A fantasy novel by Serbian writer Miloš Mihailović. The novel is set in the land of Aerea, occupated by the Sea People from the Atmasenyan Empire. The plot follows Arkham, a misanthropic, high-intelligent member of the fragmented Aerean Resistance Movement, forced to leave his motherland. Arkham, talented in strategy and tactic, becomes member of The Lycée, high college for officers. After an affair which culminated with clash and murder, Arkham becomes outlaw. In the southern deserts he mets the cannibalistic Cult of Vulpicos, and gets the chance to get the power of the histomancy and to participate in the Liberation War of Aerea.
