A miracle cure for AIDS has been developed by Russian researchers, and the Trident Corporation has been authorized to conduct beta testing in America.

After Brooks Chemical Company is awarded a government contract, Sabrina Brooks becomes involved in an international web of intrigue, as terrorists use the project as a subterfuge for an attack on American soil. With several shady organizations connected to the contract, it's time for the Nightcrawler to come out again.

But this time, there's an additional motive. Sabrina's boyfriend Hoyt is in the thick of the action as well, and Sabrina must balance her resources between bringing the criminals to justice and protecting her fiancée.

An action thriller with a breathtaking pace, Tryzub will take you on a ride with the lady of the night, whom they call the Nightcrawler.

This second novel in the Nightcrawler series is a must read. Even if you haven't read the first, but you should, you will love this book. Sabrina Brooks and Hoyt Wexford are going to get married, but first each must deal with the things happening around them. Sabrina is in charge of her father's chemical company, trying to produce a cure for aids and Hoyt is a cop. Sabrina also has other talents, but you need to read this wonderful suspenseful novel to learn them. i love this book as it deals with real life events. Chemical warfare, the new drugs on the black market, spies and conspiracies to just name a few. This novel is written by an author who I have come to expect a lot from. I have never been disappointed yet! With Nightcrawler ll I am now an even bigger fan, Thank you John Dizon for a wonderful ride yet again.

My hero, Sabrina "Bree" Brooks, is back with another non-stop action thriller in Nightcrawler II - Tryzub. Although she runs a chemical company and is engaged to a hot New York detective, Sabrina still finds it necessary to get involved in a cure for Aids while fighting off the Russian Mafia and the Tryzub. This was a thoroughly enjoyable story with a plot that zig zagged to keep the readers on their toes. John Reinhard Dizon has done it again!

So much action, a breathless read!

The second outing of John Rheinhard Dizon's Nightcrawler is a real treat for those who love a book where the action flows almost non-stop from start to finish. Sabrina Brooks, (The Nightcrawler,) returns once again to thwart the gangs that are threatening to flood New York with a new ultra-potent version of heroin. Problem is, the Russian Mafiya is at war with Chechen Terrorists, who have allied themselves with a bloodthirsty group of Nigerian terrorists, Boko Harum. All of them want the Nightcrawler dead!
When one of her friends is dragged into the gang's plans, Sabrina takes things to another level as she seeks to defeat the evil plot.
In the midst of the frenetic chicanery, Sabrina finds the time to become engaged to her police detective boyfriend Hoyt Wexford who is appointed to the task force assigned to the gang investigation where he finds things are not quite as they first appear and finds himself seriously questioning his fellow officers' methods.
All in all this is a superb follow-up to the first Nightcrawler story and I have no hesitation in awarding it 5 well-deserved stars.

The moment I finished the book one in the Nightcrawler's story, I picked up the next one without hesitation. And I can say, disappointed I was not.
The story picks about a year later, with Sabrina and Hoyt getting engaged, planning their lives together. Until the Russian Mob enters the scene. A project Brooks Company receives is very promising, very enticing. The cure for AIDS, what can be a better way to make money while benefiting the humanity? The Russian and American governments are in it, and Brooks company is the chosen chemistry plant. But was it all about the medicine?
When drug dealers force Benny, one of her partners' company, into their dirty schemes, and the Russian Mob gets cornered by police and some corrupt officers in it, followed by Chechen mafia, and a powerful but elusive gang called Trizyb, the Nightcrawler comes out again, this time with additional motive. As much as she cares for her country and its people, Sabrina is now concerned with the safety of her fiancee Hoyt who finds himself in the thick of the action as well.

Like in the previous book, the story moves on with a breathtaking pace, full of action and politics, reflects on many modern-day events, troubles and issues. The plot was easy to follow, pleasant to read. I enjoyed this book as much as the first one.

This was even better than the first one. The story was longer, the plot was well developed and it was suspenseful. I could see another book in this series!
