This was recommended by a friend and I was pleasantly surprised at the profound insight and clever writing of the author. It was sincere, inspirational, funny and easy to read.

Ok...now I have to add to this because I just attended a lecture by Heather Madder and was very impressed. I was especially intrigued by her ideas of living each day fully in tune with our own spirit while linked to the Divine, how we are all interconnected and how we can have influence in the world by the spirit of love, peace and wholeness that emanates from us when we ARE love, peace and wholeness.

This is a book I return to over and over again. Heather shares profound insight in such an amazing, inspiring way. She encourages personal responsibility and points out the dangers of limiting thoughts, while, all the while offering a means to increased joy and freedom. I've also listened to Heather's CDs several times...and come away better each time I do.

This is a pretty insightful book. There were some parts that I thought were overly cheesy or where she tried too hard to be clever/funny or whatever. But, there were some real gems of wisdom in there. It's definitely worth the read. I recommend it.

Love her! Check out her talks on CD as well. Heather is a powerhouse of Gospel insight to help us love ourselves more and feel our true value as Children of God. "God is love therfore I am love"

Had some good points on changing behavior. I have heard her speak several times and I think I liked her better in person. Book wasn't new information to me.
