The Chance She Took is an extraordinary novel by Kole Black. Black gives readers a new spin on a good girl gone bad story. What makes this novel stand out is the way this story is told. You can literally see everything through the eyes of Rayqelle. Just when you think you know what's going to happen next, they'll be an unexpected twist that will keep you flipping the pages. The Chance She Took is a perfect title for this book because it not only pertains to Rayqelle's fiancé but to all of the risky chances that she took to keep her secrets safe and her relationship intact. Hopefully, this is the start of a long successful career for Kole Black.
I am not the one to take the time to give an author the credit that is rightfully due to them, but after reading The Chance She Took, I had to break tradition and give Mr. Black some well deserved praise. The Chance She Took is a definite page turner!! Mr. Black is truly talented writer whose words allow the readers to visually connect with the characters. I eagerly await his next masterpiece and I am proud to add his works to my book collection. The Chance She Took is a definite must read and I would recommend that others buy this book and support this gifted writer.
OffDaChain!!! I read a lot of books and the most amazing thing about this one is that it made me feel the experience. I felt as if I was going through the twists and turns right along with the charactors. I went from flying with them to feeling for them more times than I would have thought possible.
This is a really good story! I am a tough critic of storylines. A book has got to be moving and shaking to hold my attention. But this series did it. It had me glued to the pages from the start to the end. All five books were awesome!
I love Kole Black's novels. I think there are a few factors that have catch me as a reader: The Chance series has them all. I love it, it is as satisfying and real as being inside the story in the flesh.
The Chance series is full of drama, mystery and sex. I read this book so fast, I was upset that it ended. I am looking forward to the next installment because I'm really trying to figure out this dude Chance. What I do know is, his character is strong and sexy.
greatly enjoyed this book series. the characters leaped off the pages and took hold of me. The storyline had me hooked off the rip. Kole Black is an amazing writer, with a brilliant imagination. One of my favorite authors!
The first 4 books were okay. Love is not crazy or insane. How selfish could a person be. You know something is wrong with you and you don't try get help. I did not like book 5 at all.
