One screw-up changes everything. Harry really should learn to lock the door before having sex with Draco when his godson’s around. A tale of hot, steamy, flowing love—for Padma Patil and Theodore Nott. A tale of colossal screw-ups and slow, flangsty (sexy) resolutions for Harry and Draco.

Even when the author is (in the beginning) anonymous (as was the case in the latest H/D Erised 2015 event) I like those fanfics best that (later) turn out to be written by my favourite authors... Points to myself for being unbiased when rating a book. ^.^

No but seriously, this wonderfully entertaining piece of Drarry fanfiction was, as has been revealed today, authored by the fantastic zeitgeistic (faire_weather). Kudos.

This was much more serious and deep than the blurb made it seem. Not that it wasn't still wonderfully fluffy in parts, and had me honestly LOL'ing in parts. It was just more thought-provoking than I generally expect my Drarry fluff to be.

It was lovely.

Some Favorite Quotes:
"I like doing homework," said Teddy. Harry and Draco both despaired.

"Even seven-year-olds wouldn't believe anyone, much less
you, would trust me with a tailoring spell. Especially on your trousers."

Harry shrugged. "The memo said you could decline for your own death, immediate family member's death, or women's issues. I didn't think anyone would believe I had immediate family, and I worried my paycheque might stop if I said I was dead personally, so I ticked the box for women's issues and sent the form back. No one noticed I'm not actually a woman so I figured they also wouldn't notice if I actually didn't show."

Despite my dislike for reunion stories and the reason they broke up, this turned out to be enlightening and enthralling. The Seven Struggles are interesting and some of them are considerate. There are parts of the story I don't like but reality isn't always sunshine and rainbows, and there's the fluffy happy ending so I think is all well and good.
