Many Good Recipes but Woefully Unorganized
The recipes are plentiful, unique, and uncomplicated. However, this book is unorganized to the extent that the only ways to find a specific recipe are to bookmark them while reading the entire book or find them in the front-matter contents list. Using that list is also a challenge because it’s not alphabetized or categorized. With organization, this book would earn 4 or 4.5 stars. Additionally, not all the recipes are for baking, which is not a bad thing, but the book subtitle could have included a hint that sides and other not-baked dishes are included to help with meal planning.
