If you have no idea how blogging works, but you feel the urge to get your opinion on the WWW, this is a good book. As someone who already knows a bit about blogging, it wasn't very helpful. The most important thing I learned is the linking to and from your website is crucial to increasing your blog stats/visits. Good to know. Other than that, the info in here can easily be found on the web. Just search blogging on Wikipedia and go from there.
