September 17, 2012So obviously this is for work, I mean...an orange tree is real property and can be transferred through a deed but the actual oranges are personal property and are transferred through a bill of sale. Fascinating!

It's been a long time since I've put my nose to the grindstone and studied, here's hoping I pass the test and can move on to the next book to study for my new career!

I crammed from this book for 2 solid days and passed the real estate salesperson exam. (After taking classes earlier in the year). Its a great beginners guide to real estate with easy to understand material.
