Wonderful book ! If you go or plan to visit the Eagle's nest, you must read this book !
You will learn everything about the construction of the Teehaus, the building you can visit going to the Eagle's Nest, Kehlsteinhaus, near Bechtesgaden.
The book is full of details and photos about the construction, the few visits of Hitler, and the destruction of buildings after the war.

For a WW2 addict a great book to read, not only about the nazi-top who lived there but also about the change of the Kehlstein mountain in about 12 years time.

An extremely detailed, fascinating account of the construction of Hitler's 'Eagle's Nest' and its subsequent history.
