This Christmas, the Hellfire Riders must repay an old debt that could tear Saxon Gray’s world apart…
If a club owes a favor, then a club pays up when that favor’s called in. So when the Hellfire Riders are asked to hide someone away at the ranch over the holidays, as club president I’m obligated to accept—even though the old man we’re protecting sure as hell ain’t Ol’ Saint Nick. He’s my father.
But the conniving old man better not expect a heartwarming Christmas reunion. The only family that matters to me now is Jenny Erickson—whose grief-shattered heart hasn’t had time to heal since she lost her father to cancer. She’s too fragile, so I’ll do anything to keep the old bastard away from her. But I never imagined I might be the one who was hurting her…
Author's Note: Giving It All is a holiday novella featuring Saxon and Jenny (their original story can be found in Hellfire Riders, Volumes 1-3: Saxon & Jenny box set). I originally intended to release this novella after Gunner & Anna’s book, since it takes place after that story. But I’ve taken out spoilers for that book and will be releasing the novella for Christmas.
The novella also includes bonus deleted chapters from Breaking It All — Gunner & Anna’s story. No spoilers! The chapters are simply the “how Gunner & Anna met” scenes from ten years before the start of their book.
Kati Wilde is a tight-lipped, loose-hipped woman of indeterminate age and low breeding. Born into a very large family, she now has a very small family (no laws were broken in this transition), and she writes romantic fiction to assuage her darker urge to write Transformers erotica. She lives in Oregon, so most of you are safely far enough away, and has two old cats.
Kati writes the Hellfire Riders MC romance series and will be publishing her first New Adult novel, Going Nowhere Fast, with Berkley later this year.
About Our Series:
The Motorcycle Clubs series is for romance readers who want all the heat and emotion, but who don’t have all of the time. At this time, we are only publishing novellas — our intention is to provide readers with short (yet satisfying) MC romances. Sometimes we might continue one couple’s story over several novellas, but each individual novella will have a satisfying romantic resolution. Because they are short, we focus the stories on the eroticism and romance, and will be building the MC worlds as each series progresses.

Just before the Xmas, the Hellfire MC is asked for a favor to call in. Saxon, as the president agree to "babysit" for another club, till he realizes that the person is his own father. In this novella we have back Saxon and Jenny, some backstory from ten years earlier, but we see more their relationship and how Jenny copes with the heavy grief after the loss of her father.
I really liked this little holiday novella, I was expecting it to be overly depressing, but it wasn't. I'm glad this starts about a month after Red passed away because seeing him decline and the fresh grief of the day it happened would've been waaaay more sad. That said the plot line with Saxon's dad was annoying and Bull's choice especially makes no sense...anyone with one brain cell would've known to never bring his dad around Jenny without permission let alone leave them alone together like what the actual fuck 🤦🏼♀️ so stupid. And Bull never even gets shit for doing that. Other than that it was nice getting to check back in with Saxon and Jenny ♥️
We get to see Saxon and Jenny again and learn more about Saxon's dad. This one fell a little flat for me. Nothing really happened. I hope that future books tie this one in, but it didn't really feel necessary. Even the proposal/not proposal at the end felt unnecessary. I wish that a decision was made to get married or not. That wasn't even made clear.
It was nice to see more clear communication happen between Jenny and Saxon. But overall, it just felt a bit meh...

I read this one first before Breaking it All for the bonus chapters at the end of how Anna and Gunner met. I like to have the back story first rather than reading the main story and then reading the character's back story if it's possible. But it was nice to read about Saxon and Jenny too, even if the circumstances were a little sad.
Absolutely LOVED getting back to my favorite couple in this series, Saxon & Jenny! They've both gone through so much as individuals & as a couple, so it was super sweet to see them grow even stronger in this book. Loved seeing them overcome different obstacles, work through their grief & get that big slice of happy at the end! Here's hoping we get more of their sexy selves in the future. :)
I like that with this one we get to see Saxon and Jenny living their HEA. Did they have some stumbles, sure but any new couple does. I liked that they were able to work things out, sometimes by yelling, sometimes by talking, but the best was Saxon's start of a new tradition for them, it was perfect for them and what they had been through the last few months.
They’re not having the best time since Red’s passing and Saxon is struggling with the knowledge that he can’t take her pain away but they always come back to the fact that they’re totally in love with each other.
The end made me a little teary. I wish there was more of these two. I love them.
And the little cameos of Blowback and Zoomie 🥰 gosh I love all these characters so much
Love this pair. Also like Warlord's comedic timing. Another great story, well thought out. I love the way Jenny is strong in her own right and Saxon doesn't try top take it away from her.
I received this for my honest review. I cannot praise these enough, the whole series gives you characters that you fall in love with and you really feel the emotions. In this Jenny is still grieving for her dad and Saxon just wants to take her pain away but when a favour is called in from another club they aren't prepared for who they have to hide........ you also get a sneaky peak at earlier years with Anna and Gunner. Absolutely love these and just waiting for the next one now.
I received a courtesy copy of this book for an honest review.
If you're looking for a captivating, steamy, sexually charged and lust driven book with scorching love scenes, awesome characters and great story-line, this is the book for you.
Not the best in the series but then I'm not a huge fan of Christmas stories.. throw in the old lack of communication, Saxon turning into a bit of a sap and well ..... this turned into a bit of a let down.
This is NOT a STAND-ALONE read. It is a continuation of the first story about Saxon and Jenny, but after all of the action of the other two stories accounted for. It has multiple reoccurring characters and detail referenced that cannot be recapped in this novella.
** Contains subjects and scenes that may be difficult for sensitive readers. A high-level list is included below. **
I love this series and this novella was definitely needed and a great spot to basically have an extended epilogue to help resolve some grief and drama around fathers. Jenny’s that died and Saxon’s that didn’t. It is fast paced, emotional and so, so, so good.
I mention this for readers such as myself that visualize the story as it is read, because errors interrupt the flow. There are a few grammatical issues including incorrect word choice and missing words. Given the length of the story, I was a little surprised by the number of errors, but nothing was difficult to interpret. I uploaded my notes to goodreads for anyone interested.
⛔️ Contains references to, or scenes detailing, subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some, including, but not limited to: adult language; derogatory terms; mental health challenges of depression, grief, etc.; steamy adult intimate scenes with dominance, spanking for pleasure, etc.; and violence stereotypical of the MC genre such as death / murder, embezzlement, torture, fighting, assault, illegal gambling and bookmaking, child neglect, rape, drug use, distribution and manufacturing, etc.
Jenny is grieving her father, Saxon isn’t sure how to help her, and a different club calls in a favour, which ends up being them babysitting someone.
Jenny and Saxon were fine, but not much really happens.
The person the club has to babysit was Saxon’s father and it felt like a lazy additional conflict, especially with the idiot coming back several times to try to convince Jenny, which had absolutely no effect. I wanted to see him being dealt with in a more concrete way.
There were some side characters mentioned, but not enough to really see their personalities.
2.5 stars rounded up to 3 just for that discussion about grief at the end of the novella.
I just found this slightly underwhelming and it felt like a .5 book. It just didn't hold its own in my opinion. It was decently steamy, though, although not as much as the first ones. More than the last, however.
I do like the characters but the book was just a tad "meh" and the main conflict was kind of unbelievable (surely no one is that villainous or dim). I will continue on with the series if it isn't dragged out for too long.
A holiday check-in on Jenny and Saxon. Nicely done. This e-version includes a 3-chapter prequel to Anna and Zach/Gunner’s story - the 500-page saga, Breaking It All. Anna is esp witty throughout.

pretty sad for such a short story but I was happy to get a glimpse of Saxon and Jenny especially after Red took his ride so i was pleased. Some closure and understanding of Saxon's relationship with his dad and the bonus of the beginning of my darling Gunner and Anna's story.
Bit disappointed. I’ve been living the series but this just didn’t really go anywhere... so was kinda pointless. It felt like it was leading up to trouble with Saxon’s dad being there. Then like a page later it’s resolved and the book is wrapping up. I love this series but out of them all this was a huge let down.

Good novella and even though it was very short it was good. Saxon always worries about Jenny. They are so good together. And Blowback's antics are hysterical, even though gruesome, he doesn't see any of that. I love Blowback. Looking forward to Bull's story next, Craving It All and of course Stone's once it is published, Losing it all
This was a wonderful addition to Saxon and Jenny’s story. Katie Wilde has written a fun, entertaining and sexy story of characters that I loved reading more about. I look forward to reading more of Kati’s stories. Thank you Kati Wilde you are a wonderful writer with an imagination that is awesome.
Giving It All is such a heartwarming story. Rollercoaster of emotions involved. Saxson and Jenny still sizzle. The MC action is there. Some backstory filled in. Love this series. Great read.
I just adore Saxon and Jenny. They are so much their own person, but they both know that from now on they won't be whole of they aren't together. I love their story.
- I love Jenny & Saxon. Saxon is a sexy alpha male who is seriously devoted to his woman. Jenny is also a strong female who is dealing with a lot. I love how real their love is. Thank you for more of their story.
I’m not sure that I needed to read this book. It didn’t add much to the series. There wasn’t much of a story to it and the fights between Jenny and Saxon were stupid. But it was cute and a quick read, kind of like a long epilogue.
