What I loved about this book was the way the content was delivered, in a non-judgemental or forceful way. She provides a nice central way of nurturing and looking after your baby without going to the extremes of attachment parenting or extremely routined parenting. Topics like sleeping, self settling, winding, Breast feeding and changing nappies were all covered in detail. It is written in an easy-to-read and navigate way for mums and dad who quickly need to flick through to find info. Happily the only book I’ll read for caring for my newborn.

This is a good book overall

Overall a Good book and teaches a lot about parenting. I strongly recommend reading books before you enter the journey of parenting and this can be one of the book which can help you in understanding the process you will be entering after your child comes to life.

Good, quite technical. Note that this book does enthusiastically recommend homeopathy.
