I'm sorry. This isn't a bad book. It's actually a good resource. It's just that I've read several similar books, and while this one is comprehensive, it's also mind numbingly dull and I can't bring myself to get through it and finish it. I dread opening it and reading it. And that's just a waste of time and money. Others might find it very helpful though, so I speak only for myself. Not recommended, as I think there are numerous other books out there on the same topics that are better.
