This is book two of the : Black Creek Pack a M.M shifter Romance
I'm not gonna lie this book blew me away when I downloaded the first book I got it for free and I was like it can't be that good or it's for free . Oh but it can and the second installment of this series is even better but man was this a wild ride the Terms family is a piece of work the only ones worth redeeming is Rachel and Ryder . Who by the way kind of got on my nerves I get that he did what he had to do at the end but that's only delaying the inevitable . Leon is gonna have too kill Aiden and that's that as for Mrs. Reems I'm still trying to figure that one out and that hitch Lea she is so sneaky and conniving I can't stand her . And Aiden is just out of his fucking mind than we have Ryder I like Ryder but he needs to man up make a commitment I feel like he truly hasn't made a deal choice between his family and his mate and that's most of the problem . I can only imagine what happened between Jonathan and Aiden that made into the monster he is today . Can't wait until the next book comes out .
The second book in the Black Creek Pack series is even more enjoyable than the first. The editing is better and the story flows more seamlessly. I’m more invested in the story and the characters. Ryder and Leon are growing on me more and more. At first, I didn’t understand their relationship or their history, it wasn’t explained fully or with any detail, from my perspective. But, at this point, it’s not that important to what they have become. I’m definitely looking forward to reading the next book in the series. I’m pretty bummed that it isn’t available yet.
The perfect combination. This is not your average alpha/omega story. There are no timid omegas getting pregnant in this series. In fact, omegas in this story are more like alphas in waiting . I love the suspense, making me sit in the edge of my seat. Beware, there are some typos and name confusion, but nothing major to take away from the storyline. Can't wait for the next book in the series!
I loved this book (and the first one.) The plots were intriguing and kept my attention. Typos were present, but few and ignorable. I really fell for and felt for the characters Leon and Ryder. I'm just really sad the last book wasn't written. They deserve their happily ever after.
