An excellent college level discussion on religion and philosophy that almost no one will ever read. I enjoyed this book and the many viewpoints it discussed.

Balanced look at western theology and the dilemmas at approaching it through a philosophical viewpoint.

The chapters that I particularly enjoyed were: The Argument from Evil, Faith and Pragmatic Reasons for Belief & God and Language.

Like many books about philosophy, A Thinker's Guide challenges me to question not only my beliefs but in how well I understand the subjects involved.
