This booklet deals with the entire subject matter of the logical framework approach as applicable in monitoring and evaluation. The logical framework is applicable in many areas including project design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation. This book will be quite resourceful for learners in both project management and monitoring and evaluation, as it highlights on varied issues dealing with the theme of the subject.
