The Action-Packed Conclusion to the Undead World Series! The people of the Estes Valley have found their peace destroyed as they are attacked by the single greatest army left in the world. Not only do they have to contend with an army of men equipped with the latest hi-tech military gear, they also have to battle a horde of undead half a million strong. But, perhaps worse than all of this, they have to deal with a seven year old girl--Jillybean. Cruelly coerced into helping her enemies, Jillybean bends her mind to the destruction of the valley, the death of kings and the loss of her own soul, and when Jillybean puts her mind to something there's no saving it, ever. Against this overwhelming force is pitted the iron in Grey's muscles, the quickness of Sadie's feet, the determination in Deanna's steel blue eyes and...and small and weak Neil Martin whose greatest gift is seeing the good in people and ruthlessly killing them if he has to. The Apocalypse War is upon them and survival is all that matters.

I just wanted to say that after reading this wonderful well written series of 7 books that I owe it to the author to at least write something . One of the best series I have read in a long time the character development was amazing and I really liked how the author did not hold anything back with the knitty gritty details even though it did get a bit graphic in a sexual nature I liked it for what it was because it just seemed very real like all those things could really happen and it was not sugar coated by any means .... And just wow what a roller coaster ride reading these books I am very sad it is over and I would like another book but it did leave off at a good spot ........ Oh and Jillybean was my favorite character and a total badass lol
I have loved this series and this book was no different. The characters are so real and relatable. Jillybean is one of the best characters I have met. Really hope there will be a final book. A happy ever after that recalls the tails of jillybean alone in the world.
Peter Meredith brings it to us once more. This series is a refreshing look at the zombie apocalypse. Character development is incredible. I couldn't like Neil at first, but the horrors changed him into a great leader. Jillybean is one of the most intriguing characters that I've encountered. The Azael are a group of people who use the zombies to their advantage, albeit for evil purposes. If you enjoy zombie fiction, this series won't disappoint!
Just great. So good I read all 7 plus read the last one two times. These books are so much different then other zombie books I have read. And I have read a lot of them. They have more of a story behind the people I them. I so loved little jellybean. And feel so sorry for her two. I am going to start on the books right now about her . Also b hope to read more in the future about captain Gray and the rest of characters. Thank you for much enjoyment.
7 books, each one got better, every character was dispensable, so you never knew the outcome of any situation, the finale does leave the gate open for more books, and hopefully there is an offshoot, or continuation of the story. You are wanting a conclusion to the series, but when you get it you are looking for more, Thinking, I wonder what?
This is an amazing series! Very adventurous. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Some characters had to die and some lived to see another day. Good luck to those who made it.
Wow what a ride. The cast of characters in this series captures your attention and doesn't let go. Full of action, terror and courage. Definitely a winner.
I really like this author and I love this series, but this is the worst one yet. Some of the repetitious plot lines and page upon page of one character's inner thoughts and dialogue are getting very tedious. This is a group led by smart, daring people that pull off miraculous rescues over and over, yet they still keep walking into yet another kidnapping/rescue scenario. Its in every single book in the series. I really do like the author but I think this is too big of an issue to gloss over.
I'm really wondering if Ill read book 8. I think I can predict it. Group makes it to next situation, something very obvious about another group of people should send them running away but instead Neil and company deliver themselves right into the hands of danger and beg a 7 year old to save them again while she fights with voices in her head. There is also the matter of the 'renegades.' Neil and Captain Gray have had their few remaining friends/family pulled to safety ready to go numerous times, yet they keep getting in deeper for the pathetic herd of 'renegades' that can't wipe their own behinds without help and have refused to help Neil save Sadie on numerous occasions. Why? Why would they continue to save those stupid worthless people from themselves and do all the work? Its sad that such a promising series is going this way.
If you're reading this series you know things have taken a dark turn for our zEro heros. Jellybean lost her soul and is split into a good and bad version of her self. The state coming and terrible men want what they don't have. So a massive war breaks out with the good guys greatly outnumbered but better trained professional soldiers and civilians who will work along side the soldiers to protect their valley home. And poor Jillybean is tortured and threatened with the gate of 32 whites who will be beaten and killed if she does help the King of the bad guys defeat the good guys! What a mess. What can one 7 year oldgirldo?
I have always been a fan of the Undead World series. From Captain Grey to brilliant yet lethal 7 year old that always manages to find a way. You constantly see the characters evolving to face the ever changing climate of the apocalypse. I like that the author doesn’t take away from that. Kudos Meredith for another great installment. I’d recommend this book to any fan of the series. If your just now coming on board; start at the first book and you won’t be disappointed. J.L. Perrigo author of Good Intentions
What can I say about this book? Like the other 6 I have read....it's amazing. I worry about these characters as if they were real people. I feel sadness when they are hurt or die. I'm torn with how I feel about Jillybean/Eve & I'm amazed with how that issue is dealt with. Sorry to be so vague but I don't want to give any spoilers. The book is damn good....read it!
I would have given this magnificent series a 5 star rating but what the author did to Jellybean and what she chooses to do in this book when she clearly could have asked for help in the moment. Always the worst things happen in these books. Not sure I can take much more negativity considering the world we live in right now.
I stayed up all night reading about the adventures of Sadie and Captain Grey and Neil and Deanna and Jillybean. You will too. Don't start this book when you have to go to work.
Ok Peter, I have to admit I wasn't too happy to have a whole book around a war but all in all it was so well written and engaging that I was able to enjoy it every step of the way. And I think I say this every time, Jillybean!!!!!!! Can I just give her a hug...…..
This is a truly amazing chapter in this story. There are great sacrifices made. Some truly awful losses are suffered as well. I look forward to reading the next part of this story.
WOW where to start and what to say. This series is a must read.
This series with out a doubt should be made into a movie. This is the way I believe people will be if something like this would happen. Strong main characters. Brave, crazy, loveable. I have laughed out loud and cried more reading these books than any before. All I can say is read them and will see what I mean. Great job Peter. Can't wait to read more of your books.
Wow!! Possibly the best book I'm the series. So much action and excitement it was impossible to stop reading. I really hope this isn't the end, I need to know what happens with Jillybean. But if it is, the book couldn't have ended in a better way. I know my favorite characters will be ok.
I have read all the books in this series by Peter Meredith.
Have enjoyed reading all of these books in this series. All the characters become like family and you root for them. Or at least the good ones, not the King and his people or the undead. Jellybean was back again in the last book #7. Very well written series.
I never want this story to end! Please?! I'm enmeshed in this story and these characters. I've already read the Jillybean novella and I need more! Thank you for a wonderful action packed story.
