Overall, this is a good book!!

I felt at times Trinity was a little to whiny and immature to be with a thug such as Duron. But in the end she put on her big girl panties and handled what needed to be done!!!

Good Job!!!

OK let me vent first. These books with these young girls allowing these men to cheat on them over and over and blindly accepting their unacceptable behavior make me so disheartened. I know that these stories have to come from a place of truth because the emotions that are invoked are too real to be made up. It angers me that these girls are so unaware of what their worth truly is and are unable to see they should not expect anything less than the most esteemed treatment of royalty. I said all of that to say that while this subject matter saddens me, Ms. Coco J can only be commended for the realness she infuses into her books. I hated the tit for tat mentality that Trinity possessed. Instead of being a woman and confronting Duron or realizing that she wasn't able to mentally handle the situationship that they had, she sought solace in the arms of his arch enemy initiating a snowball chain of events that led to her and Royalty's kidnapping, the loss of her unborn child, and the death of her brother. Duron didn't portray for me a man serious about changing his mentality. He continuously found himself in situations that allowed him to revert back to his playboy ways. I know you're saying everything I've mentioned are negatives and it may seem that way, but in actuality as distasteful as the characters actions were to me, this was a well written story. Nothing can take away from that. With all of that being said the relationship's ups and downs did not detract from the love these two seemed to have for one another. As a reader I could actually feel it as it vibrated off of each page. I also like the fact that Trinity was in school and possessed a determination of will to not allow anyone or anything deter her from graduating from college. The very fact that she viewed her daughter, Royalty, as a motivating factor and not a deterrent spoke volumes about her character and moral fiber. I also liked how Duron was hands on with the rearing of Dymond and eagerly stepped up to the plate as Royalty's father just on the strength of his love for Trinity. The whole deal with Travis and Trinity and their father seemed a little unauthentic to me simply because Travis had always been in her corner. For him to place her and his niece in danger based on the actions or lack thereof of Duron, seemed implausible and highly unlikely. Even still this book can only be described as a really good read. The reader is able to visualize the world that Ms. J created and she affords us the opportunity to submerge ourselves into this imagery without force, ultimately resulting in a person's inability to stop reading the words until the very last page. She is extremely talented and gifted with the pen. To take a subject matter that as a reader I could otherwise bypass, she instead infused into me an almost otherworldly desire to continue reading, proves without doubt in my mind that she is truly been assigned to be a literary ambassador to all readers. So KUDOS Ms. J you were able to achieve something many others are unable to do and that's keep me engrossed in a plot and storyline that I have qualms about. Without a doubt you will not waste your time or money purchasing this series. I am anxiously awaiting to see what else Ms. Coco J has in store for us!

Trinity is still going through a lot not knowing who her baby daddy is. Ron & Yung still at each other cause if her. Ron has her heart but Yung still want her. Faithe & Street are trying to work on their relationship. They going through the motions also. Ron has some devastating things happen to him but with Trinity by his side he gets through it. Trinity goes through he'll with Yung. It's like a fatal attraction that just will not quit or a nightmare that has no ending. Trinity also learns that family sometimes can be your worst enemy. Coco J did a wonderful job on this book. Wished it was an other part but with these 2 parts it was good. Love will make you do some crazy things without thinking sometimes.
