Shadow Government Changing

More intrigue than you can possibly handle! False Flag, book four of the Boston Brahmin Political Thrillers gets down and dirty.

Planned events by the Loyal Nine take a sudden left turn that potentially throws John Morgan a wrench he may not be able to handle.

The inhabitants of Prescott Peninsula Quabbin Reservoir are being stalked by the Civil Citizens of Belchertown and may be in for some unexpected visitors.

Sarge and Steven, the adopted sons of John Morgan, come into some condemning information about the grid down situation and decide to confront Morgan.

The end of this book will leave your tongue hanging out of your mouth. Hope for the redemption of America doesn't look good. It may take serious intervention. We'll find out in the next installment.

Not the best book of the series as far as action and plot events goes; but, it was definitely a strong info source and introduction for many into serious topics, such as false flags. Even without some of the more exciting scenes, there were still big things happening, and certainly leading up to more big things very soon. It does contain one of the main events of the collapse, cementing the country into their forced reset; as well as a few twists in the puppeteering of it.

A BA. SYFY. Novel (4) If The Boston Brahmin Series/Let the Revolt Begin

BA. has. penned a SYF Y Novel About the EMP collapse of the United States. The objective for the EM P was to restart the United States with a return to the use of the Constitution as written. The President reneged and declared martial law. Once this was done all efforts of neutrality disappeared. This is an excellent read for the genre.....DEHS

"Another Great Novel"

This book 4 continues into a post-apocalyptic world where a devastating cyber attack puts the USA economy into shambles. Society seems to be falling into a massive sink hole. Just who is responsible for the worst ever attack on America? The Loyal Nine will continue to seek the answers. This is a provocative political thriller to engulf readers. Well written and exciting. Highly recommend.

Good

This series was slow in the beginning but has picked up considerably. Was the sudden attack on the USA by hacking critical power infrastructure an enemy or misguided powers that be hiding behind flag waving. When the truth is known what happens to the perpetrators? They have cost countless deaths. Will they be held responsible? If you are rich can you get away with murder? Some might advocate that Boston Brahim to be lynched.

I have enjoyed this series but am struggling with the apparent idea that the President is Obama and I just can't see him going so rogue. I would have preferred that the President etc were all fictional characters. That being said, I like that this is unfolding with a conspiracy in a conspiracy and will be interested to see how this goes in the next books.

Getting interesting

Some of the political intrigue is being balanced by the apocalyptic storyline now so I’m enjoying it more. I’ll finish the series because I hate not knowing how something ends but I’d probably not read it again, unlike most of his other series’s that I totally enjoyed and hated to end.

I enjoyed this book, not as much as the others by the author. This one dragged a bit, but I'm expecting things to pick up on the next book. There was a lot of plot setup done in this book, back stories layed out, etc. It's definitely necessary in a series like this. Looking forward to seeing how everything plays out. The author is always full of surprises.

Better than ever!

Fast paced and exciting while frighteningly possible. I wonder if the author is somewhat prescient as so much of what he writes is true to life today. The gangs, violence, false flags that are easily discernible to many of us....

This incredible series continues as the majority of the country as collapsed into anarchy.
Tensions are at an all time high, and battles lie ahead.
As with the previous books in the series, there are survival tips aplenty, as well as some intriguing US historical facts.

Another outstanding read in the Boston Brahmin series. This series is fast paced and will keep you on the edge of your seat. False Flag delves into who was responsible for the nationwide power outage, and the ways a president could use an event like this to further his or her own political goals.

The definition of a false flag event is "The contemporary term false flag describes covert operations that are designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by entities, groups, or nations other than those who actually planned and executed them." (taken from Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_flag)

The power grid is still down with no signs of near term recovery. Martial Law enforcement is heavy handed against those not loyal to the President. Civil unrest, murders over resources, people dying of starvation and lack of water, and minimal health care are the norm.

Bobby Akart delivers again with the fourth book of The Boston Brahmin series, False Flag. He puts together an intriguing mix of survival and strange bedfellows. This novel picks up immediately where book three ended. I appreciate Akart providing a brief summary of the story from the first three books. That, and the list of characters helped refresh my memory and allowed me to dive right into this one.

We get an in-depth look at the inner workings of the Citizen Corps Region I Governor’s office, and how it conflicts with The Boston Brahmin. The President throws out a false flag with regard to the responsibility for the grid collapse when he speaks to the nation and the world. The Loyal Nine find more pieces to the puzzle and start connecting them together.

Akart does a great job of bringing history in without it being overwhelming. The characters are interesting and add flavor with their diverse personalities. The end caught me completely off guard which does not happen often. The only weakness I found in this book was a smattering of passive voice and adverbs which detracted from the action in the story.

I recommend this book and give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Once again, Mr. Akart has met my expections for 'The Boston Brahmin series'....and then surpassed them! This story continues in such a terrifyingly prophetic way.

As the President declares martial law and the country is brutally divided, Sarge, Julia, and everyone in their crew must ensure that everything that they had prepared for will communicate to a continued survival of their group....and the United States. But all of their preparations might not withstand the true and very real threat....

There are others who have been waiting for power, authority, and control....and they've made very important friends along the way. Can Morgan keep the upper hand and control what HE prepared for at PP1? Will Sarge be able to protect Beacon Street? Will the Loyal Nine remain a dedicated force to continue amidst the growing corruption?

This series has become a crucial read for anyone interested in what the country can (and might) become! The writing seamlessly follows so many characters that become personal and dear friends to the reader. An excellent addition and it left me wanting more. Very well done!

Another 5 Stars for Bobby Akart!
This is book #4 in the Boston Brahmin series. There is an excellent summary of events thus far, at the beginning of False Flag, but it can’t compare to actually reading the books. All four books cover the time period December 15, 2015-September 30, 2016. A lot of history is infused within these pages and the possibility of cyber attacks is real, as we have already seen. In False Flag, the cyber attack has taken place and the President has declared Marshal Law. He is using this for his own political gain and has divided up the country into regions. To these regions he has appointed his own governors. The blackouts have continued throughout the entire month of September. Death and chaos has resulted. Most of the book has the Loyal Nine split between the stronghold on Prescott Peninsula and Sarge’s building at 100 Beacon in Boston. You won’t want to miss all this action!

Good Writing

I really appreciate this author's intellect and what a talent! Although I have a different ideology, it is interesting to hear the opinions of a conservative. This series may be prophetic considering the nut job that just got elected. I can easily envision this happening under the current occupant at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
