I am addicted to this series!
Reading more than three books in a series is very rare for me. The First Series are extremely well written, and each story stands on its own. The descriptions of Africa and the Rain Forest took me on a wild ride with the Children of the first. I didn't want to start the book, because the journey would end. Finally, after waking up early, I started reading Days of Innocence. I couldn't put the book down. There is no fluff in this book. Every word introduces, entices, describes and pulls the reader in. I would like a genealogical tree to be included with the next book-please. Thank you Ms Quinn.

Always Happy When Reading CL Quinn Books!!
This was a cool quick read. I was so glad to read about the children and how they've all grown up. The only negative I have is the constant reminder that the children are destined for greater things. We know! Can't wait for the next book!!

Good read.
The author has an interesting premise and the story has some depth, but the writing is subpar with many grammatical errors. Mostly, she confuses her subject often. I'm not a fan of long separations and the drawn out angst this writer uses to carry many of her plots. I still like most of the characters but will NOT be re-reading the first ten books as I would normally do when diving back into a series. Thank goodness for Kindle Unlimited or this series would have dropped off my reading list long ago.

What an interesting take on Vampires and shifters
I really enjoyed seeing the first blood children become adults and break free of the protections of their parents. I really like Rodney and Koen’s connection. Bas the one who started it all is still one of my favorite characters with Park, Cari and Xavier running tied with Koen.

Incredible series😘
I’ve read many paranormal romance book series and this is at the top of my list.
The stories are varied and believable and beautiful and get better in each book. Each character is defined and continues to blossom along the way.
Please read the first 13 for a journey you will be grateful that you started.
I’m on to the next adventure with them!

How good the book was.
I choose the book because I had read all the ones before. But to my surprise the book was written very well and was easy to read. I was hooked on the book from the start. It was fun to read and kept me entertain all the way thru. One of the best book to date.

BRAVO!!!
I have been reading about the firstbloods for almost 2 years now, Ms. Quinn's writing fills me with such joy, even though the storytelling is paranormal it feels normal to me. I don't know if I could still be in love with reading and not be able to read her stories. I can't wait to read the next in the series which I do own!!

Did not disappoint.
I love this series so much. My heart goes out to Rodney but I admire him, he is such an honorable man. I hope he and Shani get their happily ever after. Cari and Eras, YES! So glad they have each other. Looking forward to the next story.

Once again the author has written a winner. The children are presented in a fashion that makes what they are and what they will become so interesting the reader doesn't want the book to end. I love this series and always wait anxiously for the next one.

The Firsts are beautifully written, exciting and unique. The author has an impressive way of making you care about both new characters and your old favorites. I can't say enough about how enjoyable these are. Check them out.

Excellent way to start in on the next generation of first bloods.
So many new characters to add to the storyline. Great transition to the next generation. So many new possibilities. Can't wait for the next book to come out!

Great writing.... As always.... But Honestly ? Deeply disappointed...
I've had a couple of the 1st Blood books for years,I started w/book 2 .... Why ? Who can you not be intrigued as a hot blooded woman when you see the cover of a well built naked guys backside

Loved the story.

A nice jump in time for the series as the main players get together. I enjoyed it. I look forward to the next book.
