This series has an interesting storyline and leaves readers hanging with cutoffs at the most perfect times. These books are a fast steady paced read each about 70-100 pages long. I really feel that the author could combine them all into one novel but they have separated each. The characters are interesting and the build up is excellent. The world building is gradual through out each. Excellent reads that may take you a couple hours to read

Muira is torn between the passion and love of her intended and truth of what Tristan really is. Mistrust, whispers and doubt play a big part in Muira's head in this installment of Highland Moon. Fate has served the elderly Laird and untimely departure. There is a big shakeup with the servants. Muira believes in her Tristan, yet still needs answers. A battle waging and mystery still consumes me. I love the build-up that Mac Flynn set up for the reader. Cannot wait for the next book!

Tristan is now the Laird and has made it known that Muira will be his Lady. Not all of his subjects are pleased by this turn of events. Muira will be threatened, but when she tries to question Tristan he will avoid answering. Sexy and mysterious, fantastic!

I received this ARC free from the author in exchange for an honest review.

I like the story, but the books are too short and I don't like how they just cut off as if there will be another chapter on the next page, it doesn't even have the feel of a cliffhanger, its just abruptly over. I'm not willing to spend $3+ for 50 pages so I wont be continuing the story.
