Great little book, fantastic advice, but even though it's short, it still could be shorter. The entire last 40% of the book doesnt' add much at all, it would've been much greater to put more emphasis on the first half of the book.
Could be more effective by providing examples of 'grouping of words' that could be 'skimmed' and 'grouped', it felt a bit shallow at some points. Although I suppose I like that fact that it's like letting a bird fall out of a tree and hoping it will fly, he encourages you to go off and read something else with either zero or one examples of how something works.
But this book certainly has helped me, his example of reading advertisements on billboards whilst driving as an example of reading without interval vocalisation is perfect, it felt strange to practice this but it's working so well.
