Scrum Master

I picked up this book to get a better understanding of what Scrum was and how to better work with a philosophical change in the way my job was being done. This definitely helped me with understanding Scrum and I feel much more confident in using Scrum methods at work. The bonus books were a bit confusing as to how they related to Scrum until I went back to the beginning and reread the introduction.
