2020 reread:
I recall liking P. J. Plauger's "Fighting Madness" (1976), a long novella, years ago when I first read it. It's something of an orbital and lunar-construction procedural which hasn't aged very well. The political subplot is far fetched, and characterization is pretty rudimentary. Still, the tale moves right along. Weak 3 stars.
