Seven Deadly Sins is simply an amazing action pack manga series. Writer and illustrator Suzuki continues all the action and great world building you have come to expect from this series. In this volume our main hero Meliodas has return to the Druid holy land to regain his full demon powers in preparation to face the powerful Ten Commandments. In order to regain his lost might he will have to lose all emotion. What I have always enjoyed about Meliodas as a shonen hero is how is demeanor hides his true intentions. He appears so happy and silly at times it surprises not only the villains but the other heroes of the story at times. In this volume we finally get to go into Meliodas' mind and see the pain of lost he has for his once true love, Liz. We also get to catch up with King in this volume who has once again lost Diane he fears to the Commandments. Our heroes all prepare themselves for the coming battle. My personal favorite moment from the book is when Meliodas just on a whim goes and visits the Ten Commandments. It was extremely cool to see our main hero stir down the seemingly invincible Ten commandments. It was also a shocking revelation that one of the commandments is Meliodas' brother. Suzuki is always throwing some surprises throughout this series. The artwork continues to be good and I love where the story is going. As always I really recommend this series for fans of Fairy Tail, Fullmetal Alchemist, Inuyasha and Bleach. If you want to read other magical based action manga I recommend the following series: Black Clover, Vol. 1, Twin Star Exorcists: Onmyoji, Vol. 1, Blue Exorcist, Vol. 1& Flame of Recca, Vol. 01.
In this volume and because Gowther messed with her memories, Diane runs away and is saved by Matrona from the Commandments. While this happens, the rest of the group goes to a druid temple to restore Meliodas' power. While in the trial to try to recover his power, the reader learns a little bit more about Meliodas past with Liz. King finally discovers that Meliodas is a demon and confronts him about him. In general, it was a good volume and I can understand why King felt the way he did when he discovered the truth about Meliodas.

The Sins visit the Druids to get Meliodis' original power back. The others are given extra training.Meanwhile, the Ten Commandments are after the Sins, and a secret is revealed. The same quality and entertainment I've come to expect from this series.
I quite enjoyed this volume in general. The Sins visit the land of the Druids in order to become strong because you know how it went with Galand. Meliodas undergoes a mental training and through that, we learn more about Liz (it was mentioned during the tournament by Cain) and his past life in Danafor. The other characters also train to fight the Commandments. However, the main focus is on Meliodas and his past. The ending was great in my opinion.
This was okay. Meliodas learning to control his anger in order to get his power back was interesting and it was nice getting to see the snapshots of his former life with Liz. King was also great and it was nice seeing at least one of the Sins (aside from Ban) question Meliodas about his agenda and where his loyalty lies. Everything was just okay-nothing special, but nothing terrible.
I've always wondered why King doesn't have wings, and apparently so has Meliodas. There's more than meets the eye with King. He's hiding something, and I want to know more.

A bit of a short-lived training arc. There isn't much to scream about, except for a couple of very well done moments.
Firstly, the Danafall section was immaculate. Seeing Meliodas' unbridled rage and his struggles to control it was very good to see. I'm glad it wasn't just resolved instantly.
Then, the rematch with Galand was really well done. The impact of Meliodas' strikes were captured really well in the art.
Finally, the stand off between King and Meliodas was probably the most logical conflict between protagonists that we've seen to this point. More people need to demand answers out of Meliodas, whose idiot act isn't really fooling anyone anymore.
Qua compare a malapena.
Hendryckson comincia a starmi addirittura simpatico.
Absolutely love the anime so figured I would give the manga a shot, and boy was I half I did. The manga is, in my opinion, far superior to the already outstanding anime. If you like the anime and story of The Seven Deadly Sins, give the manga a go, you won't be sorry.
