The conclusion to Caleb and Isabelle's story...

Everything is going as planned, for the most part. With school, the club, and new responsibilities on the horizon, the life Caleb and Isabelle imagined together is so close they can taste it. But their happiness is also a fragile one--all it takes is one wrong turn, one stupid decision and their happily ever after shatters all over the highway.

Because as old threats resurface and new ones rise, the most deadly enemy of all lies not in outside forces, but inside the club itself. How do you follow orders when you know those orders might destroy everything you love? How do you move forward when all your best-laid plans slip right through your fingertips?

Choice breeds consequence. Hope rises from the ashes. Love weathers any storm. And in the end, every road leads home.

**Carry You Home is not a standalone and is the sequel to Carry Your Heart. It is intended for readers 18 and older**

So, so, so much better than the first in the sequel Carry Your Heart which was YA meets MC. The hero makes this book. It wasn’t the most enjoyable book, but I loved reading a character that actually grows as a result of the chaos in his life and makes changes accordingly.

Definitely not a novel for the MC/biker fan as it turns the whole biker brother pledge on its end. Drama happens between the hero and heroine and he, shock, pushes her away. K.Ryan narrates the hero’s emotions so we can understand why he does what he does and all his regrets. He also makes the decision to leave his MC gang much to their horror. Pledges of brotherhood and loyalty are fine and dandy until you realize they are a tool to create fall guys for your biker brethren. Is taking it on the chin and doing time is a badge of honor, or is it stupidly misplaced loyalty? These guys aren’t CHAOS.

A little more editing and tightening up the story would help as it dragged in places and there are characters that have impact on the story that come and go, and the heroine…bleh.

Three stars for a well-rounded and great hero who grows past swilling Jack Daniels and sexing it up to mask his pain.

Firstly i would like to thank K.Ryan for giving me the chance to read and review the conclusion of Caleb and Isabelle's story. I devoured the first one and i devoured this one.

When we left it in Carry your heart things looked good for Caleb and Isabelle, we didn't know where their journey would take them in Carry you home but we knew they were secure in their love for each other.

When you start Carry you home things are still going great, but things don't always stay that way especially when your part of the Iron Horsemen MC. This book picks up right where it left off but it all starts to crumble, wrong choices are made and consequences come with those choices which turns into heartbreak and tragedy which i really did not see coming. Things happen that can't be undone and hearts were broken but will it ever be the same, will the love they have for each other be strong enough to withhold everything they have been through or will it be to much to bare. I don't want to give to much away but this book was an amazing end to a long rollercoaster ride of a story. If you haven't read the first one i suggest you do as you will love Caleb and Isabelle's story. This book has a little bit of everything heartbreak, passion, love, tragedy, friendship, loyalty and most of all devotion. It really was a rollercoaster of emotions but in the end the lump in my throat was gone and i had a big smile on my face...Cant wait to see what you write next K.Ryan....

I received a copy of this books by K. Ryan in exchange of my honest review.

So here it goes!! I LOVE "Carry you Home", I LOVE, LOVE,...LOVE IT!! Did I say I LOVE IT, already?
Call me what ever adjective you want guys, I won't care! Because I'm bound now with this book, end off!
K Ryan, oh boy, smashed me and glued me and broke me and fixed me over and over again. Two parts!! Two damn heartbroken, self-searhing, self-sacrificing parts and in the end...well, in the end, I was prepared for it.

"One line meant I was in the clean. Two lines meant I was in the shit. No time like the present to find out if life as I knew it was basically over."

Isabelle Martin, on her 22, kept fighting for her future happy life. After her decision to change colleges and being closer to Caleb and their life as a couple, she continue her courses at the UNC School of the Art, getting ready for her first self-project showcase. Most things of her life got in their right places and she was in a stable world for the time being. Her father finally accepted to be in rehab and their relationship been in reconnection, she was doing great at her Art School, Caleb was definitely the one for her and, although she wasn't ready yet, she has gifted to motherhood. However, she was young and the world Caleb let her in wasn't that safe, not in a millions years!

"Everything with him was just one giant battle. One step forward, two steps back. One test after another..."

Caleb Sawyer is a fighter! Fighter and a keeper. Two different people into one body. He was ready to die for his family, his gand, his brothers but he was ready to fight for his old-lady as well. Ready to make the next step in his relationship with Isabelle and create the perfect life with her, made him settle on wrong decisions. He was young, he raised differently, he couldn't knew better. So after a little time of happiness between them, dark days came to their way.

"It was like he'd just taken everything Caleb and I had planned and twisted it into something evil and ugly..."

I definitely don't agree with the world Caleb was into. He was an outlaw, he did bad things. K Ryan presented him here, as the ruthless gang member who was ready to prove his team that he was made to be a leader but at the same time, was also the caring mate who is ready to prove the deep love he felt for Isabelle every single moment. But the battle to prove himself on both sides was realy hard. So, when the dark days came and took him away for her, took their new but unborn connection away from them, their lives changed for ever. His decisions changed them for ever. And that's how first part ends...

"Maybe there was still time to turn things around, maybe I could somehow earn back all the pieces of myself I'd lost, and maybe someday, Isabelle would come home to see it."

Two years in jail plus the effort to prove himself that everything he had decided and created throughout the last six year he was out, was the best he could do to keep him sane. The time Isabelle will finally be at Claremont, to watch out her father who wasn't well, was coming. The time he will finally feel whole, was on it's way also and he was ready to fight for her and win her back. However, no matter if he was out of the gang, no matter he was living his own life away from his old brothers, the outlaw's past was on his shoulders and shown his ugly face one more time.

"Congratulations, universe. You win. Thanks for giving me everything I've ever wanted and then ripping it away."

A constant fight, a constant persistence and everything Caleb did, became broken pieces. Isabelle wasn't as she used to be. She was the same but at the same time she had walls around her. He couldn't do anything more than to stay close to her and support her. Remind her that he loved her, that he will fight for her, that he will wait for her...always. Things that Isabelle wanted with all her heart and at the same time terrified to live. She wasn't ready to fall apart again for Caleb. She had so many other priorities now, her father's health, her work, the life she created.... Oh! Second part was a blow. Even if I was hooked by the first part, the second one was action-packed, revelational and a surprised one. Not to say more about that tho!!! Wish I could keep writing about the second part and say all I want to share with you but, the thing is that, it will be best to keep you all on your toes and make you read it by yourselves.

Congrats K Ryan for this amazing series and the chance to read the book before it's release. I'm honored gilr!!This book is definitely a 5+ stars from my part! Loved every-single scene, the chamistry K Ryan created betwen the two main characters was riveting and even it's a long book, it was fast-paced, a full consuming story. Twists and turns, heartbroken moments, lots of crying, lots of laught...yeah! there were lots of witty dialogs..."Carry you home" it's the last book of the series and the best one. I heartily recomment both books to read them guys.

Until my next book review...

Take care of your selves and yours

I received this ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.

After reading the first book I was wondering how the author was going to keep another book about Caleb and Isabelle interesting. The author seemed to keep it kind of tame as far as most MC books go. So for me I didn't have high expectations for the drama that Carry Your Hearts ending set up for this sequel. I guess it just seemed like a better idea to end the story with the first book.

Man was I wrong! Carry You Home was amazing. There are not words to describe how much I LOVE Caleb Sawyer! Caleb and Iz's story is full of so much heartache. I cried while reading it. They experience so much loss and the entire time my heart is breaking and I feel like I'm right the going through it all alongside them. The beginning of this book just crushes you with one bad thing right after the other. When it rain it pours. The entire time while reading the beginning I kept thinking how can anyone survive all of this pain and suffering.

K. Ryan surpassed my expectations for this sequel. I figured it would be good with how well she writes but not this good.

Let me start off my thanking K. Ryan for sending me an ARC of Carry You Home! It was like a gem in the ground, and I loved every bit of it! It is for a mature audience, so 18+. This book is going to be released February 9th 2016, so you all need to get your hands on this ASAP!!

The story jumps right in and gets straight to what is currently going on. It was so fast paced, and I kept flipping the page wanting more! As I kept reading, I knew that a shoe was going to drop. To the extent that it was, was something I don't know if I could ever recover from!

You get to reading from both perspectives, and this time around, you find out more about the club and all that Caleb has done, or continues to do for his so called family. Of course being the reader, I found myself yelling at both him and Isabelle to not go through the hypothetical door, or to finally go after what they really wanted. You can tell that their past history has given them the chance to really know and understand one another, yet they were still filled with surprises.

There were a few quotes that stood out to me while reading, which of course were pretty powerful when going through the scenes.

It would take me, but I knew that at the end of the day, as long as I could lean on this man, who was the glue that help everything together, there would be light at the end of the tunnel."

"He was my siren call, beckoning me into dark waters, tempting me to give in, promising me everything but giving me nothing."

"I knew he'd do just about anything for me, even if it meant hurting himself."

It was such a roller coaster of a ride, going through this book! I mean, I found myself at times hating a few characters and getting so angry with the choices they made, and then instantly feeling guilty or so sad/sorry for them right after. Even Isabelle alone, I found that just when her life was getting better, BAM!! Something just as horrifying and destructive would bulldoze in and knock down everything she was working so hard for to move on!

Overall, I absolutely LOVED this book! It was definitely better than the first, even though there was so much more pain and love rolled into it. The writing style was outstanding, and it flowed so perfectly. I couldn't stop turning page after page, consumed by the words and the amount of FEELS you will get between Isabelle and Caleb! So much drama, hate, love, pain and strength coming through, you will not know what to do with it all! It all came to a bittersweet ending, and I love the way it was ended!

Okay so an ARC was giving for an honest review.

So in the first story I had gotten the impression that it was a Sons of Anarchy rip off. In this book not so much. Yes there is some of the elements there but what are you supposed to do when it's an MC - and plus it needed to tie into the previous one.

Now i'm not going to give too much away but if you thought the roller coaster had ended with the first one then you are sorely mistaken. This one is filled with every emotion known to man and you at times will be trying to catch your breathe from the rush of it all. At times you want to punch both Caleb and Isabelle for their idiocy and then all but squeal at their cuteness.

It's rather confusing.

Also at times you think things will never work out but yeah there is a happy ending and it's a beautiful one. Everything straightens out and you become happy at the result.

In my opinion this book was better than the first but defiantly a good sequel. Well done K. Ryan and I can't wait to see what you write next.

I received the ebook as an advanced reading copy to review and started it immediately. I loved the first book in the series and I am so very happy with this sequel. I could not put the it down!

Carry You Home definitely follows through with the emotional rollercoaster set up by Carry Your Heart. And it’s emotional not only for the characters, but also for the reader. When Isabelle and Caleb are happy, you’re right there with them. But when they’re down, you really want to hit something and be sad with them.

Caleb and Isabelle are such well-developed characters; they are realistic, warm and genuine. K. Ryan creates such a wonderful balance between internal and external conflicts that captivates the reader without overwhelming you with drama. It is the perfect sequel; there's drama, angst, romance, spice, and everything you could possibly want from this book.

If you liked Carry Your Heart, you will adore Carry You Home. I wish I could read about Caleb and Iz for another 10 books (hint hint K. Ryan)!

I received this as an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Wow! I loved Carry Your Heart Book # 1 of Caleb and Isabelle's story, but this book just blew me away. I held my breath so many times waiting to see what would happen next, laughed, had tears streaming down my face, and just went through a whirlwind of emotions. I loved Caleb and Iz and just kept asking myself how much can one couple take? This book was full of hopes and promises, agonizing loss and heartache, romance, action, suspense, redemption, and second chances. I absolutely loved this book and the ending although I didn't want it to end! I'm so glad to have discovered this wonderful author. You will enjoy this wonderful story.

Honest Review for e-ARC of Carry You Home

I received this book as an e-ARC in exchange for an honest review and so happy that I did.

Carry You Home, for me, is the long awaited, exciting conclusion to Isabella and Caleb's story full of drama, love and pain. The ending to Carry Your Heart leaves you with a glimpse of things to come and Ms. Ryan delivers this and more. Much more.

While in the first book we get to see Isabella and Caleb help fix each other's broken hearts, they now discover that love isn't the only thing that they need. That when challenges come you are faced with choices that will either make or break you. You must be prepared to face them head on and together with communication and compromise. These two basic and important skills are the elements that lead to so much trouble and heartache for both. Sadly they are also hard earned for our couple.

In the first book, the MC life is in the shadows and doesn’t really bother or affect Isabelle and her relationship with Caleb. Caleb had yet to face tough choice that could and would alter his life with Isabelle. This time, the MC rears it’s head and cause just as many problems as the couple do for themselves with the choice and consequence the life brings. Isabelle must decide if she is strong enough to handle being second to the club and the life Caleb has chosen to have, always waiting for the other shoe to drop. Caleb must find a balance between what he wants and must do for the club, all while learning to live with what it will cost him. Asking is the price too much to bear.

I found the book to have just the right amount of drama, pain and romance to keep me going right up to the end. I felt that even though a few place in the of the middle the story dragged for me, it was still over all well written and the perfect why for their story to go. I loved find out that what I thought might happen was sometime spot on but not always the way it played out. I loved watching Isabella and Caleb grow and mature due to the trauma and events that life throw at them.

I think the way the story carried out along the way was a true to the characters and I was not disappointed at the end. I did feel that as we approached the ending of the book, the story seemed to fast forward a little quicker then I would like and that there was a few areas that were just glossed over and could have been looked at more in depth, but it was still overall a good book. I would very much recommend, and have, both books to friends to read.

In the end Ms. Ryan did my favorite thing of all time, which I love and hate in equal parts, she ended the book on a perfect note and left me wanting more.

I loved reading the conclusion to Caleb and Iz's story and highly recommend it to all! Carry You Home is a beautiful story that demonstrates the power of time, growth, and love.

The story is beautiful because it makes you feel so many emotions. It is heart wrenching, hopeful, haunting, and healing. Be prepared to cry, laugh, smile, and experience joy. The paperback covers are beautiful pieces of art that look lovely on my shelf. The words to poem "carry your heart" on book one and Caleb's letter on book two are amazing attention to detail by the author. Consider listening to the playlist as you read to add to the experience, the author has provided something unique by choosing songs that capture the moods of each chapter.

Time is used and developed like a character through the novel. We get to fully know Isabelle and Caleb through the many years of their young and early adult lives. Written as a series, the author is able to deeply explore the characters so you feel you really know them and invest in their journey.

The growth of the characters was very realistic throughout their many challenges. The pair are faced with very difficult and agonizing situations. The way they handle them in book two is so different and more mature than the way they would have handled them in book one. They have flaws, weaknesses, and make mistakes but fight hard to overcome and do better. As I was reading I really had hope and rooted for Isabelle and Caleb to overcome and beat the odds against them.

Most of all, it is a story of love. The alternating points of view lets us hear both Caleb and Isabelle's voices to fully demonstrate their love, trust, and devotion to each other. They were always attracted to each other starting in high school but when they are faced with tragedy and earn second chances their love grows into a bond that only soul mates can share. I enjoyed watching this couples journey and was so glad to get a satisfying, happy ending.

K Ryan has written a wonderful novel and I can't wait for her next one!!!

Firstly i would like to thank K.Ryan for giving me the chance to read and review and earc of this amazing book

When we left Caleb and Isabelle in Carry your heart things looked great they were happy things were going their way and we had no idea where their journey would take them

When you start Carry you home it picks up right where we left off, everything looks great they get unexpected news but embrace it with open arms, but nothing is ever perfect is it especially being part of the Iron Horseman MC, things are bound to go wrong. things start to go from bad to worse until wrong choices are made and the consequences that follow will leave a mark. Can their love conquer all? , can it survive all the heartbreak and loss they have been through? well you will just have to read it to find out. It was an epic conclusion to Caleb and Isabelle's story. It had me going from having a lump in my throat to having a big smile on my face. this book had everything, love, passion, friendship, loyalty , tragedy , heartbreak, family and most of all a love that cannot be broken easily. this was one hell of a rollercoaster ride and i loved every second of it. If you haven't read Carry your heart yet is suggest you do and i know you will love Caleb and Isabelle as much as i do. I can't wait to see what you write next K.Ryan....

I really loved Caleb and Isabelle. They are finally together and things are so good between them. Her dad is getting the help he needs and both are moving forward together. She is back at school and he is moving up in the club. Then something happens that rocks their world and we watch both of them shatter in their own words. This part of their story is an emotional rollercoaster ride that will go from passion to pain. I loved that this couple had to fight for each other and their relationship. It didn't come easy for them, but they fought none the less. I so enjoyed their story.

I give Carry You Home 5 hearts!

There aren't enough crying emojis to prepare you for the number of tissues you will need a to finish this duology! It is the heart rendering conclusion to Caleb and Isabelle's story. It is full of heartache, loss, and pain that is interwoven with tenderness, rediscovery and above all love that may just survive the passage of time. It will take a lot of work and sacrifice. The question is, are they both willing to make those sacrifices to have a love anyone will be envious to have?

Favorite Quote: “I fear no fate for you are my fate…”

Caleb Martin and Isabelle (Iz) Sawyer are finally in a good place together. Iz has gotten her father into rehab for his drinking, is back in college taking the art classes she wants, and has found love with Caleb. Caleb is gaining status in the club and is ready to take the next step with Iz. When an unexpected event occurs, this couple takes it in stride, secure in their love for one another.

But life has a way of getting in the way when you least expect it. Choices are made that lead to some serious and heartbreaking consequences. When two people hit rock bottom, the only thing left to do is to claw their way back into the light and find their way home.

Carry You Home is the conclusion to Carry Your Heart. Second chance romances are my kryptonite. There is something very addictive in seeing a romance gone wrong and the efforts the couple will put into making it right again. Especially if the author keeps the plot realistic, allowing us to not only follow along but actually relate to the couple and the sheer amount of work relationships take. What I truly enjoyed was the lack of formula in this sequel. This is an emotional journey fueled by choices and charged with love, loss, regret, guilt, and forgiveness. Well written with a smooth storyline, intriguing conflicts, and multi layered characters; Ryan forces our couple to take leaps of faith as they look deep inside themselves for the answers to their questions.

Picking up right where book one left off, Caleb and Isabelle have truly committed to one another. When Iz discovers she’s pregnant, her emotions are all over the place. She has just gotten to the point where her art is being noticed and she experiences what all soon to be parents wonder- how much of her life will change and how much will she have to give up for her expanding family. She is also having to deal with Caleb making decisions for the both of them without consulting her. Isabelle is independent by nature and she is beginning to feel as if her choices are being taken from her.

Caleb adores Iz but you can see he still has abandonment issues and this shows in his thoughts and actions. He’s a provider and a protector. Her pregnancy is a God send for him because in his mind, it further strengthens the ties that already bind them together and assures him to some extent that she can never leave him.

Told in alternating POVs, we are able to see their thoughts as their worlds begin to shatter. Ryan deepens the characterizations of Caleb and Iz; showing them as individuals; and allowing us to see the fear that traps them and the risks they are each willing to take to be free. A pattern begins to form, cluing the reader into the underlying issues that were swept aside and are now demanding to be heard.

This is not your typical MC romance story. Thought the MC features a larger more action packed role in this sequel, it is still one of many elements that has chipped away at this relationship. The strong emotional base leaves the reader with a heavy heart as we watch our couple try to understand what went wrong in order to move forward. Especially Caleb. He learns a very hard lesson in here as he begins to see the long term damage his actions have caused. While we could say his poor choices were the beginning of the end, he cannot be blamed for it all. The event that was the catalyst was merely one of many in their path towards destruction.

I really enjoyed how Ryan doesn’t give them an easy fix to their relationship. The characters have to work hard to repair the damage they each played a part in creating. It’s a time of self awareness and reflection. You can feel the anger, resentment, confusion, and hurt rolling off of them but they both realize that until they are happy with themselves, they’ll never be happy together. The emotional and mental baggage that each carry is finally out in the open and the author allows that to happen in a realistic manner. It’s painful as you watch these two struggle to find their way back to themselves and each other.

All in all, I enjoyed this contemporary romance saga. It is an easy read that manages to capture the bittersweet pinch of love and loss without indulging in ridiculous melodrama or over saturated purple prose. I did feel at times the dual narrative slowed down the story. Being privy to every thought and action is nice but very time-consuming. I also found one particular scene between Caleb and the MC a little unbelievable.

Regardless, Carry You Home maintained it’s feel good theme, even with the emotional theme, as you watch this couple overcome adversity and learn that sometimes you have to lose everything in order to appreciate what you had.

This review was first posted on For The Love of Fictional Worlds as part of the Blog Tour hosted by Indie Sage PR.

So here's the thing, Carry Your Heart was an okay read for me (4 Stars only because I read this book immediately after) mostly because there were parts that dragged one for me - but I did fall in love with Caleb and Izzy - it was really hard to stop myself and boy was I glad that it didn't end on a cliffhanger. But did that stop me from immediately picking up this book and reading it? A BIG FAT NO.

But here's the kicker, In Carry Your Heart - both Izzy and Caleb were kids, ferociously in love with each other but definitely kids. And here's the kicker, not many people in reality get, but what Ms. Ryan got immediately, is the fact that kids don't have the maturity to handle the mistakes, the frustrations and the immense sorrow that sometimes comes with being in a relationship.

"Love was never our problem and now, inspite of my moment of weakness, love just wasn't enough anymore. So I let myself revel in his touch and his kiss on last time, because now, this was goodbye."

The start of this book is so optimistic, Izzy is starting her college and Caleb, well he is slowly getting his foothold in his Motorcycle Club (oh didn't I tell you, this is also an MC novel, but not one of the hardcore ones!) and though Izzy doesn't really like that part of his life, she tolerates it, mostly because she loves Caleb.

But Caleb, oh sweet Lord, is adorable guy who is irrevocably in love with Izzy, yet he can't seem to understand his priorities and makes such huge mistakes, that it is hard for him to get back up - but he does, and becomes a better man for it.

Both Izzy and Caleb have had to make hard choices, difficult decisions but all through those trials, their love for each other was not only palpable, but more realistic than any fictional romance I have ever read.

"I think life has a way of working itself out. Now, maybe you don't get there the way you thought you would and maybe you don't even end up where you expected, but you always get there at the right place and the right time because that's exactly where you're supposed to be."

This book was a freaking roller coaster throughout, unlike the first installment and while it took time, I finally understood the reason why. In the first book, you have the slow burning of the first love, the optimism of looking forward into future, the burn of knowing that there is someone who has your back through everything (and I am not just saying it, Caleb and Izzy definitely proved it!).

But Carry You Home, we see a journey of those kids becoming adults and the trials and turbulence that come with that oh so sweet journey! And let me tell you, it was just heartbreaking. (Imagine, it being 4 AM in the morning, and I am sobbing my eyes out through at least 82% of this book and I have been reading since 10:30 PM last night!).

Life is made up of choices and their consequences - a split second decision, that could end up derailing everything and nothing, not even love is enough to stitch everything together.

It took years, but both Caleb and Izzy learnt it, through loss, forgiveness and a love that was more enduring than they would have believed (well, mostly Izzy, because Caleb was unflinching in his conviction throughout!)

Spoiler: Those letters that Caleb wrote to Izzy, were not just heartbreaking but they ripped out my heart and that's okay, because who needs a heart anyway!

Best part, this is told in dual POV and the reason why this book became all the more heartbreaking and tear-jerker than it would have been if it had been told in a single POV.

This is a duology that you won't ever regret picking up, especially since both the books are now out and no waiting period!!! YAY!!

And in the end, every road leads home.

description

Carry you Home from K. Ryan was a thrilling and emotional 5 star read.
Romance, Hot Alpha Bikers, Ugly Cry, Emotional Rollercoaster

"One line meant I was in the clean. Two lines meant I was in the shit. No time like the present to find out if life as I knew it was basically over."

The story pulls you in right away and goes straight to Iz finding out she's pregnant, how will Caleb react? It was so fast paced and told in alternating POV. We find out more about the club and what Caleb will do for his family. Very intense.

It felt like a piece of my soul had splintered and his had meshed in with mine to fill in the empty spaces.

Caleb faces jail time and the last thing Iz expects to hear from Caleb is “I don’t want you to wait for me,Iz.” He did not just say that. Caleb pushes her away with cruel words. And then of course he changes his tune when he’s in prison and starts sending letters to Iz. Will she let him back in and reply to his letters? You definately go through an emotional rollercoaster and you are guaranteed a couple of ugly cry moments.

I LOVED the book and Caleb Sawyer! This is a story of love and the alternating POV’s helps you see into each of their feelings. The writing style is great and really pulls you in. I couldn't stop turning page after page. So much drama, hate, love, pain and strength. I really enjoyed reading Caleb and Isabelle’s story. The Epilogue was great. Thank you K. Ryan for a great read.

Caleb's and Isabelle's journey continues in this two part series and what a journey it is!

Isabelle is a very talented artist and now that she is where she wants to be, she goes to the Art School with less impact on her personal life. She is settling in this new way of life and more in love with Caleb than ever. The future looks bright but fate can be cruel.

Caleb is a mechanic and is still part of the motorbike club. He is over the moon with Isabelle's decision and looking forward to their future together. They are initially faced with some unexpected news and although Isabelle is apprehensive at first, Caleb is quite happy and they find themselves making more plans. Then Caleb goes on one of his "assignments" and from here on out this book becomes a compulsive nail biter!

It only takes one error of judgment and being in the wrong place at the wrong time to turn everything into a turmoil. Caleb finds himself in the least desirable predicament and to top it all they are both faced with yet another heartbreaking situation. Will this bring them closer together or tear them apart?

Caleb has always believed that the club was the only place he wanted to be until everything takes a turn for the worse which makes him realise that maybe being a club member is not all it's cracked up to be. Isabelle is at a total loss but being who she is, she makes the best of a bad situation. At what cost?

This is story had my full attention from beginning to end. There are so many twists and turns that I couldn't wait to get to the next page. New danger is on the horizon. Betrayal comes from where it's least expected. There is violence. Revenge of the worse kind. For what? Is revenge really worth it?

I admire the way Caleb sticks to the decision and his loyalty to those deserving. Isabelle is kind, understanding and compassionate but everything that's happened has taken its toll on her emotions. Will she ever be able to leave all the heartbreaking events behind her to start afresh?

This is one of the most emotive story that I have read in a long time and if anything this "dynamic duo" of a book is definitely going on my to read again list. I like the way it spans over a period of time which makes the characters more real and I would fully recommend to 18+ readers.

I received a complimentary ecopy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

**This book was sent to me in exchange for my honest and unbiased review**

This was a fantastically well written, emotional, experiential read. K. Ryan has done it again. I remember when I read the first book, and I felt like I had just been through a whirlwind of a romance - cuts and bruises, but still intact. And that's how I felt about this book as well. It's a very heavy. emotional, human book. About two people trying to make their love work. And it was brilliant.

This is the continuation of the first book, CARRY YOUR HEART, I am not going to get into too much detail with this one because I don't want to take away from anyone's experience of reading both books! But let me say that this is one of the BEST conclusions to a love story that I have ever read. The characters, the story line, the emotion - it was all so very tangible. So real and authentic. So vulnerable. K. Ryan is a phenomenal writer.

It was SO nice to be able to experience such a love like that between our two characters, Caleb and Isabelle. These two just brought me all of the feels, even during the times of big and heavy tension. In my opinion, THIS is how you create one of the greatest romances. By allowing the characters to be authentically human. These two are extremely flawed - to the point where I wanted to reach through the book and strangle both of them. There were moments when I could take either of them, but there were also moments when I was rooting for them so hard that I could hardly breathe. It was involved with these two from page one.

And the storyline? So full of drama and all of the happening. The character development and the plot progression matched spot on. They went hand in hand. Right on par with one another. And I was interested in both 100%. Our supporting cast of characters were so interesting, on their own and whenever they interacted with our main duo.

I couldn't put the book down. I found myself finishing it in about 5 hours and I was pretty sad when it was over. I could read about these two forever, but I will say that the ending is very satisfying. I was pleased and so elated that I was able to experience this world and these characters again and that this story didn't fall victim to second book syndrome. It was JUST as good as the first book!

Way to go, K. Ryan, you hooked me!

Rating: 3.5 Stars rounded up because of the emotional impact

I would like to thank K Ryan for the eArc and the opportunity to read the rest of Iz and Caleb's story

At the end of book 1, things looked good for Caleb and Iz. Iz was learning the ropes of being an "old lady", and Caleb was ensuring his place in the Horsemen, but that was just the quiet before the storm. Carry You Home picks up shortly after the end of book 1 - Iz in art school, and Caleb doing a "run". Their relationship has advanced to a higher level, and all seems right in the world. Then, it all falls apart. Every good thing disappears.

I experienced a LOT more emotions during this book. I mean, these two really lose everything, and some of those things are just so painful to be a part of. I cried. Real tears. This book also spans many years, and through the years we get to know a lot more about Caleb and Isabelle as people, individuals. Their story began when they were 21, but it ends when they are about 33. They both experience a great deal of personal growth, however, Caleb's transformation is actually the most impressive, because he was very immature at the beginning of the duology.

What I liked:
I felt that Ryan did a good job of tying up loose ends. We find out the fate of almost all the major players (Dom, Sam, Skylar, Marcus, etc), and we also got an epilogue, which is something I often crave and need for closure.

I loved Caleb's letters.

This idea of second chances and mending relationship always gets me in the feels, and there is a lot of that in this book.

Believe it or not, I sort of liked that the resolution to many of the issues was not easy, because that is realistic. You have to work for things, and Caleb worked A LOT in this book for the things he wanted, and for the things that mattered to him.

What I didn't like
Not that much. I thought some parts were a little too drawn out, but not enough to make me stop reading. At that point, I was connected to the characters, and too invested in the fate of Iz and Caleb.

This is a story of love, loss, redemption, choices, consequences, healing, and so many other things. I cried tears, happy and sad, but the ending was all worth it.

I received a ARC of this book in exchange for a honest review over on my blog Pretty Little Book Blog.

Picking up where the amazing Book 1 left off we get to see the conclusion of Caleb and Isabelle's story. There is still a heavy MC influence in this story which if you have read book one -- Carry Your Heart you should not be surprised about. . . if you haven't read book one then I'm going to tell you to go back and catch up because these are not standalone novels (that and book one is amazing and therefore deserves a gander) Just when you think everything is cruising right along for Isabelle and Caleb -- they have each other, he is trying to fix the issues with the club, she is working on her art. Life all of a sudden flips the switch and throws them a curveball. Both personally and in club dealings! Them trying to deal with this shift makes up the basis of this story.

I love seeing the next step between this couple. Things aren't easy (life never is!) and this story takes some twists and turns. I think that is one of the strengths of this series is how realistic and personable these characters are. Real life = real problems and You want to know more about them, their successes feel like our own and when they are having issues we want to stand up and fight for them. We also learn that like any organization the club is vulnerable from betrayal within and all that internal strife takes it's toll.

But like a Phoenix out of the ashes there is some rebuilding to become stronger and better than before. With the ups and downs Caleb and Isabelle go through you can't help but wipe away a tear a time or two during the course of this story. When you look at what genres this book is listed in (at least on Amazon) you see that family saga is one of them and its true. With both of these books in this series we get a sweeping look of the lives of these 2 people, the big moments and the quiet ones that are beautiful all the same.  The passage of time is always noted and thankfully K.  gives us the amount of time that has passed instead of leaving it up to us to figure out. The closer we get to the end of the novel the more intense the story gets and then once we get to the epilogue we get blissful resolution. With this book K. has given us readers the complete package!

I read this series back to back, Carry You Home is the conclusion of Caleb and Isabelle's story.

Carry You Home picks straight up where Carry Your Heart ended, everything is going great for Caleb and Isabelle, but you know something is going to happen, or else why would there be a second book. Being part of the Iron Horsemen MC comes with it's own troubles, things quickly start going wrong around them and tragedy strikes, and hearts break. Will Caleb and Isabelle's love be strong enough to see them through it? you need to read that for yourself! Carry You Home is packed with emotion, K. Ryan's writing is amazing and she captures everything love, heartbreak, tragedy, loyalty and trust. I really enjoyed this 4 star read x

Okay, so I was given an advance copy in exchange for an honest review. And honestly...I loved it!

Initially I was worried about what book two could offer since book one ended in a good place. But wow was I wrong. Caleb and Iz had so much more to go through before their HEA could be truly appreciated.

I loved how Caleb was able to pull himself out of a life he was really unhappy with and make his own way. He may be a bit older and worn in this book but he is none the less an amazing book boyfriend than in book one. He will still do anything for Iz even when they're apart. His love for her is completely swoon worthy but not in a cheesy way.

Iz was a little more frustrating for me this time around but by the last few chapters I began to understand why she behaved the way she did. It does take Isabelle a little longer to see that she and Caleb were destined to be together and live HEA. But once she does the story comes full circle.

I was glad to have Dom's brief and sad point of view. It allowed Caleb's decisions to have a more profound impact. This was not your typical MC romance, it offered so much more of the characters by focusing on their struggles with life choices, past decisions and friendships outside of the MC. It offered a more realistic view of how sometimes you take the long road to get to where you were always meant to be.

You absolutely must read Book One before diving into Book Two, but you will not be disappointed both of these books brought tears to my eyes and found me smiling to myself at other times. I love K. Ryan's writing and can't wait for more from her.

So this book left off where Carry Your Heart left off. I had no idea that this book would end up the way it did and I'm not saying that in a bad way. This book started out where everything was going amazingly until BAM a wrecking ball came and busted all that up. OH MY GOD!!!! I about died, what no I wanted to strangle several people in this book!!!! Reading this book took me on one of the craziest, most infuriating emotional roller coaster ride ever, but in a good way. I loved watching Caleb and Iz on their journey of discovering who they are supposed to be in life separately and together was a crazy ride for sure. They always say love isn't easy but for some its harder than for some. Sometimes you people make that road harder than it needs to be but when you are young we make choices we feel are right but if we don't communicate with the other things go so horribly wrong and you will lose the one you love. This is a story of two people who love each other so much but choices are made, things are said and actions are done that can tear a relationship apart. Will they be able to find their way back to each other? Will the be able to overcome the past and the pain to find their HEA?

Don't miss out on this series!! I was hooked and read them back to back. I could NOT put them down I had to know how it would all end. I wanted to slap both Caleb and Iz so many times in this book to wake them the heck up. K. Ryan did an awesome job and I can't wait to read more!

Holy Heck I don't know where to begin on this review. This book left me in a book hangover.
Carry You Home was absolutely fantastic

This is the second book to Carry Your Heart.
Carry You Home we find Isabelle moving on with her life after Caleb went to prison. She moved to New York to begin her internship with the gallery. She lives her life as she was told to do by Caleb. But a piece of her is missing. She gets letters from Caleb that she bring herself to read. She has to return home do to her father being sick. She knows that returning home with bring back heartache and memories. She comes face to face with the man she tries so hard to forget about.

Caleb serves his sentence in prison and is released from his hell hole. But they hell hole brought on a new man with a mission. Caleb gets out of the club and becomes a business man owning and running his own shop. He knows his life isn't complete without his Iz. He has to find her and try to win her back.

Can they get through all the pain and heartache to rekindle what they once had? maybe so but they have a lot standing in their way. From violence to threatening lives to death is a few things that stand in their way.

I absolutely love Caleb in this book. He is Mr. McDreamy and you can't help but love him when you see that he just doesn't give up.

Once again we find ourselves following Caleb and Isabelle's story. We see the tragedies and heartbreaks that happen in their lives, with them and with others. We meet some new and interesting people. We watch as things blow up in people's faces, especially with the ATF having been sniffing around in book one. Some decisions are made that totally floored me on Isabella and Caleb's parts. Some secret contracts come into play that had me shaking my head as I read the book. Instead of the cliff hanger that the first book ended on, this one does have an HEA with just a little bit of a cliff hanger to make you think there will be more in the series. I hope that we get a book for Skyler's story, Dom's story, Saul's story, and others who work with Caleb. Watching the interesting choices that are made, with Caleb and Dom near the end had me cheering for Caleb. You truly need to read the first book, and get a feel for how things play out, and how some of the interactions between people in this book are just mind boggling at times to fully appreciate it. You kind of get a hint of how this book tone is going go to from the Prologue. It truly does set the tone of how you will read the book, and that's a good thing. I could not think of a better Prologue for this book. Enjoy it!

K. Ryan is the newest name on the list of authors trying to KILL me! With that being said, I LOVED LOVED LOVED Carry You Home! At the end of Carry Your Heart, things are looking good for Caleb and Isabelle, but life has a way of changing in the blink of an eye, especially being involved with the Iron Horse MC. One bad decision starts a series of events that ultimately leads to heartbreak and tragedy. Will Caleb and Isabelle's love being able to withstand all the consequences of things that can't be undone?

That's all I'm going to say because I'm having a hard time not describing everything about this story. I'm still very emotional while writing this review, to the point of my eyes are tearing up again. My heart is still pounding from the intense and highly emotional roller coaster ride that I was on without motion sickness pills. Character development is great, with everyone constantly evolving. A fast paced, gut wrenching, and very well written story line flows perfectly. K. Ryan's extremely talented, yet diabolical, writing style is fantastic, with serious OMG moments that came out of left field which had the f-bomb flying out of my mouth. Although she ripped my heart out with a rusty knife, I LOVED LOVED LOVED this book so much that I'm screaming from OKC that I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!
