I struggled with the second book in this series. First of all, it went off in a way that I never imagined and finishes with a cliffhanger so you'll want to read #3 right away to see how it all ends. I was happy with book #3 by the way.
This book begins with Kira Blue and Neal having tons of sex and exploring their new life in New York. I'm certain Kira is on the best birth control that ever existed because how she didn't get pregnant after having sex multiple times every day I don't know. They are a hot couple who have explosive chemistry which we discovered in book #1.
All is good for the most part until someone from Kira's past shows up and causes all sorts of trouble for Kira and Neal and I mean bad trouble. Not going to reveal how it all pans out, but you must read Book #3 to see how it all ends.

This is the second book in The Forbidden Series, following Allure.
Obsession is a fantastically HOT read and everything that I have come to expect when I open a book from Michelle Betham. Her stories are well written and flow well, her characters are fun and relateable and her books are catchy, page turners that I don't want to put down.
I can't wait to see what she does with Surrender, Book 3

Enjoyed this one more than Allure. Looking forward to the next book to see how it all concludes.
