It’s Definitely Fearsome!
I have no complaints. None whatsoever. I have enjoyed all five stories in this book.

Ghosts from the future. Unlucky coins. Banshee hags…. And other stories.

A nice collection. Each of the five stories are a winner. For example, just wait until you read, Whiter Than White.

Gotta go. More reading to do.

I really enjoyed these short tales and also included a sneak peek into another of the author's works. If you have never written a short story, you should know they are different than writing a longer tale and the author has found just the right combination of things to make the short stories in this collection fun to read and hard to put down. The author has a reader friendly writing style that makes the reads compelling and just dark enough to be an almost guilty pleasure. Grab this book, open it up and get lost in a few fearsome reads.

This book reminded me alot of the "scary" campfire stories you were told as kids. It is written well, but if you are looking for something really scary, look somewhere else. Don't get me wrong the stories were decent, but I would not classify them as Horror. If you like the show Goosebumps, you will like this book. It's a nice quick read.

I've only just discovered this author but I'm so glad I did. This book was the perfect introduction to his work! I'm a huge fan of all things macabre and this collection of short stories is perfect for giving you a short and sharp scare or general sense of unease.

The style reminds me a lot of "Tales of the unexpected". I look forward to reading more of Anthonys work.

Fun and Terrifying

I loved this short collection. Strong put together some fun horror twists on modern day as well as some seriously spooky tales that will have your mind reading. Whiter than white was my favorite, what a terrifying thought of my fellow clean freaks...

It didn't actually take very long to read, but I had to force myself to finish. Many will like this book, the stories were well written, sadly it failed to capture my attention. It reminded me of a Goosebumps book.

This was a good quick read with eerie really short stories. The stories were not long enough to be particularly memorable but I'm glad I read them and would read more stories by this author.
