Overall this series was okay for me. This series had great potential but around the middle of book 2 it went south. Allie was annoying majority of the series. One of the actions that annoyed me the most about Allie was the fact she thought Cooper was cheating on her with multiple women, but would still sleep with him never confronting him about the situation. If I thought my boyfriend was cheating on me I would definitely say something. One of my pet peeves with a female character is the loss of brain cells when the H smiles at her when he’s been an douche. Cooper literally treated Allie like trash after they hooked up the second time and of course she was all “I will never do that again with him, I will make him beg for me and walk away” …….. yea….. that never happened because as soon as she sees Cooper she wants to jump his bones. I really wish authors would stop painting female characters as idiots whose backbones are nonexistent. I don’t get the whole Parker situation; the whole dating and talking thing did nothing for the storyline. Cooper’s assistant, again what was the deal with that. I felt she was just thrown in there just because.
I am really confused about book 4. Allie made it seem going to trial will open up old wounds but I have no idea what they were. I get that she was bullied but what does that have to do with going to trial. AND, what ever happened with the whole Clay’s situation. AND, what the heck was Allie’s attitude in book 4 – she literally made no sense as to why she was acting like an idiot. She accused Cooper of trying to put her in a box but I never saw that. I was so confused on so many levels and I am not sure if that’s how the book was written or if I just got bad copies because the book ends with them apart and then BAM an epilogue that’s a page and a half.
I had more questions than answers. What happened to Clay and Bryce? What caused Allie’s brother to be so distant? What happened with Allie’s old employment situation? How did Allie and Cooper resolve their issues (after their fight Allie said she will think about everything and the next page is the epilogue is a year later – huh!)? This book was just ugh overall.

Ok so to say im disappointed by the way this series ended is an understatement!!
So after reading the entire series in a couple of days i was really getting into the story, the main characters... the only characters really... really seemed to be coming together properly even with their issues and quite frankly after the third book we knew a lot more about Coopers issues and his general way of thinking. But Allie is still a complete mystery. She has so many issues that she needed to deal with before the end of the story and it would have been intriguing to read her go through that part of her life and relationship of dealing with everything.
So the fact that it ended so abruptly without any explaination of why she orginally fled Kansas. And quite frankly without even touching anything from her past before LA other than her previous relationship, which was clearly not even important to the story other than the one appearance and the fact that it was there to build up her character.
Im really frustrated that there was so much missed out and i think there was a gold mine of unearthed back story that could have been used to bulk out the story. And make this last book actually a decent size. Then there was the missed opportunity of Allie sharing herself openly with Cooper and letting him in completely and them getting on track properly. Allie sharing her idea for what is barely touched at the end 'the future' of the company etc.
All in all im miffed that i spent all this time getting so drawn into story and being left hanging.
Allie just found out her father had a heart attack and was in a terrible accident. When she heads to Kansas on her motorcycle cherry bomb Cooper gets worried sick about her safety. When she doesn't check in while on the road Cooper flies to Kansas and meets her there. They get into a fight and Allie says things she can't take back and Cooper questions if Allie truly loved him. Can these two get over their stubbornness and finally be together? Great series.
This is a great series. Rich hot CEO billionaire with the tattooed biker beauty. Rough patches, crazy hackers, fake friends, and to many women wanting her man. Thank goodness they figure it out. Must read.
In this book, Allison learns how to let her self be in love with Cooper & to know that Cooper doesn't want the change her, he loves her the way she is!
Welcome back Allie and Cooper, their story seemed unfinished and I am so glad that KB Winters decided to write more of them, that being said I want more again.
Allie and Cooper have such a wonderful relationship, working together, sleeping together and all Cooper wants is Allie to move in with him and take their perfect relationship a little farther. Allie is perfectly happy with the way her life has turned around, but all that comes crashing down when she gets a call that her father has had a heart attack. Allie drops everything and heads home to be with her family. Allie would not take the offer of a plane ride from Cooper, as she does not like to fly, instead she drives on Cherry Bomb, this leaves Cooper on pins and needles worried about Allie. What will Cooper do???and what he does will surprise us all.
LOVED this series!! And I love when there's a mature audience warning in the blurb about the book! LOL You know it's going to be a good one!!
Cooper and Allie's journey continues in this final book.
Billionaire, playboy Cooper is suddenly CEO of Brighton Enterprises. Allie is a smart mouth barista and has no problems using it to tell people what she thinks, except when it comes to her feelings for Cooper. So many secrets!! I loved the characters and the story line, I was captivated beginning on page 1 of book 1 and right up until the end of this one!!
This book had the perfect ending!! LOVE KB Winter books, they are ALWAYS an amazing read!! This is a must read series!!!
I was so glad that Ally and Cooper got another book! This was such a fantastic way to close out their story. This really tied up all of the loose ends that were left in the Plush series and gave us some great insight into Cooper and Allie's relationship.
KB Winters as usual did a phenomenal job creating a connection between the two main characters. You really feel the emotions that Cooper and Ally go through from beginning to end. My eyes were glued to my e-reader from the moment I started reading until the very last page. I was truly sad to see this story come to a close. This was another incredible story by KB Winters.
Wth? That's the end? I mean it's a HEA with the 1 year later page long epilogue. What happened with the hacking incident? Did he handle it or what? And why didn't she want to come home? What happened with Luke the older brother? Wth? So many loose ends. Not a very good wrap up but the main couple gets a HEA so I guess that's something but... Also, what a bitch she was in this book. I mean a total frigging bitch! He was going crazy trying to make her happy and she was horrible to him. Honestly, why was he with her? Anyway, that's over.
"Allison, I will give you the stars...if that's what you want."
This story is a day dream. The romantic sparks between Allie and Cooper continue in book 4. Allie's dad falls ill and she has to go back to Kansas leaving behind the new life she found in LA.
I enjoyed reading this last installment of the Plush series as I did the first three books.
Reading this series taught me lessons learned about mixing business with pleasure and at the same time it exemplifies what can happen if you are true to yourself. This is the best series I have read in a long while.
I love the way K. B. Winters writes! One of my very favorite authors. I laughed and I shed a tear. To me this series was fabulous! Allison (Allie) and Cooper were fabulous. Not all wine and roses. There was heartache and despair and there was fun and love. The billionaire was not pushed and used to no end. And I love being able to get the whole series at once. Wish it were bundled together though.
For honest review. While trying to figure out what allies wants in her life and her relationship with cooper life hits rocky times but communication will Love fly. Great book.
Cooper and Allie have it all- or so it seams. Love and respect are there but is Allie ready to give her man everything? Unfortunately, a family emergency takes her back home. Can Allie handle the family dynamics as an adult? Will Cooper support her shocking decisions?
Allie and Cooper are back! I was so excited to read them again. Thank you KB Winters! Allie and Cooper are together, but can they make it work being from two different worlds. Great read and the writing is fantastic.
I really enjoyed this series, but think that the ending was way too rushed. Allie and Cooper are having problems, sort of talk about it but never really resolve them. Then all of a sudden, it's a year later and everything is perfect. I feel like it needed more before the time jump.
I really liked this series. However, I thought her character took a turn for the worse in this book that kind of ruined it for me. Now, suddenly Cooper is chasing her and being perfect while she's being mean and rude and pushing him away. It just didn't match the other3 !
Cooper and Aillie make a great couple. Love how Cooper came around and realized what he wanted. This set is another one of great reads. Just enough to keep you coming back for more
Allie confused me in this book and there were a lot of unresolved questions, so I didn't enjoy it quite as much as the rest of the series which I loved. I gave this one 3.5 stars.
Overall I enjoyed this story, the characters worked well together and the twists within the story kept me interested. If anything my only complaint is that I want to see more from these characters!
