Informative & engaging but low on facts


Specific issue with content
① Insulin resistance vs Leptin resistance for weight loss : All the data supports that managing insulin resistance is top priority for losing weight.
② with respect to above point many studies are favoring intermittent fasting for the same
③ I request author to read books ot Dr. Jason Fung the Obesity code to get more understanding
④The content in the book is not so evidence based. Please don't demonise high far diet as bad as low fat diet.
⑤ This book lack detailed information about healthy fats . Please read more about Avocado oil & coconut oil .
