Forget the flowers and tender kisses. I'm marrying a man who took a bullet for me tomorrow, and I don't have a choice.
Did I say he's an outlaw? Asphalt has slayed more men on the road and taken more women between the sheets than I can ever count.
He's arrogant. Savage. So handsome and wild I should slap him for being this beautiful while he does every sin in the book. When he tells me I'm going to say I do, and mean it, I want to believe him.
Especially when he's the boy I left behind. All the insanity I tried to escape when I stopped being the sheltered club princess.
So, why the hell can't I keep my lips off his when he gives me that smirk and whispers filthy things in my ear?
ASPHALT
She thinks it's pretend, and club business is the only reason I'm slapping my brand on her skin. What a damned joke.
Elle got away from me years ago. Never again.
I'm putting her where she belongs the second I hear "kiss the bride." Yeah, I told my brothers I'd go along with this sham marriage to save the Grizzlies MC. They don't know how bad I need her.
This isn't pretend anymore. The good girl act won't save her this time. I'm keeping my bride.
I can't forget the kiss that turned me into an obsessed lunatic. I'll own her on my bike, in my bed, wreck her for any other man, or I'll be dead.
Elle's always been mine. Don't care how much I suffer 'til she learns that's law...
The Outlaw Love books are stand alone romance novels featuring unique lovers and happy endings. No cliffhangers! This is Asphalt and Elle Jo's story in the Grizzlies MC series.
Nicole Snow is a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author. She found her love of writing by hashing out love scenes on lunch breaks and plotting her great escape from boardrooms. Her work roared onto the indie romance scene in 2014 with her Grizzlies MC series.
Since then Snow aims for the very best in growly, heart-of-gold alpha heroes, unbelievable suspense, and swoon storms aplenty.
Current fan favorites include her Enguard Protectors series, accidental love novels, plus long beloved MC romance thrillers like the Grizzlies and Deadly Pistols.
What do you do when you're the princess of a MC and your dad, the president of the club, chases away the guy you've been wanting for years? This book has a lit of twists and turns and will have you hooked right from the beginning. Asphalt is the super sexy, confident, strong biker we all love. When he reconnects with the girl he fell for and hasn't seen in 4 years, he "Vows" to stop at nothing to keep her safe. Elle is furious with the new "arrangement" her father put her in ,but goes along with it to help her dad and the club. When Asphalt and Elle are thrown together can they overcome the secrets and danger that are always lerking around and finally have the happy ending they've always wanted?
It's Nicole Snow again, bursting with excitement to release the final ride for the Grizzlies MC with OUTLAW'S VOW! You'll get an explosive romance between a hothead and a pampered club princess, plus an original novella about everybody's favorite Prez bundled with it, BLACKJACK'S SECRET!
I am sure the Outlaw's Vow is a wonderful book. I have mixed feeling toward Miss Snow's book. The idea of force marriage in MC world is unusual. And at the end I just can not connect with everything here. The banter, the conversation seems off for me.
Ellie Jo planned one day to be married outside of the MC she was raised in. To have a family and never live in fear or have to play by the club rules. One can dream right, now she is being forced to marry her highschool crush Asphalt, she hated to crush on him but he got under her nerves. Now though she despises the man.
Asphalt doesn't do love or anything with pretty words or flowers to go with them. He secretly tells himself he is marrying Elle Jo for the club, but realistically he always wanted her. One kiss seals their fate tough, Asphalt plans on making their sham of a marriage a real one but outside loyalties and Elle Jo's fathers blunders play a role in tearing them apart, will they be able to brace the turmoil surrounding them?
Excellent read. I liked this one because both are pawns but Asphalt wants to man up. Elle Jo is torn between her father and Asphalt and her life had been so ingrained with rules her father set it is hard to put her hands in Asphalt's. Thrill ride with every turn of the page.
This is my NEW FAVORITE book of the series! Sorry Roman & Sally, Asphalt & Elle Jo were DYNAMITE together!! This book was intense; the sex, the violence, every facet of the main characters' relationship... LOVED it all!
LOVED that Asphalt & Elle Jo had a bit of a past together. Their love for each other felt so real, even though it started out on such a different level four years after Elle Jo returned to town. It wasn't really second chance or anything but knowing that they had been crushing on one another made it that much more special when they came together. Man, they knew how to make a connection... in the bedroom, at the park & around the campfire!
LOVED the descriptive & passionate sex scenes but truth be told, I would've liked a better variety of adjectives. You can only compare sexual organs & acts to volcanos & molten lava so many times before you start to roll your eyes.
The violence in this book made things very exciting. Yeah, some of the fights & kidnappings got pretty gruesome but it was weirdly satisfying at times. When Asphalt & Elle Jo got their revenge against Zee, literally hand in hand, it was downright awesome.
Looking forward to seeing what happens next with the Grizzlies MC! Maybe it's Stryker's time to meet his match? :)
So this was the very first MC romance book I've ever read. And it was a huge overkill on the rough sexy times. This book completely deserves its erotica tag. The action / suspense mainly comes in the latter third of the book, which I've since discovered it a pattern with this author in this particular MC series. I read this Kindle Unlimited offering because Asphalt and Elle Jo had a history together that I thought sounded interesting. And it was. Too bad personalities and plot points were completely overwhelmed by the sex. There is quite a bit of violence, too. Since I never saw a single episode of Sons of Anarchy, I can only guess that I shouldn't have been surprised, but I was.
It should be noted that this version of Outlaw's Vow also contained Blackjack's Secret and Outlaw's Bride, which I also read. There is a tangible connection in the MC family that made me go on. The characters were different in the stories, but it seems like they all have sex the same way (or at least Asphalt, Blackjack and Roman all do). In a couple of weeks, I won't even be able to remember who was who.
Didn't really like it, unfortunately I just kept reading because I can't leave a book unfinished. I found Asphalt to be a bit of an ass. I.e - after the wedding goes to get a tattoo, fine so far as all the MC books I've read, it's all about marking the old lady with the club mark, however the scene of him being rude about her not wanting the lightning rods on her as extra and throwing his weight around and then declaring he had to show her who's boss and don't take it so serious. Really!!!
I really want to rage at this but that would just be a waste. I'm sure someone else would have a different take on this book but i didn't connect with the characters so won't go on about it.
This was a very gritty MC read with a lot of violence and references some sensitive subjects, so if that's not your thing I'd definitely give this one a miss. I really liked it. I love when characters have history and the bond between Elle and Asphalt shone through in this book. Some seriously hot scenes too.
Srsly, the dude on the cover scares the crap out of me...
DNFed at 75%
I honestly didn't feel that story, couldn't connect with the characters and to be frank don't care how it finishes. I did like the hero but the romance was somehow swept under a rug. I'll try sth else from this author because I did like the writing style. This book just wasn't for me.
Well Nicole Snow has done it again with her MC outlaws. I am hooked and there is no looking back. I couldn’t put “Outlaw's Vow “ down and even after I was done, I had to re-read the book again, that is how yummy the book and its characters are. This is Ellie Jo and Asphalt ‘s story. Elle Jo was the daughter of the Prez of the Grizzlies chapter in Tacoma.. Her dad kept kept away from the club and its business . The night of her prom, she was harassed by Asphalt and taunted by him. After the prom, her date got handsy and out of control, but Asphalt was there to protect her. Suddenly there was some action between Asphalt and Ellie and when her daddy finds out, he shoots Asphalt . Her father let it be knows he didn’t want his daughter hanging with “punks” and he wants Asphalt out of his town. Fast forward several years, Asphalt is back in town and he is still mad at Ellie Jo or as he calls her Ell-Be. He is hooked up with the MC Blackjack and they have plans to meddle /mess up what Ellie’s dad business that is why Asphalt is back. There is talk about how someone will have to marry the Prez’s daughter. Well, that someone in Asphalt’s mind is him, especially after he sees how she turned out- beautiful. Asphalt has to figure out is how deep she is in the MC business and how much she knows or how little she knows, because that is the difference that could save her life. This is such an amazing story that will gripe you with such emotions. The Main Charactions have a gripping back story and how it plays out in current time. You feel for them and root for them, as I did and do. It is not a “I want to hug you story” as more than” come on, lets get it together and win” story. I want Asphalt to win his girl and I want Ellie to win her man. You will know what I mean when you read the story. They are two complex, stubborn, fiercy people who are afraid to trust but know they are it for one another. I loved the journey and was sad when it ended. I have to say, Asphalt and Elle Jo's story led right into Blackjack's story and OMG, I got so emotional. Be prepared and get ready for a ride, it is awesome
My rating: 4.9 stars *****

A house divided, reminiscent of Romeo and Juliet only the setting is modern day mayhem! Sexy, bad a$$ 1% bikers from the mother charter are at odds with another Grizzlies club, and it is pulling the clubs apart in two very different directions. Nicole Snow once again draws her readers into the turbulent and often 'grizzly' world of the Grizzly MC in her latest addition in this series, Outlaw’s Vow. This is romance MC style and Ms. Snow does not disappoint with the characters or the storyline!
He bled for her and then left her behind. She deserved better than he could give her, but she was never left behind where it counts, inside his soul! Now he has the chance to claim the girl he left. Make her his, if only until he can uncover whatever her father is hiding. Asphalt, however finds out that once she is his it will not be possible to let her go. Can he convince her to open up and share the secrets that she is keeping, and give herself to him? Will Asphalt solve the clubs problems before it gets out of hand and keep Elle Jo safe at the same time?
When Asphalt left it tore out her heart, but she knew her father would have killed him if he had stayed. Life has to go on even if the one you had wanted to give yourself too was no longer with you. Now Elle Jo finds herself back home, college degree in hand facing an uncertain future. Her father has a plan and he is depending on her to help him complete it! But can she marry an unknown biker from another club, just to help her father accomplish his goal? However, Elle Jo had not expected the man waiting at the altar for her would be Asphalt!
This is a get stand alone with a happily ever after that you will not want to miss. Not only is it filled with hot biker boys, but also smart, spunky women that add just the right touch of sass to make it unforgettable. Cannot wait to read more from this amazing author!
I’ve read every book in the series years ago and somehow missed this one. Now I know why I didn’t read it. Half the book is sex and the other half is crap about the h and her dad. He’s a president of another chapter and gets his men killed because he’s try to stop the Chinese from killing them. Duh you failed miserably dude. I just couldn’t get into the story but kept trying to finish it. The other stories in this series and the Prairie Devils series were really good. Im glad this is the last one. The author was reaching with this one.
When Elle Jo was growing up she had her Father's MC and Austin otherwise known as Asphalt. When Asphalt and Elle Jo were caught together on the night of her prom, he was banned from her life. Four years later word has reached the Mother Grizzlies charter that Elle Jo's father is president of may be dealing illegally with the Asian Mafia. So Asphalt agrees to marry Elle Jo to check it out and find out what is happening. Danger and hot chemistry is what Asphalt and Elle Jo run into together. They still feel the same about each other but will blood or club loyalties win out over love? Wow! Holy Hotness! Asphalt and Elle Jo are on fire and melted my kindle. I love the story of them finding each other again and having that second chance to fall in love again. This is one book and series that shouldn't be missed. I can't wait for more from this series in the future. I hope BlackJack finally gets his story. Highly recommended!!!!
Outlaw’s Vow is the story of Asphalt/Austin the alpha badass biker and Elle Jo Mathers the pampered princess of the Tacoma Grizzlies Prez, Gil. These two grew up in the same neighborhood with Asphalt a few years older and much more seasoned in the biker life. Asphalt’s aspiration was to be a patched in Grizzly and Elle Jo was to live life with the “normal” people, go away to college and have babies with a successful man. That was her daddy’s idea anyway even though Elle Jo and an eye for her bad boy neighbor. On her prom night the “nice boy” tried to put a move on Elle Jo and she wasn’t having it and when things were getting out of hand none other than Austin came to her rescue and taught the nice boy how to treat nice girls. Well, Elle Jo didn’t want the nice boy she wanted Austin and it was Austin who she gave that kiss to on her porch that night. She even invited him to come in and they could see where things went in her bedroom since she believed her dad to be at the clubhouse yet. Nothing like having that door pulled open by daddy and surprising the hell out of both of them. Of course being in the biker world Austin is shown just how much the Prez wants him the hell away from Elle Jo and never think of her again. A bullet to the shoulder after having the crap kicked out of you got daddy’s idea across. Austin then left for the mother chapter of the Grizzlies and stayed away from Elle Jo. Elle Jo tried to live the normal life and went off to college with Austin always in the back of her mind. After graduating college and no job on the horizon Elle Jo had no option but to move back home with her dad. Her dad gave her a job with the club without having much interaction in the club life. That is until Gil had his hand forced and had to marry his daughter off to a biker from the mother chapter because he hadn’t been playing nice with that chapter and he was getting his hands slapped. Can you imagine the surprise on Gil’s face when he saw who was standing at the end of the aisle getting ready to take his daughter in this sham of a marriage? Oh yeah, you guessed it, it was Asphalt.
Little Elle Jo sure had grown up as did Asphalt. Elle Jo was furious that her dad had talked her into helping him and the Tacoma club out that is until she seen Austin was the man she was to marry. Asphalt’s job in all of this was to gather whatever information he could on Gil and his underhanded dealings involving his club. Once Asphalt and Elle Jo were officially hitched and they took that first kiss there was no way for Elle Jo to hide the feelings that she still had for Austin. She just wasn’t going to admit it to Austin though. Asphalt was a patient man…sort of. He didn’t force himself on Elle Jo no matter how much he wanted her. When the time did come Asphalt found out that Elle Jo was still a virgin and wanted nothing more than to make sure that no one else would ever have her again. He wasn’t into this marriage for just undercover work anymore; he wanted this marriage to be the real thing. The chemistry these two had was off the charts and Nicole made it seem like you were there for each panty melting scene.
Due to Gil’s dealings he was not only taken hostage by the mafia he was trying to dirty deal with, most of his men and Elle Jo had been taken hostage as well. There was no way Asphalt was going to let the love of his life be put in harm’s way and he would do anything to see that nothing bad would ever happen to her.
You have to love any book that takes you along for the ride that Asphalt and Elle Jo had to go through and you feel such a part of them and the journey that they had to take to make it to their HEA. Nothing is perfect and especially in the biker life which is what makes this such a hot read.
The novella at the end involving Blackjack, who is the Prez of the Grizzlies, is enough to tear your heart out and then stomp the hell out of it. It was hard to read because the tears kept coming and I HATE to cry but this story left me no choice. An excellent end to a most excellent story which I am going to miss immensely now that the author has pulled me into their damned lives. I won’t forget this book any time soon.
This book was provided as an ARC by the author for an honest review.
Wow Nicole Snow blew me away with this book. I have enjoyed all of her M.C. books but the grizzlies are near and dear to my heart, they are absolutely my favorite characters that she has created. This story follows asphalt, whom we got to know a little bit in outlaws bride, and the girl next door Elle-Jo, that he was forced to leave behind when her old man forced him to leave town.
Five years later he still can't forget Elle-Jo and the hot kiss they shared, unfortunately he is forced to marry her under the false flag of peace. His real mission is to figure out if the rumors are true that her dad is going behind the club's back and dealing with the Chinese mob. What begins as a forced relationship soon turns to more when both are forced by circumstances to admit that that they have real feelings (REAL RED HOT FEELINGS) for each other. Many action packed sequences and hot alpha male sex (as come to be expected in a Nicole Snow book) are included enjoy!!
This book is worth the one click and read if you enjoy books that feature hot alpha males on motorcycles who love their women hard and love to dominate. Come find out if asphalt and Elle-Jo get their happily ever after on two wheels!!
There are some sensitive situations in this book that may push some boundaries but let's be honest if you love rough motorcycle club books your probably used to reading about them. That being said I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
This book also includes a short novella about black-Jack that gives us some insight into our beloved grizzlies president. Also included is the book outlaws bride so for the price of one book you really get three which is a good deal no matter what.
Outlaw's Vow by Nicole Snow is the fourth book in the Grizzlies MC series & apparently the end of the series. I received an ARC from Nicole in exchange for an honest review & since I have read the earlier books there was no way I was going to miss out on this one. Outlaw's Vow was brilliant - Nicole saved the best till last & tucked away at the end was a surprise bonus! Blackjack's story! Asphalt & Elle Jo grew up in Tacoma & her father Gil, was President of the Grizzlies chapter. Asphalt was an MC member but Elle Jo's father hated him - he'd caught the two kissing one night & not only beat Asphalt but shot him as well! Asphalt took of to California to join the Grizzlies under Blackjack & was well thought of amongst his brothers. Back in Tacoma, Gil was doing a deal with the Chinese mafia & Blackjack wanted it stopped. He decided that one of his men would marry Elle Jo to form an alliance with the Tacoma chapter & there were only two choices - and Asphalt put up his hand, delighted to finally have Ell-Bell (his pet name for her) as his woman... Of course nothing goes smoothly, but you'll have to read the book for the details! Suffice to say that there is mayhem with the Chinese gang, blazing encounters between Ellbell & Asphalt, revenge played out on those who failed to honour the code & all your questions answered. The extra story about Blackjack is spellbinding & poignant but ends in the best possible way, explaining much about this enigmatic leader of a bunch of Alpa males who have been heroes on motorbikes. I'll miss this Grizzlies series, but I know I'll definitely reread all of these books. Do not miss out on the experience
I received an ARC of this book for an honest review. I am a huge fan of Nicole snow and have been honoured to have a number of her books as ARCs so thank you Nicole. I love a good MC read and have all this outlaw love series I must confess I didn't remember asphalt an awful lot from the earlier books but that didn't detract from the enjoyment. Some may think their story is insta love but that's not true they marry as club dictates as a convenience to buy some peace between near warring chapters but they already love each other from childhood they're just in denial and have some hard decisions to make that neither decide right influenced by club and guilt laying parentage (gil's a d##k) but it doesn't break them asphalt and Elle Jo's story reflects the more peace ful nature that is beginning to settle over the club under black jacks leadership that's not to say they don't have their troubles they do. I didn't understand the animosity between Gil and asphalt early in the book that could be cos I don't really remember asphalt from the earlier books maybe a reminder of the things he'd done or not done as a prospect may have helped and him meeting blackjack. As I said I've loved this series and all way through I wanted a bigger glimpse into blackjack I kept reading this n thinking I need his story I didn't know sneaky Ms Snow had included a novella at the end totally missed it until asphalt story ended at 75% I turned the page n there it was the story is tiny compared to all the rest but God the impact it's Christmas eve n I balled my eyes out he stole the show absolutely worth the wait beautiful One small thing there are some spelling and missed words in places
I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.
In this book we meet Ella Jo Mathers (Ell-Bell) and Austin Graham (Asphalt). As a young girl she meets the slightly older bad boy who helps her when her prom date becomes to mouthy. Ell-Bell thinks she has finally found the man she can actually find herself being with long term. He is a prospect at the time in the Tacoma Grizzlie chapter. However the instant she tries to bring him in the house to continue on from the magnetic kiss her father goes ballistic and if is wasn't for the fact that she intervenes on his behalf her father would have killed him. Little did she know that that encounter would change her life.
Asphalt has never forgotten Ell-Bell as he calls her. That one night has colored his view of woman and made a lasting impression that has never gone away. So when the Blackjack talks about a plan to find out what Gil (Ella Jo's dad) is doing as prez in the Tacoma chapter Aspalt is all for it. When he realizes someone will have to marry the girl he still considers his he knows he has to step up and finally claim what is his even if the claiming will be temporary. What he doesn't know and must determine is how far in the thick of it is she and does she still have any feelings for him.
This is another amazing Grizzlies MC book. We again find past characters in this book we also find out more about Asphalt's past and where his future will lie. This is not a hearts and flowers love story this is a bloody gritty one that will take a real battle to win. It will however have you hooked from the first word to the very end. This is a must read and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
I was given an advance copy in exchange for an honest review. Outlaw's Vow is book 4 in the ongoing Grizzlies MC Romance ( Outlaw Love ) Series, another amazing Grizzlies MC book. The Outlaw Love books are all stand alone stories about special and dominant bikers lovers in their world and happy endings. This is Austin Graham "Asphalt" and Ella Jo Mathers "Ell-Bell" story in the Grizzlies MC series. Austin have been in love with Elle Jo since there were teenagers but Gil her father and president of the Tacoma Grizzlies chapter would never give a guy like him a chance. Asphalt and Elle are in for a very rough and emotional road. Ell's life will be in danger and Asphalt will have to do what ever it takes to keep her safe even from her father. No spoilers here, go buy the book. it's a must read for any MC Romance fan!!!! Can't wait for more Outlaws Stories!!
I was honored to receive a copy from the author in exchange for a honest review.
I love Nicole's MC series' and she did not disappoint with Outlaw's Vow! I've been waiting for Asphalt's story to be told. Honestly, I love me some Roman but Asphalt/Austin is a close second! He loves hard and deep, protective and possessive, and Elle Jo was his perfect woman. What these two went through to be together, the years between, it was a beautiful story, biker-style. And the sex! H O T! These two were on fire!
Super big, I-love-you-Nicole-moment...We finally get Blackjack's story! That man is a mystery wrapped in a Grizzlies MC cut! It was the perfect ending to another fabulous Grizzlies MC book!
Nicole Snow knows how to write MC. Her stories are raw and gritty, laced with twists and violence, but the theme throughout each one is as this book says, "Love. Family. Brotherhood."
I loved this book. I think it is the best one of this series so far. The start of the story of Elle and Austin was bittersweet . A young girl raised by an old biker president and the young hothead that fell for her. The way they met up again was awesome but they did not realize that it would be more then they could ever want. A marriage of convince biker style I loved it. I recommend this book to all lovers of Nicole snow. Then to top it all we get blackjacks story now it broke my heart but it made me respect him so much and I cannot wait for the grizzlies to meet his old lady they will be shocked lol cannot wait and will Jackie get her own story cannot wait
When it comes to his woman Asphalt doesn't play games, “don't bul***** me, babe. I'm coming back there with you,” I growled, ripping open the curtain around the little workstation where he had his bench and his inks. “You're mine now. I protect you day and night, make sure you always get what you deserve. This marriage thing might have gone differently than I wanted, but as long as you're wearing my brand, you'd better believe I'm treating it like a man should. Deadly effing serious.” I really liked this book these men may be tough but when they're with their women they're soft as hell.
I received this book in an exchange for an honest review. Well what can I say I love a good MC book and this one sure delivered. This book was a quick and interesting read. It even included Blackjack's story which was also good but certain things pissed me off. Main characters were in denial for a bit but once they admitted their feelings things were pretty hot and steamy from then on. This does end in an HEA thank goodness and we got to see glimpses of characters from the past books in this series.
For some reason I just couldn't get into the characters or the story. Lots and lots of sex with basic cave man grunts and the h swooning and giving it up enthusiastically. I've enjoyed quite a few of this author's books so I'm not sure if it was my mood or the actual book. There were noticeable editing issues IMO that should have been caught. Looks like I'm in the minority on the rating. I will read more books by this author but this one just didn't do it for me.
There was no way I could get into this book and apparently I'm one of the only ones. I stand by my opinion that this book was a disappointment. A MC is all about brotherhood and standing together. There was none of that at all. Austin/Asphalt was crude and a jackass and the heroine was just an idiot for going along with what her fathet wanted in the first place. Overall this was a very bad read
I have so much love for the Grizzlies MC, and I was so stoked to hear another book had come out. I bought it immediately without even knowing the plot. Imagine my surprise when I realized there was a second new book included! Asphalt and Elle's story is crazy enough, but learning Blackjack's history on top of it? Greatness.
I finished but I am done with this author or this series. Too much violence and sex and no original story. Same set up. ugh. The main characters are not developed or deemed likable because they are being tortured, shot at, or screwing rough sex. If that is what you like, you will love this book. I did bother with bonus book even though I half way liked BlackJack.
I know my taste in books would never be considered 'high brow', this one has gone into the trash pile. Nothing terribly wrong with the plot, but the writing takes it down to a level where I'm trying not to gag.
