for grammar :) HOT HOT HOT HOT! Choo choo train to the super breeding trope. Safe with exceptions 4.5/5
I freaking love Madison Faye but Legal was a toss up for me. It had so many cringy moments, like the MC, Chelsea, giving Jake her bathing suit bottom after they had sex. I wont dive into details about why that scene made me cringe but it did.
It didn't just stop there though, no, somehow she just kept leaving her underwear around there. Like hot damn women - keep the freaking underwear and go wash that shit.
Legal was a dual POV from Chelsea and Jake. Jake is the next door neighbor and her dad's best friend. Chelsea is the girl who dreams naughty things about her married neighbor. God sheds his light on them both because Jake ends up separating from his horrible cheating wife. Then of course these two magically end up together and having all kinds of wild and unprotected sex.
Shockingly she ends up super pregnant and they all live happily ever.
Overall, it was an okay book. It was super quick and easy to read and I was kind of happy that it was over. I ended up liking it, even with all the cringing I was doing, and I will definitely dive into book 2 of this series.
I cringed a lot while reading this. The word “young” gets mentioned so much I think it must be going out of style, and the same goes for exclamation points!!!!!! If you want me to take it somewhat seriously then don’t use them every time somebody says a line.
Let me start this by saying that YES this needs a good edit to correct some silly grammatical errors and there were 3 or 4 occasions were Mr Harding's date was mistakenly referred to as his wife BUT I still thought this was one steamy read , I'm serious here when I say that if Mr Harding had lived next door to me I would have forced myself upon him.
He had me all
Seriously, fuck the silly mistakes, it doesn't make this book unreadable. This was such a hot book and what's not to like - older man, forbidden, massive cock! I don't need to say more, YOU KNOW YOU WANT IT! TAKE IT YOU DIRTY GIRL
This is madison old work and i gotta say i didnt really enjoy it. Kinda glad Madison changed how she writes now. So blessed for that.
Maybe the fact that Chelsea (h) saw Jake fuck his wife at the start of the book (he was married in the beginning).and got off... but Jake was thinking about Chelsea when doing his wife... So thats emotional cheating for me.. but his now wife is his ex wife because she cheated on him. So yeah.. i didnt really enjoy the book. Beside that they have wild sex. And ifk i wasnt feeling it.. i skimmed alot of the book. It was just to.. eh.. maybe if we didnt see the sex with the wife.. :/ Atleast the sex between h/H was hot.. 🤣🤣🤣
No om drama slight ow drama (ex wife) no cheating (between them), drama, sexy times, virgin gal and not a manwhore (been months since he gotten laid since he divorced his ex wife)
Slowish-insta Older/younger couple Tiny push away from H Long distance Pinning 20h/40H Forbidden Voyeurism Sorta public sex Masturbation Hea Epilogue
This is the 2nd book I've read by Madison Faye and I did give the first book I read a 5 star rating. However in all good conscience I couldn't give this one the same rating even though I like this book too, but there was just toooooooooo many editing errors!!!
I'm going to continue reading her books because I think she will be one of my favorite authors similar to Jordan Silver, Alexa Riley, C.M. Steele, etc. I am just hoping she will have others read her books to edit or at the very least use the spell check of whatever application she is using to write.
******UPDATED REVIEW OF 2ND EDITION****** I re-read this book and it seems that all of the errors that I read from the first book has now been fix (yay!) and though I haven't reviewed the differences there seems to be MUCH more steamy sex in this book (or at least expanded) than there was in the first edition! I like! I like VERY much! Thank you, Madison Faye!!!

A naughty yet very enjoyable and a little bit taboo always makes my day!!! Once again the author created a hot/mouth drooling story, where our heroine is young/innocent and have a crush for her older neighbor for years now as an adult and he is single she takes an opportunity and gives in her attraction for him.
Page after page my anticipation for what is going to happen or to finally happen between them was growing, their explicit scenes were very hot and primal also it had fast pace and read it without a pause.
The dialogues were also enjoyable and both characters were very lovable i liked how Chelsea became his world and devoured his mind/body and heart the whole unique slightly taboo romance story won me from the beginning i can't wait for the next beauty the author will write.
This was seriously smoking hot 🔥🔥🔥 and way better than I was expecting! Madison Faye knows how to bring the spice, and whew—she did not hold back. Total insta-lust vibes with a big breeding kink running through the whole thing, so if that’s your jam, you’re gonna eat this up.
I will say that by the middle/end, it started feeling a little repetitive—like, the same phrases kept popping up—but honestly, I was too busy fanning myself to care that much 😂.
Overall, short, filthy, over-the-top fun. Sometimes, you just need a book that doesn’t take itself too seriously and delivers on the heat, and Legal nailed that.
Wow this book was fan yourself hot. If you are looking for a quick hot Insta love kinda read this is the book for you.
There were a few annoying bits like the constant mention of the age and how innocent her body parts were etc. That got a tad annoying. The part with his ex wife was weird too but other than that q good short read.
I am not normally a fan of these types of books but this book was hot! I actually did enjoy this minus the beginning where there was a short sex scene with the hero and his wife at the time, also def needs edits had quite a few grammar issues which was quite annoying.
Am I the only one who likes a romance story with my smut?
Legal sounded great but read like a prob film. The sweet innocent girl wasn't very. Believable and our H wasn't very alpha seeing how the h took charge most.
Really all you get in this is a bunch of sex and not enough story to even try and enjoy the characters
Chelsea is 18 and has the hots for her dad's best friend who lives next door. As she has developed into a woman, it is always Mr. Harding that plays a role in her hot fantasies. Mr. Harding (Jake) is married to a grumpy woman who he wonders if he ever loved. It's not necessarily his unhappiness that makes him take notice of Chelsea who seems to have blossomed overnight, but he does start to notice her.
When she goes off to college, Jake's wife cheats on him and they separate, leaving him single for the first time in a long while. Chelsea's break from school is certainly well-timed, as they finally give in to some of their feelings for each other.
I love that I was his little barely legal slut, stripping and playing with myself for him like his own private porn show.
I have many mixed feelings about this book. As an adult novel, the plot itself is interesting, however, I have to admit that the language used there was so cringy. Plus all the errors that this e-book had... It needed an editor for sure. More than once the POVs were wrong, and for a second it threw you back.
However, as the author warns in the beginning of the book the book is a lot, and by A LOT I mean A LOT. There were some fantasy stuff, particularly the dinner scene, that was fun to read, and it is an entertaining fantasy, however, it is what it is, fantasy, because I do not believe that that is possible to perform.
