The Instant-Series Presents "Instant Willpower"
How to Increase Willpower to Push Yourself through Anything Instantly!

Are you a "quitter," who always quits when the going gets tough? Do you know the feeling of getting all excited by something at the beginning, but then lose that momentum eventually...unable to finish what you've started, wasting all that time and energy for nothing?

Then you are a quitter! Plain and simple my friend.

You know you don't want to be a quitter BUT a winner - otherwise you wouldn't be reading this, right? Or perhaps, you just want that extra edge whenever you need to push yourself when it really matters?

That's where your "power of will" comes in.

Willpower is that unexplainable voice somewhere telling you that "you can do this!" and giving you all you need to push yourself to get through whatever you thought was impossible, whether it's a huge load of work, a late project, an enormous exam to study, multiple goals to achieve (or, heck, even a marathon).

Now the questions are how to increase willpower whenever you need it the most, and how to develop willpower overtime to allow that little voice in your head to take over at will.

Within "Instant Willpower":

How to use the "meter dash visualization" to create a real-life sense of urgency to get going and stop wasting time.
How to self-generate willpower to energize your mind and body to get through those long hours and long days of work.
How to use any inanimate object to cleanse yourself of any negativity clogging up your willpower from surfacing via the "faucet drainage" technique.
How to manifest a feeling of "pain of loss" to instantly rejuvenate your willpower by going through the "carousel" technique.
How not to get overwhelm and exhaust your supply of willpower by doing "downsizing distribution" of priorities.
Plus, custom practical "how-to" strategies, techniques, applications and exercises on how to improve willpower.
...and much more.

Willpower is a powerful force of self-motivation and self-perseverance to be reckoned with in the face of difficulties, obstacles, and struggles...because you can do this!

Where there's a will, there's a way.

Instant Willpower is only one of the many immediate solution guides in The INSTANT Series. It gives it to you straight—with a chaser. That chaser is a multitude of exercises to practice and implement to achieve your goals. The author is very matter-of-fact about the willpower that lies in everyone that they simply don’t grasp or maximize. It is described to readers as the “last-minute boost”, “the little voice telling you to keep going”. In seven short chapters, willpower is defined and broken down so you can use it in your daily life.

Chapter 1: Winning the Battle of Wills is an introduction to willpower. It relates what it does for you in detail along with examples. You are then prompted to describe your willpower and discover where to increase it in your life. Chapter 2: How to Create a Sense of Urgency to Get Going compares the use of willpower to a meter dash race. It encompasses visualization, preparation, concentration, and execution.

In Chapter 3: How to Set Your Willpower Free, the author delves into the negativity that prohibits most people from utilizing their willpower. Readers are shown how to release the bad, so the good can flow out. Chapter 4: How to Assert Your Lacking Willpower helps you visualize missed opportunities and possible losses. You are asked to imagine what happens when you don’t initially retrieve your luggage from an airport baggage carousel.

You will learn How to Properly Manage Your Willpower in Chapter 5 by balancing your priorities. It may sound easy enough, but it requires downsizing certain tasks to focus on new ones. Chapter 6: Generate Your Willpower pulls in some factors from the previous five chapters. By participating in four exercises, you apply techniques to unearth your buried willpower.

In the final chapter Where There is a Will, There is Always a Way, the author summarizes the power in willpower. You are provided with various methods of how to exert it. The way to do so is simple when you practice the tools laid out in this valuable book. If you are looking for instant willpower to push yourself through anything instantly, look no further than right here.

Do you ever run out of "mojo" sometimes? I think we all do, myself included. There is always that state of being in the doldrums when we happen upon a certain importnat goal and we go through that normal "ebb and flow". Sometimes we need a kick in the pants to get through the monotony of "getting there" that motivates us to keep up the march.

Not a lot of things are "instant" these days, but in this guide that you can read in a half-hour, you will learn some practical mental exercises to ramp up the flagging mojo, and they will only need small time commitments. The "faucet drain" strategy teaches you to separate from the negativity that bogs you down from going forward, and the "carousel" exercise guides you to seize oppoprtunities by mentally seeing them literally on an airport luggage carousel, and taking advantage of them before they are gone.

For the exercise involving the carousel, and thinking of a most dreaded task, I thought of dusting-ugh. Hate that chore as I always sneeze; so next time it's coming up, I will be putting this technique into action. I'm no stranger to the beneficial concepts of visualization and meditation (a deeper subject) so I know I can find places to apply these techniques.
