A young, 18 year old girl wakes up in a hospital. She doesn't know why she is here, and finds her head is bandaged, as she seems to have suffered a grave wound.
After screaming for help, she gets no response. Infuriated by this, she tries to get the nurses attention, but no one seems to care that she needs help.
Very puzzled by this, she decides to act rebellious and finds herself in many areas of the hospital. The only person who acknowledges her is a child who is very sick, bed ridden with Leukemia.
Confused, and not seeming to be able to have a real conversation with the kid, Heather is starting to get frightened and the situation is eerie.
She finds herself now searching for clues as to why she is here, when she comes across a man who seems to be looking at her and notice her presence, but each time she tries to speak to him, he disappears.

I really enjoyed this book I like this author and all of her books have been good I'm reading the Cellar right now
