Fabulous, clear and very specific guide for those who are looking to move up as well as those who have been appointed and are apprehensive of their first days. From the first day in school to ongoing issues of change, budgets and other issues, Trevor Kerry extends one hand to you to help and imspires your own reflection on what leadership is and how to go about it.
I heartily recommend this. It is definitely staying on my bookshelf ready to consult in September and re read if necessary!
